Akina's DR

Akina, a Salamander lycan, a refugee from Kirigakure who merely wanted to prove his worth to his Mizukage and eventually those who were a native to Kamigakure that he could rise up tot he ranks with his use of Kusarigamajustu and eventually his studies into toxicology. Eventually this ambitions turned to wanting Lycans like himself to be seen in a better lime light as he started to hear more and more about the injustices and racism on his kin. These feelings all came to ahead as they attempted to intercept and shout at Uchiha, Rei, someone he thought of as a friend or an acquaintance committing and admitting to a deed, anger soon fueled his actions as he started to make his way over to the stage only to be stopped, bounded by doton for his actions. When he attempted to get out he was hit with a genjustu, burned and hit with shurikenjustu turned into a literal pin cushion for 'resisting' and eventually thrown in jail.

While he was in jail he experienced the ringer as he was beaten, battered, and brutalized by the guards due to a Uchiha he never knew simply wanting to enact some form of punishment on the Lycan for nothing he did. All he could do was smile and take everything on the chin as his jail cell was painted red. All the while he listened to the sounds of another Lycan, Arata getting battered and tortured in jail, this steeling the Lycan's resolve for his kin to have a better standing in Kamigakure. When he was released he struggled at first as he attempted to do just that as he attempted to find some standing as a guard in the hospital after participating in fighting against the rebel Uzumaki taking hostages at the hospital. Through his own efforts he grew, or attempted to grow despite knowing now corrupted the Kamigakure chain of power was.

His resolved was steeled when he saw everything happening to Arata with Mittsu's situation and his friend, Josho rising up in the ranks, unfortunately for Akina, he did not know that his sealed his fate whenever he started to respond and fall to Kenzo's instigations and provocations causing things to get heated. Due to this he ultimately fell for the trap orchestrated by Death Thorn's guard eventually leading to his execution, wishing he could speak to his friends one more time, he gave a small speech asking for those to not retaliate for his death as he wished to go quietly into the pure lands, if that were his destination.

He took one last glance up at the glassy skies before breathing his last breath.
