Subject: Stoor van voertuie -September vakansie 2011 / Storage of vehicles- September holidays 2011

INSAKE:  Reëlings t.o.v die stoor van u voertuig gedurende die Septembervakansie

INBOEK: Meld by USBD se kantoor aan wanneer u die voertuig wil gaan stoor.  Teken voertuig in.  Daarna sal u na die stoorplek verwys word.
UITBOEK:  Meld eers by USBD kantore aan wanneer u die voertuig na die vakansie kom afhaal.  Teken voertuig uit. Daarna sal USBD beampte reël dat u die voertuig kan afhaal.  Voertuie moet op Sondag, 11 September 2011 verwyder word.

LET WEL:
Voertuie word op eie risiko geparkeer.   Die US aanvaar geen aanspreeklikheid vir enige verlies van en/of skade aan voertuie of die inhoud daarvan nie en onderneem u om die US te vrywaar en skadeloos te stel vir alle verlies en/of skade aan u voertuig, asook die inhoud daarvan, hoe dit ookal mag ontstaan, wat u mag ly.


RE:  Arrangements concerning the storage of your vehicle during the September holidays.

BOOK IN:  Report at the USBD offices when you want to place your vehicle in storage.  Sign your vehicle in.  Then you will be guided to the storage place.
BOOK OUT:  Firstly, report at USBD offices when you want to fetch your vehicle.  Sign the vehicle out. Then the USBD official will organise that you may fetch your car.  Vehicles must be removed on Sunday, 11 September 2011.

NB:
Vehicles are parked at owners’ risk. The US does not accept any liability for any loss of and/or damage to vehicles or their contents and you undertake to keep the US indemnified and to hold the US harmless against all loss and/or damage to your vehicle and/or the contents of your vehicle, from any cause arising, which you may sustain.
