So I was just talking to Aydia on MSN about LED and whatnot, and she mentioned this:

Next is that....pretty much a good chunk of the LED don't like you. I don't know why. But it's just what I've heard.

I know that people don't agree with how I do things or even how I compose myself, but no one's had the balls to say anything to me about any of it. It's time for you to grow up and make yourself heard. If you have a problem with me (and nothing's too big or too small), I want to hear about it in this thread. Right here, right now. I'm not going to flame anyone, and if anyone else is flaming someone in the thread, I'll go through and delete those posts (just like I'll delete off-topic posts) and fine you in-game to make sure it doesn't happen again (only for flaming).

No one has come to me with any complaints, and everything that I'm hearing about how people don't like me and want me out when R7 elections come up has been through Aydia and Jack. I'm not even going to get into how childish that is in its own rite, so I'll offer you an open forum to throw whatever criticisms you have of me right in my face. You're not going to hurt my feelings, so don't hold back in fear that I'm going to rage and administratively roll you in-game just because I think you said was stupid. That's not how I work, and that's not fair to anyone.

I don't care what it is, who it comes from, or how scared you are of saying something. If you have a problem with me, say something to me!

Go loose on me.

I'll have to go on a limb here and say that I think all those people left the LED already, Mr. Brock.

people think you're coming down with a heavy case of HC syndrome.

He's not very professional. Compared to other HC sure. But too many HC take the rules too seriously, and don't treat this as a game.
Sure I believe in rules and regulations. But when people are getting bent over them I think that turns them into pussies.
People like Holt are needed to balance out the pussies who sit above rank 5. The wardens who log in to sit at L3 for 4 hours and log off. The people who don't log in at all because they are too afraid to deal with the faction.

We need people who have the balls to kick ass. And not make the LED look like complete ❤❤❤❤ TBH.

Why do you only log on once every few days for 5 minutes to priv someone we sent out a PM to Jack Frost for an hour before, yet insist that you know what people are doing with their time, and how much time they are spending in the faction?

Half an hour isnt enough for R6 tbh, I think there should be a rule that once you reach r4 + There should be certain hours you have to stay on for, As your rank progresses you should be online more hours... Thats my opinion anyway -_- You should get some people who are not in the US time zone too cause I practically forward all the complaints to high command by mail seeing as I never get to see any... The only people I get to see is Jai and Phrixos dont see any other HC staff.

I believe that, the main reason why people dont open their mouths is because they fear you. They think that you will either 5k them or priv them for expressing their opinion about you. Of course you wouldnt do that (I hope) but, many people still fear you because of that and this needs to be fixed.

Sometimes you just act like an asshat, like with Victoria yesterday. You tell her to get out of L3 she asks "why?" Instead of explainning it to her you decide to just fine her because you can. Then you tell her that your not required to explain things to lower ranks like her, they just need to do it and not question it. Even though its true that questioning HC orders is something you should'nt do im sure there are better ways to get them understand it, than using that shiny fine button of yours.

I neither like or dislike you at the moment. You should log on for more than just fining or privving someone. Do patrols, spend time with the lower ranked LED and stuff like that. Show them that you dont just log in to fine/priv someone or to be an ass to someone you dont like.

Holt is one of those guys that cares more about his faction than keeping his friends happy. True maturity imo.

Also I didnt like it very much when you made a department for yourself with a random name, I think HC should look professional.

Also it would be better if HC in general, including you, would put up some logic reasons in the event log when actions are taken, and not:
Thought my jacket was shiny,
Polished my shoes,
Sneezed in my soup
Etc

Since I dont see most HC online I only see the traces they leave and it bothers me when it isnt looking professional.

Also I dont understand why you kept posting in the DPI teachers forum, I dont think you have business there, Max Walker should be more involved then you.

To get this straight : I was at L3 when Holt told me to get down to L1 and guard it, which I did without asking. Then later on, like 15 mins later an r4/r5 ordered me up to L3 again, dont know why since i didnt ask. When I arrived Holt saw me, said 'get back' to which I replied : 'someone ordered me up again' and continued to write something else. That was when he stunned me, tried to arrest me but I had 0 PP so he fined me 1k and arrested me.



I only had contact with you once before this thing, and that time you were unfriendly as hell. The second time you arrested me in no time (like 3 secs of me not moving - i could have been writing o_O) and after that you unprived someone who obviously ninja arrested me 2 times for no reason. Since you dont care to explain things to lower ranks I wasnt able to understand none of this and am now obviously cautious when dealing with you.

So the reason I dont like you is that you FOR SOME REASON dont like me and treat me that way all the time. You have prejudices and act like you are on a power trip. That is not worthy of rank 6.



About the topic of this being a game. It is a game true, but it is a Role Playing Game and that is the most essential part of the game since it is a sandbox game ... Nothing to add.



What I just said doesnt mean that I always have to dislike you, but the start is ruined. I would love to see you the way some others do, but for that you have to do better.



*edit* one more reason is you hiring mercs to defend L3 when those mercs were just recently raiding and there were more than 2 DC online and then sending those 2 DCs to defend L1 ...

Seriously though, LED needs a High Command member like Holt, he's level headed, not too much of srsbizness lord, and he's well-liked through-out FOM. LED needs a HC member who is liked and trusted by other factions, specially ones we beef regularly. It's blatant what he does is for the betterment of LED, not for himself, he doesn't even have time to sing and play the piano any more. LED Guide lines cannot always be clean cut, you have to bend things for literally the survival of LED.

If you don't agree with that then you're either new, or Chris G.

The only reason people don't like you is because in the LED people were used to being carebeared; they simply just weren't prepared for your bluntness, even if ther eisn't anything wrong with that.

Before Holt left LED for BoS I thought he was a dick but not really anymore. I'm glad we have a member of HC that is as experienced as he.

As i have said to you in game i dont like you hiring a merc to guard L3 when there is 10 LED on L1 what you should have done is pulled one of those LED you think you can trust enough to guard L3 and if you have to hire a merc have them stand on L1 with the rest of the LED as there wouldnt have been a need if the only DC member was arrested because you felt they needed to sit in jail a bit. this poses problems alowing the merc into L3 in the first place as other mercs will want to get hired and then release all the prisoners with a hacking tool when nobody is looking. it sets a bad sample of trust as well. if you are a HC member you must have trust in your officers first and not go to outside sources and you should look through the groups and online members first. other than that there is no problems i see with you.

I'm going to be completely honest.

A good chunk of you are fucking hypocrites.

You spew to the LED, you're R4's, etc, that you want them to come to you whenever they need something. No matter what the problem, concern, suggestion. That you're always open. That you're ready to listen and want them to talk to you.

Yet you all go behind eachothers back and talk ❤❤❤❤ without confronting the person you're ❤❤❤❤ talking.

How old are we? Honestly. I don't expect this Middle School bullshit from my HC. It's stopping. Now.

I don't want to hear about "I'm too afraid" or "I don't want an argument" or any other excuse. We're supposed to work together. Not lie and be two faced assholes that pull stupid ❤❤❤❤ like this.

If I EVER have to mediate between HC again, because you all don't have the balls to do it yourself, there will be hell to pay.
