  1. 3rd: Static Discharge: You harness the lightning within your enemies; when you strike an enemy, any additional attacks you make that deal damage to an enemy automatically deal max damage, as lightning damage.
  2. 5th: Extra Attack
  3. 7th: Call the Storm: When you reach 7th level, you can call lightning strikes on those who cannot keep up. As an action, lightning strikes everywhere within five feet of where you have moved this turn, hitting each enemy once, for 2d6 Lightning damage, with a Dexterity save for half damage.
  4. 11th: Thief of the Sky: Whenever you move more than 20 feet in a turn, you kick up a rush of air that causes your next attack to cause all enemies around you to be knocked over. When you attack, each creature within ten feet of you of your choice must make a strength save or be knocked prone.
  5. 15th: Reap the Whirlwind: You can use the energy of your enemies against them. When hit by an attack, you may use your reaction to make an attack before you are dealt damage. The attack is automatically max damage and is entirely lightning damage.
