Manda crushes a building

The noise and confusion disoriented the creature.  In its frenzied throes of rage and bewilderment, Manda tightened its grip, crushing the center of the Pearl TV Tower.  The tip of the pointed skyscraper began to sway.  Then it plunged into the streets below, spilling hapless workers through the broken plate-glass windows and into the concrete canyons.
