I hope you don't mind me sharing my recipe for baby back ribs I used last time.

Simple Rub & Sauce recipe for Baby backRibs ()
[Dry Rub Seasoning] ````Salt           ( 1 tbsp)`
`Black Pepper   ( 1 tbsp)`
`Garlic         ( 1 tbsp)`
`Red Pepper     ( 2 tbsp)`
`Chilli Pepper  ( 1 tsp)`
`Caraway        ( 1 tsp)`
We are talking about already (store) grounded ingredients that we just mix together and thoroughly rub all over ribs.

[BBQ sauce] ````Apple Juice             ( 2  dcl) | ( 1  cup)`
`Ketchup                 (1.5 dcl) | (3/4 cup)`
`Apple Vinegar           (0.5 dcl) | (1/4 cup)`
`Worcestershire sauce    ( 1  tsp)`
`Soy sauce               ( 2  tsp)`
`Garlic (grounded)       (0.5 tsp)`
`Black Pepper (grounded) (0.5 tsp)`
Stir together and slowly boil for about 20~25 minutes
