  32. --Integrated Leugi's Festivals idea, allowing you to specialize a city when a WLTKD - now Festival - begins. This also adds Great Performers as a tourism-based counterpart to the Cultural Great People. In essence, when you would normally get a WLTKD (e.g. from acquiring a demanded resource or from sustained loyalty) you now choose a Festival - one of ten that boosts the yields of a specific District in your city. Each Festival requires that you have built a certain National Wonder before you can choose it, for instance, the Religious Observance, which increases Faith on all Religious District Buildings, requires the Grand Temple to have been built.
