  1. Charm of Making
  2. Transmutation
  3. 1 action
  4. 1 mile
  5. V
  6. Concentration, up to 8 hours
  7.
  8. You begin chanting the charm of making, "Anaal nathrakh, oorfas bethud, dorhiel dienvay". You must maintain the chant for the duration of the spell; the spell ends if you lose concentration or if you are silenced or unable to speak. You can’t cast spells with a verbal component while chanting.
  9.
  10. The Charm of Making can be used to alter the the world and its inhabitants: raise and lower continents, shift the flow of rivers, sink whole cities, erupt volcanoes, and raise mountains. This is the most powerful spell any druid could cast, and has greater effect when assisted by other druids. The greatest record of the Charm of Making's use was the Circle of Elder maintaining the chant for nine days to raise the continent of Taris. The chant can be used to effects other than what is listed, at the DM's discretion.
  11.
  12. Choose a contiguous area of any dimensions or shape that is within range, with a maximum height of 30 feet. This area can spread around corners, and does not all have to be in sight.
  13.
  14. Your breath turns into a soft fog that flows outward as you chant. The area becomes lightly obscured by light fog, which cannot be dispersed. When the spell ends, the fog dissipates over half the duration the spell lasted. When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures in range to be immune to the effects. To a creature immune to the effects, the fog obscures nothing and looks like soft mist.
  15.
  16. For each minute you chant for the first 10 minutes, a new effect takes place:
  17.
  18. 1 minute - Every foot of movement through the fog costs 1 extra foot. A creature can make a Strength saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns to be unaffected by this until the start of their next turn.
  19.
  20. 2 minutes - Every foot of movement through the fog now costs 2 extra feet.
  21.
  22. 3 minutes - The fog becomes thick, making the area heavily obscured. Every foot of movement through the fog now costs 3 extra feet.
  23.
  24. 4 minutes - Creatures chosen by you can choose to walk across the fog's surface as if it were solid ground. Every foot of movement through the fog now costs 4 extra feet.
  25.
  26. 5 minutes - You change the appearance of any willing creature chosen by you as if they were affected by the alter self spell, except that you determine their altered appearance.
  27.
  28. 6 minutes - Duplicate any transmutation spell of 1st level or lower. The spell has no requirements, and does not require concentration. The spell's range now ecompases the entire area. If the spell has a range of self, it now affects a creature of your choice in the area. The spell's duration now lasts as long as you maintain concentration on Charm of Making.
  29.
  30. 7 minutes - You duplicate any transmutation of 2nd level or lower, following the same rules.
  31.
  32. 8 minutes - You duplicate any transmutation of 3rd level or lower, following the same rules.
  33.
  34. 9 minutes - You duplicate any transmutation of 4th level or lower, following the same rules.
  35.
  36. 10 minutes - You duplicate any transmutation of 5th level or lower, following the same rules.
