Countries that allow Child Marriage with no age limit...

Six countries,
South Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Somalia and Yemen, have no legal restrictions on a minimum age for marriage.
However, in many countries, the law doesn’t affect actual practice–and child marriage continues despite regulations.

Sudan has the largest gender gap: Girls can marry at 10 and boys can marry at 15 or puberty without parental or judicial permission.

Several countries also have different age requirements depending on religious affiliation. For example, in the Philippines, couples must be 21 to marry without permission, unless they are Muslim; Muslim boys can marry at 15 and Muslim girls can marry at puberty. And in Tanzania, Muslim and Hindu girls can marry at 12 as long as the marriage is not consummated until the girl reaches the age of 15.

In many countries, even those that allow minors to wed, minimum age requirements are often ignored.   According to the UN and State Department, children (including some just above or even below the age of puberty) are often forced to marry. In Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia and the Ukraine, for instance, girls in Romani communities often marry below the legal minimum age. And in Pakistan, the State Department noted that, despite prohibitions, forced marriages were common for many children, some younger than 15.

In 37 countries, the minimum age for women is less than the minimum age requirement for men. In Sudan for instance, boys are allowed to marry at 15, while girls can marry at 10 by law. In India and Bangladesh, the minimum age for men is 21, while women can be married at 18.

The refugee crisis has made child marriage a more pressing issue as girls are being pressed to marry in refugee camps rather than continue their educations.

In certain countries, even when the legal marriage age is 18, cultural traditions take priority over legislative law.  Child marriage violates the rights of children, it affects both boys and girls, though it is more common among girls.  Child marriage has widespread and long term consequences for child brides and grooms.

Why does Religious Law, supersede, accepted laws for marriage of varying age, between 16-18?

Most religions, over history, influenced the marriageable age. For example, Christian ecclesiastical law forbade marriage of a girl before the age of puberty.  Hindu vedic scriptures mandated the age of a girl's marriage to be adulthood which they defined as three years after the onset of puberty. Jewish scholars and rabbis strongly discouraged marriages before the onset of puberty, but at the same time, in exceptional cases, girls ages 3 through 12 (the legal age of consent according to halakha) might be given in marriage by her father.

Historically within the Catholic Church, prior to the 1917 Code of Canon Law, the minimum age for a dissoluble betrothal (sponsalia de futuro) was 7 years in the contractees. The minimum age for a valid marriage was puberty, or nominally 14 for males and 12 for females. The 1917 Code of Canon Law raised the minimum age for a valid marriage at 16 for males and 14 for females.  The 1983 Code of Canon Law maintained the minimum age for a valid marriage at 16 for males and 14 for females.

Some Islamic marriage practices have permitted marriage of girls below the age of 10, because Shariat law is based in part on the life and practices of Muhammad, the Prophet, as described in part in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Muhammad married Aisha, his third wife, when she was about age six, and consummated the marriage when she was about age nine.  Some mainstream Islamic scholars have suggested that it is not the chronological age that matters; marriageable age under Muslim religious law is the age when the guardians of the girl feel she has reached sexual maturity. Such determination of sexual maturity is a matter of subjective judgment, and there is a strong belief among most Muslims and scholars, based on Sharia, that marrying a girl less than 13 years old is an acceptable practice for Muslims.

In 2013 the first United Nations Human Rights Council resolution against child, early, and forced marriages was adopted; it recognizes child marriage as a human rights violation and pledges to eliminate the practice as part of the U.N.'s post-2015 global development agenda4

Why not ask the child? Why is his or her consent not important, or even considered?

Rohingya families in crowded refugee camps in Bangladesh, as they prepared their young daughters for weddings, hoping to secure more food for them and their families. Joyce: “Early marriage is a common cultural practice within the Rohingya Muslim communities in Myanmar with child marriages being extremely common among the ethnic minority group. As over 620,000 Rohingya have fled their homes into neighboring Bangladesh since late August, food rations have reportedly been a major factor in the decision for families to marry off their children in the camps while UN officials warned that Rohingya children, especially those who were unaccompanied, are at great risk of being trafficked or forced into marriages. An investigation by the International Organization for Migration recently uncovered documented accounts of Rohingya girls as young as 11 getting married, and families at refugee camps in Cox's Bazar are forcing their girls to marry early to reduce the number of mouths to feed and secure more food for themselves.”

However, even in developed countries such as the United States legal exceptions mean that 25 US states have no minimum age requirement.

in 25 states there is no statutory minimum age if other legal conditions are met. Although in such states there is no set minimum age by statute, the traditional common law minimum age is 14 for boys and 12 for girls - ages which have been confirmed by case law in some states.  Over the past 15 years, more than 200,000 minors married in US, and in Tennessee girls as young as 10 were married in 2001.

Though we can see it’s a very small sector of society who participate in cannibalism, as otherwise we wouldn’t have such mass burial site and graveyards all over the world; - and you’ll probably find it’s those who live in remote parts of the world, psychopathic serial killers or the elite who do so.
