TWWHD - AD TAS Route idea

  1. This is a route idea for an All Dungeons TAS. This is a first draft, I probably overlooked something!
  2. This route goes to FF1 first in order to get the sword before DRC and zombie hover there. Doing DRC first could actually very well be faster, but that would require a lot of timing, and I have no idea if Swordless DRC BK skip is even a thing. The zombie hover in DRC saves around 3min, the only question is: how much time does grappling hook save in FF1 and a few overworld movement? (by my timing, around 3min too lol)
  3. However, the route below is a lot cooler, does 2 pretty much TAS-only Zombie Hovers. It wouldn't be fun to TAS however.

  7. Intro Cutscene
  8. Superswim from Outset to Northern Fairy Isle submarine
  9. Get Captured
  10. Escape from jail
  11. Get Rupees
  12. Get Gossip Stone
  13. Get damaged by the bokoblin
  14. Kill the bokoblin
  15. Stick Hover to the top of FF1
  16. Sidle the gap
  17. Get sword
  18. Save Warp (Don't beat the bokoblin and don't enter the cutscene)

  20. Superswim from Outset to Bomb Isle submarine
  21. Defeat the bokoblins (take some damage here)
  22. Get Bottle
  23. Leave the submarine
  24. Get Water
  25. Superswim from the submarine to DRI
  26. Get Wind Waker
  27. Rock Skip
  28. Watch Delivery bag cutscene (Delivery bag skip?)

  30. (Bombs could be worth getting before FF1 (After Save Warp 1: Greatfish -> Windfall -> PWskip -> Bombs -> Save Warp -> Bomb Isle Sub -> DRC) But I'm not sure if it saves enough time, it may, it may not.)

  32. Go to the cavern
  33. Water a bomb flower
  34. Throw it to the rock
  35. Break one statue and jumpslash over the lava to enter DRC
  36. Enter DRC
  37. Get damaged by the bokoblins some more (you need to be at 1/4 health)
  38. Get the key
  39. Break the wall next room (maybe you don't need to watch the interior cutscene? Maybe you do)
  40. Zombie Hover to the bridge on the 2nd floor (Get healed by a heart dropped by keese that got killed by a random falling rock)
  41. Go through the next rooms with sword (Bombs would save a minor amount of time here also)
  42. Defeat the miniboss (get rupees?)
  43. Get Grappling Hook
  44. Go to the boss room from there (no save warp)
  45. DRC Boss Key Skip with Item sliding (from the hook or from that OoB spot you can stand on)
  46. Gohma fight (Sword also saves time here, get more rupees without loosing time)
  47. Step into the light
  48. Watch Din's Pearl Cutscene
  49. Island Hop to Greatfish
  50. Greatfish cutscene skip with fall damage (?) (We need to trigger it for Nayru's Pearl)
  51. Island Hop to the Windfall pirate ship (During the TAS: DO NOT WATCH THE WINDFALL CUTSCENE)
  52. Get Bombs
  53. Save Warp back to Outset
  54.  
  55. Watch Outset cutscene
  56. Island Hop to Forest Haven, inside the loadzone before the cutscene triggers
  57. Defeat the Chus
  58. Deku Tree cs skip (spawn back on Outset)
  59. Island Hop to Windfall, inside Tingle's loading zone
  60. Free Tingle
  61. Leave
  62. Buy the sail
  63. Island Hop back to Outset/break Jabu's wall
  64. Get Nayru's Pearl (This is the tricky part :P)
  65. Superswim to land and Island Hop inside the mid Forest Haven loadzone (before the FH cutscene starts once again)

  98. Get bow (since this is a TAS, maybe bow early has no problems with missing the platform cycle?)
  99. Third statue (sidehop the scales)
  100. TotG Boss Key
  101. Defeat Gohdan
  102. Enter the pink portal
  103. Save Warp to Outset

  105. (Hyrule 1 skip. The route revolves around that one save warp. Also, I don't know the early game flag very well, but I believe that every save warp now still puts you to Outset, since we skipped both Spoils Bag and FF1)

  138. Island Hop to Fire Montain and shoot an ice arrow midair (this is done now because we need height, FF should be ideal)
  139. Enter Fire Montain
  140. Get Power Bracelets
  141. Leave Normally
  142. Island Hop to TotG (To the roof if possible. If not, then Island Hop to Beedle (later))
  143. Island Hop to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a fire arrow midair (once again, we need height)
  144. Enter Ice Ring
  145. Get Iron Boots
  146. Leave normally
  147. Island Hop into Headstone's loadzone
  148. Learn Earth God's Lyrics
  149. Leave normally
  150. Break the headstone (to avoid softlock)
  151. Island Hop to Dragon Roost Island

  153. (maybe a detour by Outset to gain height before Island Hopping? Especially if Delivery Bag skip ends up being faster. It would be nice to Island Hop straight to Medli)
