General notes:
- Need to learn item and trainer locations
- Use Rare Candies early or late, not in middle
- Ability + move combos are great (e.g., Drizzle/Compoundeyes + Thunder)
- Optimal L5 stats are ~26/6/14/20/14/16
- Perfect moveset has a combination of power (Water Spout, etc.) and PP/accuracy (Bubblebeam). Three moves are all-around broken: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Flamethrower
- Contact moves are not ideal!
