For example making people ignore a mild physical alteration would be easy (bruises, exhaustion, spontaneous development of male genitals (hopefully may be re categorized  by GM)) making people overlook something going on that does not directly affect them would be medium difficulty (it is hot out, there are no animals nearby, persons x and y are fucking like rabbits) while making someone ignore something with direct implications to their safety or well being would be very hard (there is a rabid bear coming towards me, I am naked (if nudity is not normal for them), someone just stabbed me, person x is in the process of fucking me).: (Joebobjoe)
