dream journals are a good way to keep dreaming write down dreams every morning doesn't have to be detailed just get the main idea down

there are many ways you could go about attaining lucidity through methods like (you can look all of these up)

All Day awareness, MILD, WILD and many more

dreams can become unstable and blurry, there for you need to know how to stabilize dreams and clarify them

the best way to stabilize dreams is engage is MULTIPLE SENSES not just one which is a common mistake, most people just rub their hands

some ways to stabilize are, Lick the ground and taste it (its a dream don't freak out), focus on minor details, listen to everything around you

Now that you're ready for fun you are ready to learn to control your dreams

controlling your dreams is more about preference in the way you go about it

experiment with spawning items and people behind you then turning around or spawning items in your pocket or your hand

control is entirely up to the dreamer and you should do whatever method of control you want when controlling your drea
