Reign of Red arc outline:
Operation Blue Night
* First run introduces the Red Fox Squadron and the area around the Baikal that the arc will mainly take pace in. The informant provides files regarding the project, designated R-425F-9.
* Second run involves entering the second compound and interrogating one Motya 'White Wolf' Vasilyev for the location of R-425F-9. The agent may also gain possession of R-982F-1 - The Crystal Goggles.
* Final run of Operation Blue Night involves heading into the Beta Compound, which has the toughest security of all three compounds. Holds various items of various degrees of anomalicy. The other two men behind the whole project, as well as the leader of Red Fox Squadron are introduced. Agent first encounters Red Wolf Squadron, RFS's more elite counterpart. R-425F-9 is not located in the compound, but The Foundation gets a relatively good idea of what R-425F-9 is - some kind of living, adapting mechanism.

Operation Mountain Range
* A new operative is brought in, a more front-lines combat type of agent. They are sent to take down an outpost closest to Home Base and secure any and all intel found there. One of the men from the final run Operation Blue Night, Yevgeny Zolnerowich, can be found there. Zolnerowich informs the agent of an underground base on the other side of the Baikal.
* Another intel gathering mission. This time, the operative must use a disguise provided by the informant to gain entry into Beta Compound again and find transport schedules. An anomaly designated R-671F-6, a creature somewhere between a gigantic hound and an ice wolf breaches containment, causing havoc.
* The operative must help move from one side of the Baikal to the other. An intense chopper fight occurs between the one with the operative and a Red Wolf one, at the end of which the Foundation one hopefully lands and setting up of a base on the other side occurs.

Operation Arriving Winter
* New operative, or possibly the same one from Blue Night. Sent to scout the area around the underground base, A.K.A., the Omega compound. Four guard towers with snipers in them, chain-link fence and a bunker entrance. The one remaining man behind the R-425F-9, Leonid Petrov, can be spotted arriving in a truck. As the operative returns back to Home Base, they encounter a RWS squad with the R-671F-6. The creature has been collared and seemingly trained.The encounter occurs in a mountainous area, and the creature somehow doesn't appear to be that great at traversing the terrain. (Short operation.)
* Final run. Well Wisher manages to sneak a full team into the country, and they must plan out their attack on the base using all the gathered intel. They would face a large amount of RWS troops, as well as RFS. Their target, R-425F-9, is located at the lowest level.
