**Bio:** Marie Korbel was a war orphan, destitute and just barely surviving in the wartorn No Man's Land between what had been for 10 years previously brutally warring nations. If that wasn't bad enough she then got abducted by human traffickers. When her best friend, Patricia Watson, stood up to the attackers, Marie panicked, betrayed her friend's trust, and ran. She was then approached by a creepy smiling nun, who offered her the Skull Heart, which turned her into the Skullgirl. With now near limitless power at her command, she sought revenge against the slavers that had tortured her and her friend, as well as their benefactors.

When Marie's at full power [she's pretty strong](https://gfycat.com/handsomecomfortablegermanwirehairedpointer) though doing something that taxing very clearly took a lot out of her. Her durability is vague, but pretty strong considering [whatever this could possibly mean](https://gfycat.com/PrestigiousSparseGoose), the fact that she [barely flinches getting bombarded by flaming napalm](https://gfycat.com/SleepyUnequaledAmphibian) suggesting that the atomic breath wouldn't vaporize her immediately, and her ability to [regenerate from almost nothing.](https://gfycat.com/PleasantSecondhandBlackwidowspider) Combine that with the fact that, as a kaiju, most of her form isn't her actual body, and Godzilla should have enough of a problem getting to her and putting her down that she could outlast and wear him down.
