Marth:
Is nicknamed “Mar-Mar” by Tiki
The Falchion is made from a dragon’s fang.
Most people give Corrin flack but honestly Marth is just as vanilla.

Roy:
While he can have several potential mothers, canonically he is half ice dragon
(Yeah, ice dragon. Doesn’t go with his fire theme but whatever)
Is only 15 in his game. Just a wee bab. Pretty sure Smash aged him up a bit.

Ike:
“Hey is Ike gay?” Will trigger a flame war in 0.2 seconds flat
(The answer is maybe. There’s evidence that could suggest it but nothing is explicit)
Was born in the cat kingdom, surrounded by furries
Would like to talk to the CEO of racism
Was voted most popular character of the entire series as of 4 years ago

Chrom:
Chaotic Dumbass
No really
Eats oranges unpeeled
Eats bear meat
Can’t ride a horse
Breaks things
Will fall in love with anyone who bakes him a pie
The longer you look at his outfit the worse it gets
Bonds give him strength
Spring gives him strength

Is the descendant of Marth by ~2000 years

Lucina:
No fashion sense
(according to the game. I, on the other hand, think Lucina is galaxy brain with her octopus-print dress)
Same chaotic dumbass as Chrom just hides it better
Sword is the same as Marth’s but it broke and was reforged so they don’t look anything alike anymore. Sword of Theseus I suppose.

Robin:
Took that electric sword off of an evil king’s cold, dead hands.
Spoiler: Is actually the vessel for a 2000 year old evil dragon
I like Robin as a character but there’s not much in the way of dumb facts because their role is mostly to be Chrom’s one remain braincell

Corrin:
Honestly the Smash version of Corrin is much cooler than the original because that cool half-dragon transformation they do in all their specials only occurs in one skill in the game.
Corrin has such a rice-cracker personality so here’s some dumb plot points from Fates instead:
The plot of Fates: Conquest is to invade another country, killing thousands and murdering two of its royal heirs, in order to make the evil king who indiscriminately kills and starves his own people sit on a magic throne to prove that he’s actually a goo monster (and thus, evil.)
Marry your soldiers and throw the baby into the baby realm where time moves like 50x faster so your baby is also a soldier by the time of your next battle. Some abandonment issues occur.
The True(tm) evil kingdom is actually a Valhalla ripoff… named Valla… where dead people seem to go… but it also has alive people… and you can only get there through the magic portal at the bottom of a crevice… and there’s a curse to make sure no one outside the kingdom can speak of it… unless you buy the dlc
Ok not dumb plot point but the manaketes in Fire Emblem are such instead of full dragons because they put all their power into dragonstones otherwise their intense magical power drives them into madness. However Corrin uses their dragonstone as an inhibitor meaning its very likely that Corrin will one day go mad from their power when it gets too powerful. This has been hinted at in the mobile game too.

Byleth:
That’s Professor Byleth to you.
Has no personality.
That’s not a condemnation on their character they literally have no feelings at the start of the game. Nor a heartbeat.
Why do the weapons look like they’re made out of bone? Because they’re made out of bone.
Hope Sakurai puts this detail into the game but in Three Houses those weapons twitch. Which has some really And-I-Must-Scream Eldritch horror implications to it.
