You guys obviously don't understand the other side of the story or listening to what Phil and Chris have to say. They alone never got told to go to Glamie about events etc. There is a Head Admin position for a reason, to take stress of Glamie and Deadly for them to do there jobs. If we want to be professional then we don't need to go into a channel and start yelling at each other when there are other community players around. I went totally wrong with the whole Tori thing I shouldn't have suggested to make it a public bitch fit but it was the hype of the moment.

Still, Glamie wants professional then don't go into a channel and start yelling at Chris when he wasn't the one that posted it. Don't go into a channel mute someone and not let them speak there minds. If you want a good staff, let them rant there feelings about how they thing the staff really are.

In my opinion we all did wrong when it came to this but mostly Glamie, no offence, but when I started looking at the whole perspective it came down to, Glamie is sitting here yelling at Chris for something that she approved of (rain) along with the whole Vegas scene. The whole Vegas thing was a mire joke, so now we can't mess around every once in awhile and have a couple laughs with the community? If this job isn't meant to have a few laughs and make shit fun then what the fuck is the job in the first place?

I personally think if anyone in the staff needs to sit back and look at what has happened over the last few weeks it has to be the Head staff itself; being Glamie, Curisu, Intricate and MajorPain. They all need to sit down together after the meeting and figure shit out. If this doesn't get sorted out now then when will it. This happens everytime and it seems for the same reasons. Head staff hire a staff team, they are all doing fine then out of the blue there is always something taken out of proportion and shit turns into chaos.

Please, can you guys just go to the meeting tomorrow with a general basis of what's going on and talk about it calmly without any troubles? I don't want to see the best staff we have had in a LONG time go down the drain to something merely childish.
