  1. DAY 1
  2. - isis before any peggy farm 2 duels unless deck is awful for isis (really only possible with "unrunnable" starting decks)
  3. - mage order: SAVE, mountain, ocean, (buy umi), SAVE, seto 2, SAVE, meadow, SAVE, forest, desert, (buy monster)
  4. > exit farm 2 with at least 43 star chips. if you have 50-51 for secmeton, go for SA; if 52+, go for BCD
  5. > if the monster you need costs 30, exit farm 2 with 48+ star chips. if the monster costs 35+, just buy umi before the gauntlet
  6. - specialize deck for isis farm (remove things that you will add later)
  7. > OUT: umi, plants, dinos (unless wasteland deck), warriors
  8. > IN: all spellcasters and machines (unless no beasts)
  9. - keep cyber soldier plays for weevil
  10. - remove low-attack waters during farm 1/early tournament until you have enough dragons and spellcasters
  11. - new a-tec technique: summon weak monster in atk position on turn 1 (and toss 1-2 cards if it will help draw THTD). this wastes the turn necessary to reach 9, and it ensures you take damage and get 4 effective attacks in time

  13. DAY 2
  14. - extend farm 1 for several reasons:
  15. > star chips to buy umi for late game
  16. > most efficient chance of big dragon until late farm 2
  17. > efficient chance of mountain
  18. > supporting cards are more useful than isis' supporting cards
  19. > if you want to duel rex in farm 2, it's barely better than during farm 1 (useless magics + low-attack fusion material)
  20. > not getting the upper hand in tournament duels is costly (especially on peggy)

  22. DAY 3
  23. - length of farm 1 should partially depend on starting field spell
  24. > if umi or mountain: aim for short farm 1
  25. > if wasteland and good mystical sand plays: favor extended farm 1 (shorten if mountain drop)
  26. > if anything else: favor extended farm 1 (shorten if mountain drop)
  27. - deck edits: try to do 2-3 at once, and plan ahead. major ones listed below:
  28. > pre-isis: remove umi; add all machines and waters. if you can, remove: plants, females, warriors, dinos
  29. > pre-kaiba: remove ALL beasts and winged; add umi(s), plants and stones. also get the proper mix of waters and spellcasters
  30. > pre-heishin: add DCJs
  31. > if card is valuable enough (e.g., dragon, fusionist, wsr), don't wait to add it
