- Description: At around 8am Clemens, a convicted felon with a record going back 20 years, who was out on bail after being charged with assault on a police officer and r*ping a child, walked up to the 4 officers working on their laptops before their shift, and opened fire with a 9mm handgun and a .38-caliber revolver. He killed all 4 after a brief shootout in which he was wounded. He was later killed after being recognized by another cop a few days later.
