  1. Katzan merely strode back towards the very point where the forces met, the greyish flames accompanying him. He had already fastened a fancy new armor for himself, much more different than the last one, however it is still drained of color.
  2.
  3. Anyone who could see would easily be able to recognize it as being Chi Ciao's armor, surprisingly devoid of any blood as the Xizoh stood back in the lines. His glowing golden skin made himself clearly highlighted among the soldiers of Gaiar, and more importantly...
  4.
  5. ... He just stood there. He was important, after all. Even as everyone was arguing in unknowledgeable languages, Katzan kept himself shut. As if his gaze was, somehow, more important than the other ones.
  6.
  7. Or, perhaps, just to show off that he did have one win in this: Chi Ciao was no more.
  8. (Katzan Xizoh)
  9.
  10. Glorious. He could feel the sheer power that radiated from the man, the feeling of Sin a comforting presence rather than one inherently wrong. And though many would cower in modesty and shame before him, all Tristan could feel was desire.
  11.
  12. A desire to become...
  13.
  14. A hand outstretched, attempting to rest on Katzan's shoulder. Genuine happiness played across his features.
  15.
  16. "I'm glad you made it back. Of course, I knew you would. It's inevitable, after all-- hopefully, once I get my eyesight back, I can be of assistance once more."
  17.
  18. He sniffed the air. "And congratulations on your... complete victory."
  19. (Tristan)
  20.
  21. Magnuss simply stood to the side, feeling very out of his depth amongst the immense magical auras and powers that plagued this area. Not for the first time he wondered to himself what he had gotten into, but squashed down on that feeling relentlessly. This was good. This had to be good. At the very least, he would have roof over his head, a teacher, food in his belly. Maybe it would be hard, but he needed to do what was necessary.
  22.
  23. And what was necessary right now was to observe all the people in the area.
  24.
  25. And so he turned his gaze over to each and every one of them, slowly scanning faces, eyes turning and snapping from one face to another. He was very confused and intrigued. <They're all...very, very powerful.> he concluded with a gulp, holding Tristan at his side and watching him interact with this "blue haired fellow."
  26.
  27. He dared not speak a word. He knew when he was in the presence of his betters, after all. And he knew when his betters would allow him to speak, and when not.
  28. (Magnuss Eegnis)
  29.
  30. Katzan was a glorious vision indeed, one that Tristan most likely saw clearer than most. He was already glowing, the greyish flames still tackling around him, marvelously controlled by Katzan. However, it was obvious that Tristan's veneration was more than welcome.
  31.
  32. He looked towards the one that accompanied him, a shier one... Soon to be converted into another worshipper of Katzan Xizoh. Another one to recognize his imminent superiority. As everyone knew: Katzan was a creature to behold, to observe in awe.
  33.
  34. Obviously, he was pleased with the way that Magnuss acted. He looked towards the smaller man, and then poked his shoulder. "This man is your new property, Tristan?"
  35.
  36. He said, quickly putting a hand to Tristan's chest. He pushed him outwards, and then approached the valmasian man, staring down onto him. Even if his height wasn't as massive as it was supposed, he was still striking as very, very intimidating.
  37.
  38. Perhaps, this was almost magical. Indeed, it was magical. Katzan looked down at Magnuss... And simply asked one question. "Where do your loyalties lie for now?" He looked around.
  39.
  40. "In here? In Gaiar? Or you're still one of these lost lambs looking for someone?"
  41. (Katzan Xizoh)
  42.
  43. Magnuss realized wit a jolt, that whoever the man was, he was looking at him. Immediately, his eyes widened slightly. There was a certain level was expectation from him, he thought, and it would do him unwell to be left mute by a few simple words, no matter how strong or powerful the man who spoke them was.
  44.
  45. Quietly and meekly, Magnuss nodded towards Katzan. Perhaps he was property of Tristan, in a round-about way. He was a student, and a master was supposed to take care of a student, yes? He shifted his gaze to the ground, in veneration of the man in front of him. The word man didn't do him much justice. He had a certain aura about him, one that screamed that this being, whoever or whatever he was, wasn't one to be messed with.
  46.
  47. As the man moved forward and touched Tristan on the chest, he immediately started to try and stabilize him, to hold him in place. His hands trying to keep Tristan upright, he looked towards Katzan with a timid look in his eyes. "My...loyalties lie with myself, sire. But of course, I serve those who are better than me. Stronger than me. I suppose I am, infact, one of those lambs who look for someone."
  48.
  49. <But not for long.>
  50. (Magnuss Eegnis )
  51.
  52. Katzan smiled upon hearing Magnuss words about actually being a lamb who looks for someone. Even if his intent and voice tone were certainly dubious, it pleased Katzan to see someone doing something like that. Someone accepting the other as his immediate superior...
  53.
  54. ... And Katzan knew that further down the line, he was Tristan's superior. He was Tristan's mentor, and Tristan's very self was devoted to worshipping him. At least, the very sense of awe that Katzan inspired surrounding him was getting notably stronger each day.
  55.
  56. With that, he put a single hand on top of Magnuss' head, thumb pressing against his forehead. Then, as a zap of his flames came forth, cleaning against the man's head... They did nothing, unfortunately.
  57.
  58. Or did they? It was clear to feel that his mind had gone empty for a single moment, only to be filled by Katzan's own thoughts of self-adoration a quick moment after.
  59.
  60. He shook his head from side to side, before letting out a sigh. "Feel free, then." He said, before taking a few steps away. He rose both arms, facing the sun, as it bathed his pale skin.
  61.
  62. "We of Atl believe in the Way of Blood. And this means... The strong rule." With that, he turned back towards Magnuss, staring straight into his eyes, the same eerie empty expression on his face.
  63.
  64. "And the weak accept. They accept their protection, and accept their submission. Don't you agree with that?" He turned his head sideways, facing the pink-haired man. "Tristan?"
  65. (Katzan Xizoh)
  66.
  67. The teen 'watched', listening to the words of the Pride as it soothed his uneasy core. Like a light to a bug, he drifted closer once more... careful steps crunching against the grass as Katzan's fingers pressed against Magnuss' forehead.
  68.
  69. "Oh, yes yes." Tristan nodded furiously, clasping his hands together. "That's the way of the blood. I, the weak, am protected by the strong. Ehehe… and I do all I can to prove I am worthy of being owned."
  70.
  71. His head dipped down again, as if a sign of submission.
  72. (Tristan)
  73.
  74. Magnuss could only hope that the being in front of him did not throw him a curveball or do something completely unexpected. As he began to smile, Magnuss let out a small sigh of relief he didn't know he was holding. This being was one he did not trust to not destroy him for no other reason than his own enjoyment. He hadn't met many other people like that. He didn't want to meet any other people like that.
  75.
  76. As Katzan's eyes turned towards Tristan, Magnuss stole a glance at his golden covered face and then instantly turned his eyes downwards as if burnt by the very act of seeing his face. He could feel the burning. His mana exuding out of his body very lightly slowly stemmed. There was a noticeably darker feel to it.
  77.
  78. Then he flinched.
  79.
  80. Katzan's fingers were colder to the touch. His thumb was burning hot. As the flames flickered, he flinched again, and his mind cleared and filled, suddenly. What a powerful person. He shuddered slightly to himself.
  81.
  82. "...."
  83.
  84. He quietly and meekly just watched Tristan reply. He knew that he wasn't being addressed. It wouldn't do him well to reply right now. "Worthy of being owned... he repeated, weakly. "I only hope I can worthy one day." he added, after noticing he had spoken aloud.
  85.
  86. And with that, he tipped his own head down in submission as well.
  87. (Magnuss Eegnis )
  88.
  89. A nod came from Katzan as Magnuss finally accepted his own place. He smiled, obviously happy with how the reaction from the boy came. He nodded time and time again, as Tristan leaned in closer to him. And yet, this was basically it.
  90.
  91. The greyish flames around him slowly died out, a sigh being let out from his barely-open lips as he moved away from the scene, looking towards what Somnus, Lucan and the others were just on the verge of doing right now.
  92.
  93. Whatever it was, it didn't matter to him. Or, at least, it didn't matter enough for him to care. Being like that... Katzan's aura of awe and magnificence simply decided to wither away, but the effects were more than obviously lasting.
  94.
  95. "Excellent. Then this means you know where you belong now." He let out a snicker, before starting to move away. "I'll go back to where I belong, for now."
  96.
  97. However, it was more than obvious that he was not done with the receiving of worship. He would never be, most likely, and this felt like nothing but a bit of a small snack to his gigantic ego.
  98.
  99. "I'll ask around Tochan for Dante."
  100. (Katzan Xizoh)
