  1. After spending the majority of her teenage years playing computer games in her father’s repair shop, Jamie started her own business in 2001. She sold her company 7 years later, becoming an active union delegate at AT&T defending the rights and protect the jobs of the entry level worker. Working as a sales trainer for some of the largest names in tech such as Microsoft and Toshiba, she accepted a role with Mindmatrix. After more than a year working in the MSP Advantage Program, Jamie realized that she wanted to help smaller MSP owners just starting out. Having looked around the industry for resources for her clients and turning up empty, she realized that what the industry needed wasn’t another marketing expert or product. What it needed was someone to teach the business development fundamentals. A training resource for the startup MSP to guide them through overcoming the lack of confidence and general fear around prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and funnel management.
