Burōkunsupēsu: A sword and sheath that function together as a single link. It is a rather large Katana or short Odachi, 4 1/4 feet in length. The blade itself is made from a bronze or brass metal, though hard and strong as steel, with more flexibility than any other katana. The blade is unusually sharp, magically honed to cut through almost any material, though more specifically it seperate magic with more relative ease. It also has a grain to it, less of a wood grain though, and more like lines in thin sand, though not rough to the touch. The Tsuba is unusual, being two circular disks of metal. The inner circle connects to the sword with a small circular piece of metal, and is able to spin clockwise against the unmoving circle. The outer circle moves counterclockwise. They act as more of a dial. The handle of the blade is a plain wood, with a dark grain, more of a mahogany with a faint red in it's tint.
	However it's true power comes from the sheath. A large metallic case, more of a block. On the side is a crystal tube that glows a faint green, and on the right a small dial.
	The Sheath molds magic into the blade. The dial on the tsuba acts as both a limiter as well as a controlling element. The inner sphere acts on what specific point of time to focus on, while the outer works on the range in which the effect acts. However, to activate, a dial on the right side of the sheath must be turned, churning magic into the area. When unsheathed the katana can shift reality backwards for a moment in a draw strike, striking at the opponent in a time before the present, then altering the present with that action as the sword is unsheathed. However this can only go as far back as when the sheath was activated. As well, the longer it's been active and the farther back it is done, as well as how far the range of the effects alter (IE radius of sphere), the more magic it requires and the further it strains the user. While it's active, the sheath 'holds' time itself inside the sphere radius of the area out of place with the outside. Time still flows, but is filtered by the sheath's crystal, and released when the magic is released, restoring the flow of time to not adversely disrupt time.
	The limitations however are that if anyone or anything that were to be damaged leaves before the effects are ended, or leaves before the draw strike happens, they are either healed of their damage. Or the damage never takes place to begin with, these actions filtered out of the time streams to not disrupt the rest of the flow of time. As well, while the past was changed, they only change the present situation. If a man was struck moments ago by the draw strike, actions weren't changed accordingly, only now do they gain the wound.
	As a trump card, the link of time can be broken, and time within the area can be completely reversed to the beginning point. However this immediately ends the effect, and draws massive amounts of energy to be used.

Personality: Jikan is a contemplative man. He doesn't like conflict and he doesn't like making a scene. He stays quiet and unopposed to people, and often does what he's told rather than go against someone's opinion. However, he prefers to fight for the peace of all people. He prefers to solve situations with his words rather than by a fight. However, he's not afraid to act if needed, and not afraid to get injured himself to save another. He only draws his blade to strike, and kill, if absolutely needed, and prefers a non-lethal blow. However, when needing to act and fight, he will try to end it as swiftly as possible, for the mercy of all, so that there won't be any needless pain or bloodshed.

Why did you join the Revolution?: He wishes to fight for the betterment of all people, though wants to take a more peaceful approach.
