  4. - Complete rework of the game.
  5. o Many things felt too broken or unfair for the defender, so I'm going to give them more
  6. advantage against the attacker; enough so that they have better chances at punishing
  7. and an easier time surviving.
  8. o I still want to keep Smash 64's aspects alive (4-frame landing lag, pivoting,
  9. long combos, etc).
  10. o I want to promote a more varied combo game. While having near-guaranteed combos may be
  11. one of Smash 64's aspects, I feel this game will get boring seeing the same combos being
  12. performed repetitively -- both for the audience and the players. I want to see more varied
  13. combos and flowcharts that change depending on the defender's DI or SDI.
  14. Mechanics:
  15. - DI level: 3 -> 5
  16. - Shield stun decreased somewhat.
  17. - Minimum shield bubble coverage reverted to vMelee Default.
  18. - Knockback Launch Speed Decay slightly decreased.
  19. - Ledge Attacks over 100% now have slightly more invincibility.
  20. - Ledge Attacks below 100% are now invincible throughout the attack.

  22. - Fixed SFX issues with certain sword characters and their Ledge Attacks.
