Backstory (If any): Hiro was born illegitimately to famous Japanese astronauts. His quirk and extreme mutations are a rare product of him being exposed to the conditions of space so early in the womb. The plasma that formed within his unborn body is what ultimately killed his mother. She was diagnosed with radiation poisoning and his father gave him his name as short for Hiroshima to represent his loss as she died during childbirth. Hiro was put under scientific testing after birth and plans were put in place to make sure his plasma wouldn’t be a harm to anyone else. He would have to be raised under strict surveillance on a specialized base for children with radiation related quirks. On the base they have education and other resources for the kids as well as pro heroes and military personnel to train the kids how to use their quirks safely and how to defend themselves. The area is kept from the knowledge of the general public and they have the goal to be as humane as possible with the kids. Hiro’s dad could’ve found residence with Hiro there but he waited 5 years to come back to his child out of grief. They both stayed on the base until Hiro was 8 when he came back. Hiro developed deep connections with the people he dealt with on the base and eventually his dad after he came back for him. Hiro was allowed to come back to the base for secondary school so he could work to follow the same career path as the pros and military personnel he grew up around. He would be trained all the way up until he got to UA. He wants to be a pro hero himself and one day help out on the base himself that he grew up on

Miscellaneous Quirk Info: His build becomes a foot taller and a lot more visibly muscular. The hot plasma can be seen glowing an intense red and coursing through his veins. His body becomes hot to touch and his weight increases to 543 pounds

Quirk Strengths: The physical strength his quirk provides makes for great offense and defense as well as makes it easier to move or carry anything heavy. The heat that’ll exert from his skin can make opponents reluctant to make physical contact. It also increases his heat resistance drastically to where he can withstand fires with little damage

Quirk Weaknesses: The enhancement speeds up the process of his plasma being used up causing him to become weaker the longer he uses his quirk. His power would cut in half after about 15 minutes in his enhanced form until he eventually dies from using all of his plasma due to the plasma being the source of his energy

Flare Hands- The plasma is focused to reach about 4 inches outside of hands. It makes his hand to hand combat more powerful and can cause first degree burns but drains his plasma even faster

Costume: Spiked crimson red bracelets tight around his wrists, white headband tied around his head representing the Japanese flag with the crimson red circle on the front, thick skirt of crimson red sunflower petal shaped pieces of fur stacked on top of each other like sunflower petals. At the top of the fur is a wide waistband with the same Japanese flag design as the headband. The skirt goes to his knees. The inside of the skirt is where he has sealed pockets hidden to carry his gear, black tights that go halfway down his calves and is hidden by the skirt, white sneakers w/ no show socks. Everything grows and shrinks to fit Hiro’s transformations, is able to withstand his heat without damage, and conducts his heat and plasma to preserve the combat usefulness of his heat

Rescue Gloves- Insulated cover for his hands so his transformation doesn’t burn civilians that he carries. They’re white

Miscellaneous Information: Hiro’s mutation causes his anthropomorphic body to contain many references to the sun. His stomach is designed to contain nuclear fusion within it to create hydrogen plasma that then spreads throughout his body. It cools once it escapes the stomach by leaving most of the heat in his stomach. More heat will be released from the stomach to maintain homeostasis in cold settings. The plasma replaces where his water and blood would be and powers his body to keep himself functional. He is unable to breathe but doesn’t need to anyways. He’s naturally immune to UV radiation and can restore his plasma by drinking water. The water burns in his extremely hot stomach and his body extracts the hydrogen for fuel. He doesn’t need to eat or hydrate but he can still eat and taste things. It’ll just burn in his stomach. He can’t smell but strong gasses can enter through his orifices to affect his brain
