  1. Hi,
  2.
  3. I am looking for a technical co-founder who has the web-development skills, drive and vision to help execute our ambitious e-commerce concept. Judging by your profile on Techcofounder, it appears you could be a great fit. Please check out the brief overview below and respond if you are interested in meeting up for a further discussion.

  7. We will build upon the successes and avoid the structural pitfalls of daily-deal and flash-deal sites and will harness the power of social networks to build a next generation platform for e-commerce and effective, interactive and measurable online marketing. We expect to significantly impact how consumers make purchases and how companies market online. The concept is very scaleable and includes several lucrative revenue streams. Many more specifics are in the business plan, which our advisors have all found innovative, well thought-out and intriguing. In particular, we are working with Ian Mashiter, an entrepreneur-in-residence with Boston University’s ITEC and a partner at Hub Angel Investment Group.

  9. The game-plan is to find a technical co-founder who can work on developing the site during the next several months, primarily part-time. The technical co-founder will be an equity partner, but if preferred, we may raise some initial seed capital and work out a deal with less equity plus pay. Around April/May, we will start pitching the prototype that has been developed up to that point to angel investors, Incubators and Start-up accelerators. During the summer we will hire additional programmers, ramp up development and start lining up potential customers. The next step will be to land Series A funding by the end of the summer and launch the site. From there, the sky’s the limit.
