[New] Rei Personality

Rei, despite having started rejecting his parents' love, is an open and receptive person. This especially shows in his attitude towards monsters as he generally treats them kinder than humans, mainly due to the fact of the amount of different humans he has been around in his life. Often times, he gets in trouble due to skipping school, despite the fact that he is registered and should be going (often earning the scolding of a lifetime from Toriel when he does show up). He can sometimes be very outgoing and tries to be as nice as he can but, his ability to converse is as low as his friend count, usually leading to awkward silences. He also tends to be very naive, trusting people he believes are nice too easily and feeling far too hurt when betrayed.  Underneath this supposedly nice exterior, however, he hides a desire to have friends and prove himself worthy of such, often to himself rather than others. This usually leads to him getting into issues such as deconstructing and reconstructing people's cars or combining others' phones into a "super-phone" but being unable to decombine them.
