Here are some tips for survival mode:<a name='more'></a><ul> <li>At the start - when you don't have any antibiotics yet and don't know where to see a doc - DO NOT SLEEP IN DIRTY OR UNOWNED BEDS! Craft a new bed in Sanctuary Hills and use that one only. Otherwise you'll get infected and die.</li> <li>Antibiotics are your friend. Try to keep a stock of 'em on you at all times. You won't find many of 'em anyways. If you are out of antibiotics and get an infection, you can sleep it over. Though, it may take a few days. Also, there is sometimes a doc on the camping ground behind Concorde. You get there by taking the left road when entering Concorde. Also, if you sleep over your infection in Sanctuary Hills, a trader might come by and sell some antibiotics. There is also a chance of finding some in Sanctuary Hills.</li> <li>You can sleep in a dirty bed - if you use herbals that prevent infections before or if you have antibiotics on you or if you know where to go see a doc.</li> <li>(Almost) Everything has a weight. Keep only a minimal amount of stimpaks and shotgun shells on you.</li> <li>Go 10 points in endurance.</li> <li>It seems when you pick up energy weapons, ie. the one in Concorde during the intro, settlement assaults can be gunners with rapidly firing laser weapons - even when you are still at level 5 only or so. Keep distance in that case to defend the settlement, put a scope onto your laser rifle.</li></ul><h2>Get Ballistic Weave</h2>As everything else usually levels with your player level, item advantages may give you a reasonable edge over your opponents. Get the ballistic weave mod by doing a few quests for the Railroad. It's the result of doing a quest for P.A.M. but you need to do other Railroad quests in order to get assigned to that PAM quest. <p>Ballistic weave cannot be applied to regular apparel. I personally usually try to find some green rag hat and some sort of military fatigues. The rag hat gives an extra 10 energy protection, and the fatigues 2 agility or 1 agility and 1 strength. The fatigues are basically an improved vault suit if modded with the ballistic weave mod.</p><p>The hat and fatigues ballistic weave mod give you a combined 220 physical and 220 energy damage protection - which is insane.</p><p><em><strong>Warning!</strong></em> There is a bug that may prevent you from getting the ballistic weave mod. More about it - and to fix it - can be found <a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Ballistic_weave">on the bottom of the ballistic weave wiki page</a>.</p><h2>Weapons</h2>From the Railroad's Tinker Tom you'll be able to purchase a silenced sniper rifle with VATS bonus for being out of combat. <p>From Vault 81&rsquo;s shop you get a combat gun with double damage. If you set up shop in Hangman&rsquo;s Alley (which is a good position because it&rsquo;s somewhat in the center of the map), just head out west and you&rsquo;ll get there. It&rsquo;s basically around the corner from there.</p><p>In addition to these two rifles, pick up a some shotgun for close quarter combat. Generally, it&rsquo;s a good advice to have all enemies somewhat far and in a reasonable cone concentrated in front of you, but if you got that occasional legendary sitting right on top of you, it can save your life. Get a combat shotgun as fast as possible because it has a larger clip.</p><p>These are the three weapons I usually keep on me. Later on, a gauss rifle comes in handy to one-shoting legendaries or when you are up against Mirelurk Queens and Kings. But their ammo is heavy and expensive, so reserve it for the big ones.</p><p>Rifle builds usually need a lot of perception points to increase accuracy in VATS. Last time I started out with rather few of them, and added them later on. The VATS enhanced sniper rifle kind of compensates this somewhat at early stages.</p><h2>Ammo</h2>You can get a .50 caliber mod for the sniper rifle. .50 caliber ammo is somewhat rare so you may need to occasionally buy it. I'm usually using scrounger perk and pick up every ammo type for selling it to vendors. <h2>Radiation</h2>Get a Hazmat suit if you encounter one. Otherwise I don't care about radiation gear-wise because I usually take the Life Giver perk that removes radiation insanely fast when in sun light. That also helps with radiated food and water: get empty bottles to store dirty water in your inventory, and eat wild fruits and berries to satisfy your hunger. <h2>Charisma</h2>I usually run low charisma builds. In dialogues and when bartering you can compensate for that somewhat by using grape mentats. For those, you need to pick up a few hub flowers in the wilderness, some mentats and whiskey. <h2>Game Stability</h2>I had some stability issues. After deleting the manually changed game configs under My Documents\Games\Fallout4, I went with the default graphics settings. Apparently, that solved my issues - somewhat. Basically, I face two different issues: a) endless scene loading, b) VATS freezes. For the latter, there is a mod that claims to fix it on Nexus Mods called <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27674/">VATS Freeze Fix</a>. <p>Sleeping might takes ages at some point, up to the point where you get the impression that the game is frozen. In my experience that is related to a path-finding AI that goes haywire because your settlement building is blocking all possible paths.</p><h2>Criticals</h2>In FO4, criticals are not random - you can and have to use them explicitly by pressing SPACE in VATS. Criticals do not only do more damage, they also never miss their target - so always aim for the weakest spot as long as you have at least a 1% chance to hit. Aim for the head! <h2>Frame Rates</h2>For me, the default graphics settings are good sometimes, but often drop the FPS to an unacceptable level when rendering more complex scenes. I get the best results by simply accepting the default graphics settings, and then select the next lower resolution, ie. switch from 1080 lines to 1280x720. <h2>Mods</h2>The following mods are pretty much essential. I don't recommend playing Fallout 4 without them and I don't recommend playing Fallout 4 on console in survival mode at all. <ul> <li>Install <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/modmanager/">Nexus Mod Manager</a> and create a Nexus account.</li> <li>High res texture pack is said to be buggy. Avoid it.</li> <li>If you use VATS (needed for crits/blitz-melee/some luck based perks), install <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27674">VATS Freeze Fix</a>.</li> <li>Install <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12556/">Survival Mode Console Enabler</a> so you are able to apply the bug solution provided by the Fallout wiki in survival mode. If you play on console: don't play in survival mode. TY Bethesda.</li> <li><a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14830/">Night Vision Blur Remover</a> fixes an issue with the night vision perk that transforms the perk practically into a negative one by blurring half of your screen. O.M.G.</li> <li>I tried Old World Radio Boston, but it seemed to ruin game stability. Maybe the CTDs (crash to desktop) vanish if you install only one radio mod at a time.</li></ul>Here is a screenshot of what I currently have installed using Nexus Mod Manager: <p><img src="https://gamefaqs-images.leponceau.org/2018-06-16-Fallout-4-My-Personal-Recommendations/fallout4mods.png" alt="" /></p><p>The following mods can only be installed manually:<br /><ul><br /><li>Install <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15639">Achievements Mods Enabler</a> if you still want to get achievements with active mods.</li><br /><li><a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10283/">Load Accelerator</a> improves your loading times. Somehow Bethesda managed to throttle scene loading using vsync. For me, running Windows 10 from SSD and using a monitor running at 60Hz, loading times went down from 10+ to 4+ seconds.</li></p></ul><h2>Game Stability</h2>One needs to differentiate between three types of instabilities: hardware crashes, software crashes (game bugs), and quest bugs. Software crashes are usually called CTDs (crash to desktop). If you can't kill your game without resetting your PC, your screen goes black and switching to desktop does not work, you have a hardware issue. To determine hardware issues, you can do the following: <ul> <li>Run <a href="https://benchmark.unigine.com/valley">Unigine Valley</a> benchmark. In my case it reproduced the graphics hardware issue immediately, an issue that otherwise only turned up every two days or so. However, using different benchmark settings made the problem disappear again, so it's not a reliable way to check hardware issues, but it can help.</li> <li>If you found a way to reproduce the hardware issue fast and reliably (ie. using the aforementioned benchmark), you can try <a href="https://de.msi.com/page/afterburner">MSI Afterburner</a> to downclock your GPU. In my case, I had a GTX 660 TI OC, I used that software to undo the OC (remove the GPU overclocking) and since then my graphics card is stable again. MSI Afterburner also allows you to track GPU temperature on screen, so you can see issues with that while playing. Using something like a <a href="https://www.amazon.de/IT-Dusters-CompuCleaner-Original-Staubgebl%C3%A4se/dp/B00S7CH6FK">CompuClean</a> air blower might lower your temps quite dramatically because dust is a pretty decent enemy of heat dissipation.</li></ul>The vanilla game isn't really stable. You'll need at least <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27674">VATS Freeze Fix</a>. <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10283/">Load Accelerator</a>, <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15639">Achievements Mods Enabler</a> and <a href="https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14830/">Night Vision Blur Remover</a> don't seem to affect stability adversely. I tend to enable the survival mode console mod only when needed. Here is my personal experience/take:<a name='more'></a><br /><ul><br /><li><strong>Battlefield Medic:</strong> It has <strong>strong</strong> direct heals and it comes close to you for healing, which in turn increases its survivability because that way you often automatically take aggro away from it, especially if you are a melee class. It has a very low price of around 50k AD for the epic version. <strong>However, </strong>if you get close to 12k item level, this medic will give you a disadvantage regarding its gear slots: it can only be geared using waist and neck pieces, and these are infinitely more expensive/worse than the triple ring combination you can use on the Lillend companion - it&rsquo;s rather easy to get high item level rings with 2 enchantment slots each, and as of Mod 12b it seems impossible to get there using waist/neck items even closely.</li><br /><li><strong>Lillend:</strong> its main heal is ranged and therefore it&rsquo;s always standing far away from you and getting taken down by enemies while aggroing everything that&rsquo;s two miles away. On top of that, the heal is centered around an enemy target: that&rsquo;s problematic for ranged classes. Price is about the same as for the Battlefield Medic. <strong>However</strong>, because of its 3 ring slots, it&rsquo;s a cheap option to maximize your overall stats and a convenient solution to get past the 12k item level mark. On top of that, in contrast to the medic the Lillend healer companion also has a ranged attack which is helpful to trigger <strong>Companion&rsquo;s Gift</strong> given by <strong>Bonding Runestones</strong> faster because the companion does not have to wait for a necessary heal to trigger it.</li><br /><li><strong>Apprentice Healer:</strong> Okay to start, but it has an annoying healing sound (IMHO) and it has ranged heals. It also does a little AoE damage from time to time. Prohibitive downside: the epic version costs 800k+ AD because these guys seem to come with common quality only and need to be upgraded if you want the epic version (+90 item levels). Use it at the VERY start if you need a healer because you can get it for free or for 2 gold at level 4. If you have 50k AD, go for the Battlefield Medic instead.</li><br /><li><strong>Angel of Protection:</strong> strong protection, ranged heals, has all the downsides of the medic. Potential advantage: its abilities affect only the summoner - the other healer pets run around and heal everyone else in a party.</li></p></ul>There are other healers, most notably the <strong>Alchemist Experimenter</strong>, which is even cheaper than the Battlefield Medic, has a ranged heal and also some ranged attack. I haven't used it extensively for healing so I can't really compare its healing capability with the Battlefield Medic. Judging by its lower price, it's probably lacking a bit in that regard, but that's just a guess. Ít also only provides slots for neck and waist pieces and therefore has the same drawbacks as the Battlefield Medic. <h3>Gearing Advantage</h3>As already described, having a pet with 3 ring slots allows you to get a very high item level fast and easily. But not only makes that your pet stronger (which could be compensated by the pet's inherent features), it also maximizes the effect of <strong>bonding runestones</strong>. That makes <strong>Lillend</strong> and <strong>Will'o'Wisp</strong> (the latter mainly for tanks) very interesting until you got the resources to get pets with best-in-slot features that might surpass that gearing advantage in some way (like the usually very expensive archon pets that give you a straight damage bonus). <h3>Conclusion</h3>For now, I personally prefer Lillend simply because of the bonding runestones trigger effect from its ranged attack ability and because it uses ring slots for easy item level maximization. Take it for what it is.<a name='more'></a></p><ul><li>Healers and tanks have better queue times for dungeons etc. This is not as relevant as it might seem because you need to invest A LOT of time into campaigns anyway in order to get your boons, and you can queue up while doing these.</li><li>However, there is no way to have one and the same char fulfill different roles like dps <strong>and</strong> healer/tank optimally because despite the fact that you might have different loadouts, those loadouts share the same base stats roll with which you started your character - and that base stats roll is essential for a specific role&rsquo;s optimal performance. So, for PvE you definitely want to go with a DPS char, otherwise your leveling/campaigning will get pretty annoying due to too high survivability/too low damage.</li><li>The only class I like for PvE, for doing campaigns etc. is the <a href="http://mmominds.com/2017/06/22/one-above-all-gwf-mod-11-destroyer-pve-build/">GWF</a> (great weapon fighter/swordmaster). Reasons: it provides decent DPS and it is not as squishy as the other high dps classes. With only a little more than 6k item level I can go into Icewind Dale/Pass and kill even the hardest mobs - just make sure you have a (cheap!) epic battlefield medic and use your damage boost class feature defensively when your healer companion needs time to recover - it provides you with A LOT of damage mitigation upon activation! That GWF swordmaster class feature to some extent even scales with your enemy: the more damage you take, the faster it recharges&hellip; which is in a way pretty insane: you are practically asking the enemy to hit you as hard as possible. Get a good guide so you know what to do. Alternatively, you can always delete and re-level your character - if you like it the hard way.</li><br /><li>You get an additional character slot the first time you buy 500 ZEN through Arc&rsquo;s website. <strong>Does <em>not</em> apply to Steam purchases!</strong></li><br /><li>Think about rolling a spec that is not purely dps, ie. <a href="http://mmominds.com/2017/05/16/gf-sr-guardiao/">a tank spec</a> - you will get <strong>much </strong>better instance queue times.</li><br /><li>You can buy companions (for example healer or dps) as early as level 4 using gold.</li><br /><li>You can <strong>transfer gold</strong> between your characters by using the bank.</li><br /><li>You can<strong> transfer astral diamonds</strong> between your characters by using the astral diamonds exchange. Place a &ldquo;Buy ZEN for 50 astral diamonds each&rdquo; order, cancel it, and withdraw the refund on the character where you want them.</li><br /><li>Classes with <strong>fast movement</strong>: scourge warlock (also high dps, increased base movement speed (permanent!), fast movement ability), great sword fighter (fast movement ability), guardian fighter (ability <a href="https://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Into_the_Fray">Into the Fray</a>, also affects nearby allies), cleric (neat dash ability, usable 4 times in a row). Paladin seems to have no movement related features at all.</li><br /><li><strong>Bags</strong>: the &ldquo;bag of holes&rdquo; is <strong>not</strong> a bag. You get one additional free bag during the quest line in the Blacklake District area, and another one in the Neverdeath area. You get the first one more or less automatically, but the second one is a reward to a side-quest, so make sure you make all quests in the Neverdeath area until you get it. I also got a third bag called &ldquo;embroidered bag of holding&rdquo; as a reward for finishing the &ldquo;Benign Order of the Third Eye&rdquo; campaign.</li><br /><li><strong>Gear visuals clipping</strong>: if your sword or shield gets clipped by your cape etc., simply hit &ldquo;C&rdquo;, right-click cape and select &ldquo;disable visuals&rdquo;.</li><br /><li>If doing a lot of questing, remap the mount button, ie. to &ldquo;g&rdquo;.</li><br /><li>I also suggest remapping &ldquo;Toggle cursor mode&rdquo; to &ldquo;^&rdquo; (to avoid interference with ALT-TAB when switching to the browser etc) and &ldquo;Game menu&rdquo; to &ldquo;F1&rdquo; to avoid that pesky menu popping up whenever one only wants to close or abort something in-game.</li><br /><li><strong>PUGs</strong>: if you plan on joining PUGs, you should probably think about running as a healer, because the internal queue system is so unbelievably stupid that you will otherwise end up without a healer half of the time&hellip;.</li><br /><li>When abandoning quests, you can pick them up again where you originally got em. However, there won&rsquo;t be a quest marker above the quest giver then, and you&rsquo;ll probably be lost unless looking up the quest giver on the wiki.</li><br /><li>You can get <strong>astral diamonds</strong> from the auction house, or by converting <strong>rough astral diamonds</strong>. You get the latter from daily random queues.</li><br /><li>You can buy <strong>rank 5 enchantments </strong>relatively cheaply by buying them for <strong>Seal of the Adventurer</strong> currency. You usually get quite a bit of those by doing the daily random queues and using the daily chest key in the process. You probably want to save your low level material for upgrading runes. There is also a relatively low limit for the <strong>Seal of the Adventurer</strong> currency that is easy to hit and you will likely waste valuable currency if you aren&rsquo;t aware of that. Don&rsquo;t put enchantments into your gear before level 60.</li><br /><li>When hitting level 70, start replacing your enchantments with rank 7 ones at least. They are still quite cheap when buying them from the auction house. Use <strong>Seal of the Protector</strong> currency to buy item level 420 rings from the vendor.</li><br /><li><strong>Companions: </strong>active companions and summoned companions are two different things. &ldquo;Active&rdquo; means &ldquo;ready to summon&rdquo;. You can have up to 5 active companions. All of your active companions give you a special stat increase or something similar to that, and that bonus increases with companion quality. Get the cheapest epic companions with suitable active bonuses from the auction house when starting out. They will cost you around 100k to 150k astral diamonds in total. Put a bonding runestone on your summoned companion and give that companion the best gear from all of your companions because the bonding will share that gear with your character. You don&rsquo;t need to gear up your unsummoned companions. Don&rsquo;t upgrade the quality of your companions when starting out: it&rsquo;s much cheaper to buy epic quality companions from the auction house. Later on, you might decide that you want a special epic companion that&rsquo;s not cheaply available on the auction house, and those will usually cost around 800k astral diamonds. Think about starting with the epic battlefield medic.</li><br /><li><strong>Mounts: </strong>you want, when starting, one epic mount and four rare ones. You want the epic one for the travel speed boost, and the rare+ ones to have three insignia slots per mount. Put at least rare insignias on all of your active mounts. The rare insignias usually go for less than 1k AD per piece. The mounts&rsquo; price ranges between 15k to 30k for rare ones, and the cheapest epic one is usually around the 130k AD mark. Don&rsquo;t forget to activate the +2000 recovery bonus and the +110% mounted speed boost after you bought the epic mount: that does not happen automatically or by simply changing to the new mount skin! IMO travel speed is the most important aspect in the game: first thing to buy is always the rare mount, and then the epic one. Everything else comes after that because there is practically no teleport in this game - sometimes you can use the map instance change feature to get yourself teleported to a nearby respawn point, tbat&rsquo;s basically all there is apart from costly teleport scrolls.</li><br /><li><strong>Artifact set:</strong> make sure that you have a complete (3 of 3) artifact set at level 70. Upgrade the artifacts to rare, which is still pretty cheap. Make sure you have filled all artifact slots with rare ones. A complete set will give you a ton of defense at a very low price.</li><br /><li>If you are desperate for item levels, do the dwarven quest line at level ~70. It will reward you with a dwarf fighter companion who can be equipped with 3 rings. Remember the item level 420 rings that can be bought for <strong>Seal of the Protector</strong>! However, I found that totally unnecessary.</li><br /><li><strong>Weapons (main and off-hand): </strong>at level 70 buy the Chult weapons from the auction house. They are damn cheap. Upgrade them to rare quality.</li><br /><li><strong>Shirt and pants: </strong>probably best-in-slot are the crafted ones. Both together cost around 180k AD if buying from the auction house. Somewhat cheaper are the Drowcraft ones from the Underdark campaign store - they can be bought for Demonic Ichor, and (AFAIK) for AD from the auction house. You can also get item level 480 shirt and pants from the folly skirmish - they drop quite often when achieving a gold result.</li><br /><li>For the rest of the <strong>gear</strong>, it&rsquo;s probably best to use the drops from dungeons, chests etc., until you reach a level where you start looking for BiS stuff. When reaching Chult, you can buy head, arms, chest, feet armor pieces and rings for AD from the trader in the port. AFAIR these items have item level 420 (rare).</li><br /><li><strong>Chult: </strong>not recommended before you have an item level of around 10k. Before the intro starts, you get aboard some ship and talk to a guy on it. You don&rsquo;t get really stuck in the Chult intro if you got a too low item level, but it can get pretty annoying because you&rsquo;ll likely have to resurrect over and over again to keep the encounters during the intro going in order to finish it. And apart from a teleport scroll (which you may not have), there is nothing to undo your decision to start the Chult intro or to abort it. On the other hand, it might be worthwhile to get to the Chult port at a too low item level in order to access the AD armor trader&hellip; maybe someone can help you get there, though I&rsquo;m not sure if it&rsquo;s possible to do that intro with a party.</li><br /><li><strong>Guild: </strong>join some high-level guild to benefit from guild perks/boons. Don&rsquo;t forget to activate them on your character&rsquo;s boon tab.</li><br /><li><strong>Boons: </strong>you need all the boons from all the campaigns that provide them. All campaigns depend on daily/weekly tasks, so you&rsquo;ll probably want to do as many of them as possible in parallel. Also check the usefulness of the campaign tasks to avoid wasting time with stuff that won&rsquo;t really help you.</li><br /><li>Don&rsquo;t waste your time on collecting <strong>Voninblood</strong> or <strong>Black Ice</strong> unless you need it for campaign tasks. I never encountered any situation where it was that much useful because you usually end up skipping most of the campaign gear that needs it or which can be bought with it anyways. If you need to collect Voninblood, go to Bryn Shander and switch to the map instance with the lowest population. The number of relics you can dig up that way is pretty insane (there is a relic trader in the town center where all the quest givers for the daily quests are - you can turn in the relics with him and he will give you the Voninblood. In my case that trader has only a square above his head, ie. he is not marked with the usual trader symbol.).</li><br /><li><strong>Refinement points:</strong> until level 70, you probably want to sell refinable stuff (gems) on the auction house in exchange for astral diamonds (AD) so you are able to buy elementary stuff. From level 70 or so onwards, you likely will need A LOT of refinement points to upgrade stuff, maybe primarily your weapons.</li><br /><li><strong>Item level requirements: </strong>rings are probably the easiest to obtain gear pieces. To maximize your overall item level you should therefore think about running with a triple-ring companion. One cheap and epic quality one is Lillend. Neck and waist gear pieces are probably the worst, so try to avoid companions that use them. Unfortunately, one of the best and cheap epic healer companions (Battlefield Medic) uses only waist and neck pieces. Ein Blog ist ein auf einer Internetseite geführtes, in der Regel öffentlich einsehbares Portal, in welchem eine oder mehrere Personen, die Blogger oder Web-Blogger genannt werden, Artikel posten oder Gedanken in sogenannten Blogposts niederschreiben können. Die Blogposts können in der Regel von Dritten kommentiert werden.</p><p>Hinterlässt eine betroffene Person einen Kommentar in dem auf dieser Internetseite veröffentlichten Blog, werden neben den von der betroffenen Person hinterlassenen Kommentaren auch Angaben zum Zeitpunkt der Kommentareingabe sowie zu dem von der betroffenen Person gewählten Nutzernamen (Pseudonym) gespeichert und veröffentlicht. Ferner wird die vom Internet-Service-Provider (ISP) der betroffenen Person vergebene IP-Adresse mitprotokolliert. Diese Speicherung der IP-Adresse erfolgt aus Sicherheitsgründen und für den Fall, dass die betroffene Person durch einen abgegebenen Kommentar die Rechte Dritter verletzt oder rechtswidrige Inhalte postet. Abonnement von Kommentaren im Blog auf der Internetseite</h4><p>Die im Blog der leponceau.org abgegebenen Kommentare können grundsätzlich von Dritten abonniert werden. Insbesondere besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ein Kommentator die seinem Kommentar nachfolgenden Kommentare zu einem bestimmten Blog-Beitrag abonniert.</p><p>Sofern sich eine betroffene Person für die Option entscheidet, Kommentare zu abonnieren, versendet der für die Verarbeitung Verantwortliche eine automatische Bestätigungsmail, um im Double-Opt-In-Verfahren zu überprüfen, ob sich wirklich der Inhaber der angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse für diese Option entschieden hat. Die Option zum Abonnement von Kommentaren kann jederzeit beendet werden.</p><h4>11. Routinemäßige Löschung und Sperrung von personenbezogenen Daten</h4><p>Der für die Verarbeitung Verantwortliche verarbeitet und speichert personenbezogene Daten der betroffenen Person nur für den Zeitraum, der zur Erreichung des Speicherungszwecks erforderlich ist oder sofern dies durch den Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber oder einen anderen Gesetzgeber in Gesetzen oder Vorschriften, welchen der für die Verarbeitung Verantwortliche unterliegt, vorgesehen wurde.</p><p>Entfällt der Speicherungszweck oder läuft eine vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber oder einem anderen zuständigen Gesetzgeber vorgeschriebene Speicherfrist ab, werden die personenbezogenen Daten routinemäßig und entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften gesperrt oder gelöscht.</p><h4>12. Rechte der betroffenen Person</h4><ul style="list-style: none;"><li><h4>a) Recht auf Bestätigung</h4><p>Jede betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber eingeräumte Recht, von dem für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen eine Bestätigung darüber zu verlangen, ob sie betreffende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden. Möchte eine betroffene Person dieses Bestätigungsrecht in Anspruch nehmen, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen wenden.</p></li><li><h4>b) Recht auf Auskunft</h4><p>Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber gewährte Recht, jederzeit von dem für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen unentgeltliche Auskunft über die zu seiner Person gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten und eine Kopie dieser Auskunft zu erhalten. Ferner hat der Europäische Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber der betroffenen Person Auskunft über folgende Informationen zugestanden:</p><ul style="list-style: none;"><li>die Verarbeitungszwecke</li><li>die Kategorien personenbezogener Daten, die verarbeitet werden</li><li>die Empfänger oder Kategorien von Empfängern, gegenüber denen die personenbezogenen Daten offengelegt worden sind oder noch offengelegt werden, insbesondere bei Empfängern in Drittländern oder bei internationalen Organisationen</li><li>falls möglich die geplante Dauer, für die die personenbezogenen Daten gespeichert werden, oder, falls dies nicht möglich ist, die Kriterien für die Festlegung dieser Dauer</li><li>das Bestehen eines Rechts auf Berichtigung oder Löschung der sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten oder auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung durch den Verantwortlichen oder eines Widerspruchsrechts gegen diese Verarbeitung</li><li>das Bestehen eines Beschwerderechts bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde</li><li>wenn die personenbezogenen Daten nicht bei der betroffenen Person erhoben werden: Alle verfügbaren Informationen über die Herkunft der Daten</li><li>das Bestehen einer automatisierten Entscheidungsfindung einschließlich Profiling gemäß Artikel 22 Abs.1 und 4 DS-GVO und — zumindest in diesen Fällen — aussagekräftige Informationen über die involvierte Logik sowie die Tragweite und die angestrebten Auswirkungen einer derartigen Verarbeitung für die betroffene Person</li></ul><p>Ferner steht der betroffenen Person ein Auskunftsrecht darüber zu, ob personenbezogene Daten an ein Drittland oder an eine internationale Organisation übermittelt wurden. Sofern dies der Fall ist, so steht der betroffenen Person im Übrigen das Recht zu, Auskunft über die geeigneten Garantien im Zusammenhang mit der Übermittlung zu erhalten.</p><p>Möchte eine betroffene Person dieses Auskunftsrecht in Anspruch nehmen, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen wenden.</p></li><li><h4>c) Recht auf Berichtigung</h4><p>Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber gewährte Recht, die unverzügliche Berichtigung sie betreffender unrichtiger personenbezogener Daten zu verlangen. Ferner steht der betroffenen Person das Recht zu, unter Berücksichtigung der Zwecke der Verarbeitung, die Vervollständigung unvollständiger personenbezogener Daten — auch mittels einer ergänzenden Erklärung — zu verlangen.</p><p>Möchte eine betroffene Person dieses Berichtigungsrecht in Anspruch nehmen, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen wenden.</p></li><li><h4>d) Recht auf Löschung (Recht auf Vergessen werden)</h4><p>Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber gewährte Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen zu verlangen, dass die sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten unverzüglich gelöscht werden, sofern einer der folgenden Gründe zutrifft und soweit die Verarbeitung nicht erforderlich ist:</p><ul style="list-style: none;"><li>Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden für solche Zwecke erhoben oder auf sonstige Weise verarbeitet, für welche sie nicht mehr notwendig sind.</li><li>Die betroffene Person widerruft ihre Einwilligung, auf die sich die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe a DS-GVO oder Art. 9 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a DS-GVO stützte, und es fehlt an einer anderweitigen Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung.</li><li>Die betroffene Person legt gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 1 DS-GVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein, und es liegen keine vorrangigen berechtigten Gründe für die Verarbeitung vor, oder die betroffene Person legt gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 2 DS-GVO Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung ein.</li><li>Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden unrechtmäßig verarbeitet.</li><li>Die Löschung der personenbezogenen Daten ist zur Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung nach dem Unionsrecht oder dem Recht der Mitgliedstaaten erforderlich, dem der Verantwortliche unterliegt.</li><li>Die personenbezogenen Daten wurden in Bezug auf angebotene Dienste der Informationsgesellschaft gemäß Art. 8 Abs. 1 DS-GVO erhoben.</li></ul><p>Sofern einer der oben genannten Gründe zutrifft und eine betroffene Person die Löschung von personenbezogenen Daten, die bei der leponceau.org gespeichert sind, veranlassen möchte, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen wenden. Art. 21 Abs. 1 DS-GVO eingelegt und es steht noch nicht fest, ob die berechtigten Gründe des Verantwortlichen gegenüber denen der betroffenen Person überwiegen.</li></ul><p>Sofern eine der oben genannten Voraussetzungen gegeben ist und eine betroffene Person die Einschränkung von personenbezogenen Daten, die bei der leponceau.org gespeichert sind, verlangen möchte, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen wenden. Der Mitarbeiter der leponceau.org wird die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung veranlassen.</p></li><li><h4>f) Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit</h4><p>Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber gewährte Recht, die sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten, welche durch die betroffene Person einem Verantwortlichen bereitgestellt wurden, in einem strukturierten, gängigen und maschinenlesbaren Format zu erhalten. Sie hat außerdem das Recht, diese Daten einem anderen Verantwortlichen ohne Behinderung durch den Verantwortlichen, dem die personenbezogenen Daten bereitgestellt wurden, zu übermitteln, sofern die Verarbeitung auf der Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe a DS-GVO oder Art. 9 Abs. 2 Buchstabe a DS-GVO oder auf einem Vertrag gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstabe b DS-GVO beruht und die Verarbeitung mithilfe automatisierter Verfahren erfolgt, sofern die Verarbeitung nicht für die Wahrnehmung einer Aufgabe erforderlich ist, die im öffentlichen Interesse liegt oder in Ausübung öffentlicher Gewalt erfolgt, welche dem Verantwortlichen übertragen wurde.</p><p>Ferner hat die betroffene Person bei der Ausübung ihres Rechts auf Datenübertragbarkeit gemäß Art. 20 Abs. 1 DS-GVO das Recht, zu erwirken, dass die personenbezogenen Daten direkt von einem Verantwortlichen an einen anderen Verantwortlichen übermittelt werden, soweit dies technisch machbar ist und sofern hiervon nicht die Rechte und Freiheiten anderer Personen beeinträchtigt werden.</p><p>Zur Geltendmachung des Rechts auf Datenübertragbarkeit kann sich die betroffene Person jederzeit an einen Mitarbeiter der leponceau.org wenden.</p></li><li><h4>g) Recht auf Widerspruch</h4><p>Jede von der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten betroffene Person hat das vom Europäischen Richtlinien- und Verordnungsgeber gewährte Recht, aus Gründen, die sich aus ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit gegen die Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten, die aufgrund von Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchstaben e oder f DS-GVO erfolgt, Widerspruch einzulegen. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung</h4><p>Art. 6 I lit. a DS-GVO dient unserem Unternehmen als Rechtsgrundlage für Verarbeitungsvorgänge, bei denen wir eine Einwilligung für einen bestimmten Verarbeitungszweck einholen. Auf dieser Rechtsgrundlage basieren Verarbeitungsvorgänge, die von keiner der vorgenannten Rechtsgrundlagen erfasst werden, wenn die Verarbeitung zur Wahrung eines berechtigten Interesses unseres Unternehmens oder eines Dritten erforderlich ist, sofern die Interessen, Grundrechte und Grundfreiheiten des Betroffenen nicht überwiegen.
