- Dear Sir/Madam,
- I would like to express my dissatisfaction with services provided by your company. My stay in your hotel in London was very unpleasant
- experience.
- For the start I paid for room with sea view and I got room on the other side of the hotel. I tried to overcome the problem with your worker,
- but I was told that the hotel was already overbooked. Then more problems started to appear. My room wasn't cleared properly. Bedding wasn't
- changed and mirror in toilet was dirty. I paid extra for breakfasts, but they were awful, so I had to eat in city and pay for that. Additionaly,
- at the end of the accomodation I was accused of destroying wardrobe in my room. I did't even use it, so I felt awful!
- Taking into consideration all of my inconveniences I demand full refund, a letter of apology, and a coupon for a future stay.
