The Dylan Code

§1
The Dylan Code is defined by this document and this document only. This document supremely overrules all other documents governing Dylan, as described in §1.1. Governing statements in other documents contradicting those mentioned in this document are to be treated as null and void, as per §1.1.
§1.1 - "Supremacy Clause"
This document, and the laws of common sense which this shall be made in Pursuance of; and all vows or guarantees made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of Dylan, shall be the supreme Code of Dylan; and the actions in every department shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the policies or actions of any department including CPU and Dylan to the Contrary notwithstanding.
§1.2
In cases of emergency or situations that directly or indirectly threaten the well being of Dylan, common sense and self-preservation should take priority over all other codes and guidances, including thus document within pursuance of §1.1.

§2 - "Sociality Guidelines"
This section provides guidelines for optimal ways to act when in social situations. It is important to recognize that common sense is important in situations and that any situation can be an abnormal situation.
§2.1
Foul language is to be avoided whenever possible in any situation where other people are present. For the purpose of this section (§2.1), "foul language" is defined as words or phrases that are intended to cause offense or harm to others and "present" is defined as within earshot or having a direct line of sight.
