- First thing to know: Arcanotech is a thing. Involves Non-Ecludian principles, as such, it drives people a little bonkers after too long.
- Nazzadi: Race of blackskinned, red eyed people with sharp teeth who tried to kill us. Realized they were being manipulated, now we're cool. Mostly.
- NEG: New Earth Government. With enemies coming from OUTER FUCKING SPACE, we realized we had bigger fish to fry, and are now united under one flag! For the most part. We work for these people.
- Migou: Jesus fucking CHRIST these guys. They're essentially giant bugs who are experts at genetic manipulation. They've been living on pluto or whatever for Aeons, and now they want Earth back. WE weren't supposed to happen, they hate us with a passion, feeling is mutual. So we're gonna SMASH THE BUGS.
- Engel Project: Six years old, everyone involved in the original creation, save one, is absolutely batshit insane. Not in the cool way, they're like husks now. So sad... Anyway. Engels are giant cyborg alien thingies that the NEG homegrows, and speeds up the development of to fight off Migou and cults of the Deep Ones who also have mechs. Frontline kinda deal. Most of us pilot these.
- Character Creation:
- Human: +1 to any stat, +2 Skill Points.
- Nazzadi: +1 to Agility, Darkvision
- 35 points to distribute between
- Agility
- Intellect
- Perception
- Presence
- Strength
- Tenacity
- Each stat MUST have 1 point, max of 10. Human average is 5.
- Skills: You get 20 points to spend, 1 point is one die, up to 3 in any skill at creation. Can spend 1 point for 2 Specializations.
- Assets and Drawbacks: MUST have the following for an Engel Pilot: Duty 3 (Drawback, +3 points), Engel Synthesis Interface (Drawback, +1 point), Authority 3 (Asset, -3 Points)
- Can have UP TO 10 points of Drawbacks refunded, so 6 after the mandatory Engel Pilot Assets.
- Secondary Attributes:
- Actions: Average of Agility + Perception. 1-6 is one action, 7-8 is two actions, 9-10 is three actions. This is Standard Actions PER ROUND.
- Movement - Average of Agility and Strength. Ask about this one in chat, the table's annoying to type out.
- Orgone: 5 plus average of Intellect + Tenacity. Essentially your MP.
- Reflex: Average of Agility + Intellect + Perception. Dodge stat I think
- Vitality: 5 + Average of Strength + Tenacity
- Drama Points: 10
- Outfitting the character: Will discuss in chat
- CHEATS
- You get six points to spend. Here's the break down
- +1 Attribute point: 3 Cheat points
- +2 Skill Points: 1 Cheat Point
- +2 Orgone: 1 cheat point
- +1 Vitality: 1 Cheat Point
- Start with Legal First Order Protection or Scrying Spell: 1 Point
- Start with Illegal First Order Protection or Scrying Spell: 2 Points
- Start with Legal First Order Enchantment or Transmogrification Spell: 2 Points
- Start with Illegal First Order Enchantment, Summoning, or Transmogrification Spell: 4 Points
