My schedule: P:S i am on my summer holiday for 8 weeks.

Monday: 12 hours.

Tuesday: 12 hours.

Wednesday: 7-8 hours, i have to go the gym on this day.

Thursday: 12 hours.

Friday: 12 hours.

Saturday: 9-8 Hours, i play football with friends on this day.

Sunday: 12 hours.

Do you have a good quality mic?: Yes i do i currently have a Blue snowball.

Have you ever been banned on our Network?: No i have never been banned on the network.

What are your previous staff experiences?:I have had plenty of staff positions and experiences some are listed below (that i can remember):

NovaHCF: I was a staff member on this server for a while and my role was a Trial-Mod and usually had a lot of work but i always got the job done and worked as hard as i could. This gave me a promotion after 2weeks to Mod, This trained me to be a really dedicated/good staff member, i was staff on this server for a month and was dedicated to do my job but then a few days later i left due to toxic staff.

ArcticPvP: I was also a staff member on this server, it was an hardcore factions server which was AU and my role was a Trial-Mod, it was small but still got players that i could ban or Screenshare but i was staff on there for a short time due to the Timezone between AU and GMT, it was really hard to get bans but i had to stay up late just to get that promotion! I was dedicated to this server for about a month since that's the time i left because of the Timezone. FYI the minimum i had to be on was 7AM, but i learnt a lot from this that makes me a great staff member.

ElementHCF: This was also a Hardcore factions server which i was staff on. My role was a Trial-Mod at the start but then a few weeks later i was promoted to Mod because of how many bans i had and how much i was dedicated to the server, sooner or later i was promoted again to Mod+ but unfortunately a few weeks later i had to go on a holiday for 2 weeks so i resigned so another player could take my staff position because I was generous and thought i was staff on there for long enough.

Why should we choose you as a staff member over other applicants?: I should be chosen over many other applicants because of the skills i have and what i can bring to the Network, here is what i can bring:

(1) Dedication: Dedication is key as a staff member because of how you need it to get promoted and be respected. I am dedicated to every server i come staff on, proof is up in my staff experiences, i believe i can bring dedication to HcEmpire too.

(2) Trust: I think that many people need to gain trust to become a great staff member because it can improve their communication with players of the community//network. This is something i can bring to the network when its needed but i usually am trusted by many players and i think if i get staff on the HcEmpire Network i would gain trust by many of the staff members and players o the community.

(3) Communication: Communication is important as a staff member cause of the way you need to speak, like me i am chill when i speak and use no toxicity in any way and dont shout. I am always chill when i talk and always level my temper so I'm chill all time, for instance if a guy comes in teamspeak shouting i will calm him down and get him to say what the situation is without shouting.

(4) Recording: Recording is important as a staff member for proof of anything for instance, you need proof for banning a hacker for hacking or if you need proof of not doing something and many more. If you didn't know i can record staff series on this if i get staff since i have got a YouTube channel with over 365 subs (Not Advertising).

(5) Maturity: Being mature is incredibly important for a staff member since you have to use it all the time of you being a staff member, i use maturity most of the time when I'm staff but i can sometimes be funny with staff members, but onto the serious part, i have a example to share for using maturity (i use this most the time) for e.g. a player is making funny laughs whilst i am screen-sharing him, should i laugh? no since i need to do my job and not just take it as a joke and laugh while I'm doing my job.

(6) Knowledge: Having to be able to know how to be a staff member is great, this is what i am, having to be able to know how to deal with problems is great and many more. Players that have no staff experience have a lower chance which is sad and players with staff experience have a higher chance which I'm happy about.

(7) Kindness: I am normally kind and i listen out to players and what they have to say, i never cut anyone out on what they have to say i always let them say what they want to say the after reply back without interrupting them. I always respect peoples opinions especially if its around hackers or abusers etc.

(8) Forums: On the forums its important to help out players and maybe giving them good feedback or bad, either way it will still help them learn something bad or good to hear. I am usually very active on server forums and like to help out people to get a place too in the staff team but if it is lacking details i will truly say my opinion on it.

(9) Activity: When you are staff it is really important to be active to help out the server with cheaters and more at least to help out with your own Timezone, i do all, i help out people in my Timezone or not. My activity is shown above on the sentence "Daily hours on the network" my activity is answered there.

(10) Teamspeak: Throughout my experiences i have been very active on teamspeak to help out other staff members with support rooms and mass moves etc, to be honest i really love to do mass moves so i can help out all the players and save other staff members times from doing teamspeak moves but since a mass moves has a lot of players i always like to help out more players.
