  9. 0:47
  10. do we have Charles I don't hear Charles
  11. 0:51
  12. just yet okay we just had a little text
  13. 0:55
  14. a foo there at the last moment we'll try
  15. 0:57
  16. and get him back why don't you take it
  17. 1:02
  18. away for a moment while I address that
  19. 1:04
  20. start off with the mornings event a
  21. 1:06
  22. morning events well a couple of big
  23. 1:08
  24. things news happened had the Panama
  25. 1:11
  26. papers caused the sorry like Trish the
  27. 1:20
  28. Panama papers is that Charles yes it is
  29. 1:24
  30. hey Charles good morning what happened
  31. 1:29
  32. there you we lost you for a minute
  33. 1:31
  34. we are live so will will chat with you
  35. 1:34
  36. and you know live TV this must have been
  37. 1:38
  38. what it was like in the face all right
  39. 1:39
  40. good
  41. 1:39
  42. right yeah Skype always cut out in the
  43. 1:42
  44. 50s guy cuts out on us and her mccabe
  45. 1:46
  46. watches the show so i don't know if that
  47. 1:47
  48. has anything to do with it okay Trish
  49. 1:50
  50. back well I was just talking about the
  51. 1:53
  52. lead in Charles which an article you
  53. 1:55
  54. sent me which was about Bashar Sharif
  55. 2:00
  56. the Prime Minister of Pakistan being
  57. 2:04
  58. ousted by a financial scandal having
  59. 2:07
  60. this panamanian company and he had poor
  61. 2:12
  62. luxury condos for luxury condos in New
  63. 2:15
  64. York for each of his children
  65. 2:22
  66. I think it's junk
  67. 2:25
  68. in there yeah you got some wind issues
  69. 2:30
  70. hi can you hear me yeah I can hear you
  71. 2:33
  72. now yeah I was just saying mr. Sharif
  73. 2:35
  74. had a few too many luxury condos in
  75. 2:38
  76. London too many condos in London not
  77. 2:42
  78. werewolves in London but condos in
  79. 2:43
  80. London how many is too many jurors well
  81. 2:45
  82. I think four fours a lot now the the sad
  83. 2:48
  84. part about Sharif is that he was the
  85. 2:50
  86. only kind of decent guy left before you
  87. 2:52
  88. run into a whole string of Pakistani ISI
  89. 2:55
  90. pretenders or or what do they call those
  91. 2:58
  92. people that are in waiting for the crown
  93. 3:01
  94. so this is this is kind of frying pan
  95. 3:05
  96. into the fire
  97. 3:05
  98. Sharif was your last hope for any kind
  99. 3:08
  100. of democracy I think
  101. 3:09
  102. now if Imran Khan not Imran a1 Imran
  103. 3:14
  104. Khan who leads the opposition party
  105. 3:15
  106. would come in that would be great the
  107. 3:17
  108. cricketer your favorite cricket my
  109. 3:19
  110. favourite cricketer but that does not
  111. 3:22
  112. look like it's gonna happen it looks
  113. 3:23
  114. like these there's a whole litany of
  115. 3:26
  116. Pakistani ISI they're gonna take over
  117. 3:28
  118. the country and you cannot help but
  119. 3:31
  120. wonder if this is somehow related to the
  121. 3:33
  122. events happening here in the United
  123. 3:34
  124. States giving air cover to Emraan a won
  125. 3:38
  126. and the Pakistani ISI here and our
  127. 3:41
  128. wonderful Washington DC but anyway
  129. 3:44
  130. Charles that's my take on it what what's
  131. 3:46
  132. your take on it yeah so I've had the
  133. 3:51
  134. displeasure of going to Pakistan twice
  135. 3:54
  136. it was admittedly 23 years ago and I've
  137. 3:56
  138. been to 65 countries around the world
  139. 3:58
  140. some many times
  141. 4:07
  142. I don't know if this will work or not
  143. 4:16
  144. I would have to think not
  145. 4:22
  146. well it does say we're live maybe it's
  147. 4:24
  148. back to working let's see same stream it
  149. 4:29
  150. might it let's see I'm not sure it's on
  151. 4:35
  152. repeat now froze
  153. 4:49
  154. no people are saying its back let's see
  155. 4:53
  156. let me try and get Trish and Charles
  157. 4:58
  158. back I think we're back George
  159. 5:00
  160. they call that a McCabe mist well the
  161. 5:04
  162. fog with this we were hitting the
  163. 5:05
  164. bandwidth pretty hard so it's back
  165. 5:07
  166. that's good
  167. 5:08
  168. now that might only be back on YouTube I
  169. 5:11
  170. don't know how our Facebook live stream
  171. 5:14
  172. is doing but let's concentrate on
  173. 5:16
  174. YouTube George riff for a bit and let me
  175. 5:18
  176. try and get the guys back on skype here
  177. 5:21
  178. well the other
  179. 5:23
  180. I'll bring Charles back to talk about
  181. 5:25
  182. Shareef and and Trish I'm sure I'll have
  183. 5:27
  184. a comment about Sharif as well but if if
  185. 5:32
  186. there's one thing I would do to support
  187. 5:34
  188. my boys in in the USA my is I boys my
  189. 5:40
  190. little group would it would be to get
  191. 5:43
  192. rid of Sharif if there's one thing I
  193. 5:44
  194. could do in Pakistan is pull the plug on
  195. 5:46
  196. Sharif and put an ISI general into the
  197. 5:49
  198. you know they'll what will happen is
  199. 5:52
  200. they'll be a Hunta they'll probably have
  201. 5:54
  202. to call a special election a year out
  203. 5:57
  204. from now and Imran Khan will be in the
  205. 6:01
  206. hunt there but but for right now for
  207. 6:03
  208. supporting the ISI boys overseas you
  209. 6:06
  210. could not have anything happen better
  211. 6:08
  212. than Shareef being installed is Charles
  213. 6:11
  214. back yes and I do believe the stream is
  215. 6:18
  216. back to being live so Charlton before we
  217. 6:21
  218. cut away I was talking about kind of
  219. 6:24
  220. these ISI generals and waiting taking
  221. 6:27
  222. over the and you were you were speaking
  223. 6:31
  224. of LLC's being able to be used and how
  225. 6:34
  226. hard they were to track these
  227. 6:35
  228. pay-to-play schemes right so with an LLC
  229. 6:40
  230. what you can do if you want to pay a
  231. 6:44
  232. bribe something of value to a politician
  233. 6:47
  234. you you can be as naked as just setting
  235. 6:52
  236. up an LLC and have the LLC have an
  237. 6:54
  238. account and put in that account cash
  239. 6:56
  240. gold jewels art real estate whatever you
  241. 7:00
  242. want divert you could be even more
  243. 7:03
  244. diamonds whatever you want or even Morse
  245. 7:04
  246. more creative the way I believe John
  247. 7:07
  248. Podesta did it what you do is you create
  249. 7:10
  250. a company which they did in that's the
  251. 7:14
  252. case they created something called Joule
  253. 7:15
  254. unlimited jou L e unlimited which then
  255. 7:19
  256. had a series of other jewel companies
  257. 7:21
  258. around the world which were just ideas
  259. 7:24
  260. until the Russian a Russian government
  261. 7:29
  262. control holds entity put will called Rus
  263. 7:32
  264. nano ro SN ano put thirty-five million
  265. 7:35
  266. dollars of cash into that entity
  267. 7:37
  268. suddenly the various shares or
  269. 7:40
  270. securities in that you know startup are
  271. 7:43
  272. worth a lot more money because you have
  273. 7:45
  274. a substantial investor putting a lot of
  275. 7:48
  276. money in in there and so the question
  277. 7:50
  278. becomes what kind of security would a
  279. 7:53
  280. John Podesta actually own and when you
  281. 7:56
  282. create the starter I mean I did it
  283. 7:58
  284. lawfully when you but when you create
  285. 8:00
  286. private companies there's a tremendous
  287. 8:04
  288. latitude in how you would value an
  289. 8:06
  290. interest so if I if I'm prepared to put
  291. 8:09
  292. a hundred million dollars into a company
  293. 8:10
  294. but I want to make George and Jason and
  295. 8:12
  296. Trish happy
  297. 8:13
  298. I said era what we'll do I'll put a
  299. 8:16
  300. hundred million and you put nothing in
  301. 8:17
  302. and I'll let you own 20% of the company
  303. 8:20
  304. so I've given you notionally twenty
  305. 8:23
  306. million dollars but you know it doesn't
  307. 8:24
  308. have to be shown as a gift you can have
  309. 8:26
  310. a contract that would say that you know
  311. 8:30
  312. actually you don't have a right to this
  313. 8:32
  314. until certain events happen in the
  315. 8:33
  316. future there's all sorts of things you
  317. 8:35
  318. can do and you know there are lots of
  319. 8:38
  320. willing lawyers and accountants around
  321. 8:40
  322. the world lots of places where you can
  323. 8:42
  324. park these elements of value and the
  325. 8:44
  326. Pakistanis are notorious for doing this
  327. 8:46
  328. kind of stuff I mean they were the ones
  329. 8:48
  330. who created BCCI or very heavily
  331. 8:50
  332. involved in BCCI that that the mess of a
  333. 8:54
  334. bank with highly suspect account holders
  335. 8:57
  336. around the world there's a long-standing
  337. 8:59
  338. pattern pattern in practice here so you
  339. 9:04
  340. know evidently our Congress believes
  341. 9:06
  342. that they don't they're not subject to
  343. 9:08
  344. regulation that debbie Wasserman Schultz
  345. 9:10
  346. and her allies you know that you know
  347. 9:13
  348. the swamp just lives on and on and on
  349. 9:15
  350. there's nothing untoward they think
  351. 9:17
  352. in letting this crooked firm get
  353. 9:19
  354. involved you know owning basically
  355. 9:21
  356. access to all of their personal
  357. 9:24
  358. information and their BlackBerry's and
  359. 9:25
  360. their computers I mean it is reckless
  361. 9:29
  362. miss criminal misconduct in my view and
  363. 9:32
  364. it cries out for an investigation now
  365. 9:34
  366. while I was off the air I was checking
  367. 9:36
  368. to break the news and there are our
  369. 9:38
  370. flurry of stories one-zero hedges asking
  371. 9:41
  372. and I sent it to you just now zero
  373. 9:43
  374. hedges asking why Donald Trump has said
  375. 9:45
  376. nothing about the Elan brothers and so
  377. 9:47
  378. that's one thing second there are
  379. 9:50
  380. reports that this imran Awan may have
  381. 9:52
  382. been subscribing to a pedophilia youtube
  383. 9:55
  384. channel so back off from that we haven't
  385. 9:59
  386. confirmed that and what we have seen
  387. 10:01
  388. Charles as Georgia of course anticipated
  389. 10:04
  390. is that there is a concerted effort to
  391. 10:07
  392. swing the story that way yeah and I feel
  393. 10:10
  394. that the the lawyers press release which
  395. 10:14
  396. specifically cited Pizza Gate was the
  397. 10:16
  398. pretext to doing that so I'd be very
  399. 10:19
  400. very cautious of those we have no other
  401. 10:22
  402. evidence to support anything to do with
  403. 10:25
  404. pedophilia other than these unverified
  405. 10:28
  406. reports that have just started coming
  407. 10:30
  408. out yesterday yeah and I would just know
  409. 10:33
  410. and Charles we appreciate you've given
  411. 10:35
  412. us the raw intelligence on that because
  413. 10:37
  414. we were you know doing technical things
  415. 10:38
  416. and I would just join Jason and knocking
  417. 10:41
  418. that down this is an you know obvious
  419. 10:44
  420. juicy red bait for the alt-right media
  421. 10:47
  422. to maybe be dumb enough to go after
  423. 10:50
  424. Imran Awan is a very effective very
  425. 10:53
  426. intelligent operative any innocent until
  427. 10:55
  428. he's an intelligence operative for the
  429. 10:57
  430. Pakistani ISI so we need to keep
  431. 11:00
  432. focusing on that because just taking out
  433. 11:03
  434. one person doesn't take out these
  435. 11:05
  436. spiderweb you you have to actually go to
  437. 11:08
  438. the head of the octopus so Trish you're
  439. 11:11
  440. a financial analyst harvard-trained
  441. 11:13
  442. financial analyst what do you think you
  443. 11:16
  444. know our Charles is far more
  445. 11:18
  446. knowledgeable about the Pakistan and the
  447. 11:24
  448. construction of these entities and their
  449. 11:27
  450. funding but you've based on my
  451. 11:29
  452. experience as a board member
  453. 11:30
  454. everything he's saying is exactly right
  455. 11:33
  456. I mean you the way that they're working
  457. 11:35
  458. around these laws and the number of
  459. 11:37
  460. people willing to facilitate it who
  461. 11:39
  462. aren't necessarily part of the whole
  463. 11:41
  464. corruption scheme but enable it is
  465. 11:44
  466. really rather staggering and I think
  467. 11:47
  468. just sort of speaks to the the breadth
  469. 11:51
  470. of the problem and how and the
  471. 11:53
  472. desperation in using pizza gate as a way
  473. 11:56
  474. to divert attention from the expanse of
  475. 12:01
  476. this so you know Delaware used to be the
  477. 12:05
  478. place where everybody went to sort of
  479. 12:07
  480. conceal what they were doing and avoid
  481. 12:10
  482. lots of scrutiny and now it seems like
  483. 12:15
  484. there's a whole new network that is
  485. 12:17
  486. entirely new to me I did I didn't know
  487. 12:19
  488. any of what Charles was just describing
  489. 12:22
  490. so it's really rather such a great point
  491. 12:26
  492. that you raise I would definitely
  493. 12:27
  494. encourage people if they haven't heard
  495. 12:29
  496. my phone call with Imran Owens lawyer
  497. 12:33
  498. you should give it a listen because not
  499. 12:35
  500. only does he introduce this notion of
  501. 12:37
  502. pizza gate media having anything to do
  503. 12:39
  504. which it doesn't with this in Rana Wong
  505. 12:42
  506. fraud case which is frankly like not
  507. 12:45
  508. even ice cube on the tip of the iceberg
  509. 12:48
  510. of what's going on here the lawyer when
  511. 12:50
  512. it becomes flustered by my questions
  513. 12:52
  514. goes on to introduce you know Donald
  515. 12:56
  516. Trump and the loans that he has gotten
  517. 12:58
  518. as a multi-billionaire to somehow
  519. 13:02
  520. compare that to the loans that a that a
  521. 13:05
  522. foreign Idol who's purportedly earning a
  523. 13:09
  524. hundred and sixty thousand dollars a
  525. 13:10
  526. year now I have no doubt that Donald
  527. 13:12
  528. Trump you know we've learned of course
  529. 13:13
  530. from the very astute Rachel Maddow that
  531. 13:18
  532. Donald Trump of course earns 150 million
  533. 13:20
  534. dollars a year which I was surprised by
  535. 13:21
  536. that's a little low I thought he might
  537. 13:23
  538. have been earning more but certainly 150
  539. 13:25
  540. million dollars a year George have you
  541. 13:26
  542. you've had some good years have you done
  543. 13:28
  544. 150 in a year no but I was I was excited
  545. 13:31
  546. about Charles one hundred million dollar
  547. 13:33
  548. partnership for us where we didn't have
  549. 13:36
  550. they're more about that LLC forget about
  551. 13:40
  552. Sheree I think you'd imagine if you had
  553. 13:44
  554. a hundred you've had even one year of a
  555. 13:46
  556. hundred and fifty million dollars of
  557. 13:47
  558. earnings you could probably go into the
  559. 13:49
  560. bank and get six eight twelve 20 loans
  561. 13:51
  562. sure east on that yeah now if you had
  563. 13:54
  564. 160 thousand dollars a year which I
  565. 13:56
  566. think you've probably had years in that
  567. 13:58
  568. range or even better I don't think
  569. 14:00
  570. you're getting eight loans on that all
  571. 14:02
  572. no and the the loan-to-value ratio is
  573. 14:06
  574. based on your hitting on the you're
  575. 14:08
  576. jumping ahead a little bit we'll come
  577. 14:10
  578. back to Pakistan but I think you as long
  579. 14:12
  580. as we're there now this is the home loan
  581. 14:14
  582. scam that's going to be in the credit
  583. 14:16
  584. union that's that's gonna blow up when
  585. 14:18
  586. Trump sees this he's gonna be able to go
  587. 14:21
  588. right to the records the reason why they
  589. 14:23
  590. kept cranking and the reason why they
  591. 14:24
  592. kept coming up with straw employees that
  593. 14:26
  594. that are not real that never show up for
  595. 14:29
  596. work the reason why they kept cranking
  597. 14:30
  598. up the salaries is because you can
  599. 14:34
  600. borrow based on your salary exactly what
  601. 14:37
  602. Jason said so you're not gonna have just
  603. 14:40
  604. six people not just the 401 brothers and
  605. 14:44
  606. the two wives this is going to be a new
  607. 14:47
  608. a litany of people that have come
  609. 14:49
  610. through they they start at the inter
  611. 14:52
  612. America program I keep repeating this
  613. 14:53
  614. but I don't see a lot of news action yet
  615. 14:55
  616. on inner America but they started the
  617. 14:57
  618. inner america program as interns they
  619. 15:00
  620. come in and take a visa they're
  621. 15:02
  622. encouraged to overstay their visa they
  623. 15:04
  624. then become US citizens they then work
  625. 15:06
  626. them into Congress
  627. 15:07
  628. either through one gig at the New York
  629. 15:11
  630. Times or gig at the UN for a you know
  631. 15:13
  632. some amount of time they put them in
  633. 15:15
  634. these legislative positions chief had
  635. 15:17
  636. let you know staffer and then BAM right
  637. 15:20
  638. away with the loans and again if you
  639. 15:23
  640. manage the credit union it's kind of
  641. 15:25
  642. like having the checkbook you know your
  643. 15:28
  644. mom's checkbook and you could just write
  645. 15:30
  646. as many as you want to yourself whatever
  647. 15:32
  648. you think you deserve right and that is
  649. 15:35
  650. the story of Cynthia Martin that story's
  651. 15:36
  652. coming like a freight train and we so we
  653. 15:39
  654. saw a lot of action yesterday okay wait
  655. 15:44
  656. a minute let's see if this does it
  657. 15:57
  658. okay I think it should be back George I
  659. 16:01
  660. think we're back okay just check what
  661. 16:05
  662. the comments can everybody it's saying
  663. 16:09
  664. frozen I can hear you yeah so everybody
  665. 16:14
  666. should refresh down maybe a little bit
  667. 16:16
  668. of a delay where we had a sort of an
  669. 16:18
  670. internet blackout there but I think we
  671. 16:20
  672. should be back mo well what's funny is I
  673. 16:22
  674. can see Jason's meter and it just is
  675. 16:25
  676. it's almost like if it was a light meter
  677. 16:27
  678. it was almost be like it's noon and then
  679. 16:29
  680. it's dropping like it's in the middle
  681. 16:31
  682. now it's coming back in the in the
  683. 16:34
  684. middle of midnight so like we should be
  685. 16:36
  686. back there should not be wild
  687. 16:37
  688. fluctuations like that an Internet
  689. 16:39
  690. bandwidth there's just no possible
  691. 16:41
  692. explanation where you would go from 10
  693. 16:43
  694. megabits a second to zero
  695. 16:46
  696. - yeah 100k a second I can think of a
  697. 16:50
  698. possible explanation yeah I could think
  699. 16:52
  700. of it looks like you're back on now yeah
  701. 16:54
  702. yeah okay Makeda missed so so where I
  703. 16:57
  704. was and I'll jump to you guys trician
  705. 16:59
  706. and Charles here in just one second the
  707. 17:02
  708. Judicial Committee on the house side of
  709. 17:05
  710. course there's two Grassley heads the
  711. 17:06
  712. one on the Senate side they wrote a
  713. 17:08
  714. letter saying hey we need to have a
  715. 17:11
  716. second special prosecutor so they the
  717. 17:14
  718. legislative writes a letter over to do
  719. 17:17
  720. to these excuse me the legislative
  721. 17:20
  722. rights letter over to the executive
  723. 17:21
  724. saying DOJ saying you need to appoint a
  725. 17:25
  726. second counsel we've gone one year now
  727. 17:27
  728. with this first special prosecutors
  729. 17:29
  730. first special counsel there's been
  731. 17:32
  732. nothing found and we have this other
  733. 17:34
  734. situation developing over here with
  735. 17:36
  736. Loretta Lynch James Comey now the old
  737. 17:39
  738. wand brothers might even get added into
  739. 17:41
  740. this we need a second special counsel so
  741. 17:45
  742. you know people are throwing names
  743. 17:47
  744. around and I just wanted to throw that
  745. 17:48
  746. out to you Charles and Trish on who you
  747. 17:51
  748. might think would be a good second
  749. 17:53
  750. special counsel and if you've ever seen
  751. 17:55
  752. this situation before where you have
  753. 17:56
  754. almost dueling special counsels yeah I
  755. 18:03
  756. mean I it to me it just seems like
  757. 18:07
  758. people are running around doing
  759. 18:10
  760. everything
  761. 18:11
  762. can to distract from what's really
  763. 18:14
  764. happening and give the illusion that
  765. 18:17
  766. some that their intent on prosecuting
  767. 18:20
  768. all of this when in fact they're just
  769. 18:22
  770. trying to figure buy some time to figure
  771. 18:24
  772. out how to cover it all up but I mean
  773. 18:26
  774. Charles probably has some better ideas
  775. 18:28
  776. than I do in terms of special counsel
  777. 18:30
  778. because I just it seems everyone who may
  779. 18:34
  780. legitimately get nominated is somehow
  781. 18:37
  782. corrupted along the way or as we saw
  783. 18:39
  784. with Flynn you know it doesn't it
  785. 18:42
  786. doesn't take anything real it just takes
  787. 18:44
  788. an attack with fake information to put a
  789. 18:49
  790. the kibosh on any efforts to address
  791. 18:52
  792. this in any seriousness so you know I've
  793. 18:58
  794. had some time to study this actually
  795. 19:00
  796. many months and you know what I see is
  797. 19:03
  798. the following there is no good
  799. 19:06
  800. explanation for why John Koskinen still
  801. 19:09
  802. serves as the IRS commissioner there is
  803. 19:12
  804. no good explanation for why the lady I
  805. 19:15
  806. forget her name who sits on top of the
  807. 19:17
  808. department that regulates charities
  809. 19:20
  810. still is the Acting Director she's the
  811. 19:23
  812. one who defied Congress both of these
  813. 19:25
  814. defied Congress said Loretta Lynn is
  815. 19:28
  816. that Loretta Lynn I forget her name yeah
  817. 19:31
  818. but but I don't I don't remember name
  819. 19:33
  820. yeah but the point is that you know
  821. 19:36
  822. Donald Trump as a matter of urgency it
  823. 19:40
  824. needs to cause those people to be
  825. 19:42
  826. replaced with extreme prejudice
  827. 19:45
  828. and then needs to cause acting people
  829. 19:49
  830. who are objective in a perfect world we
  831. 19:52
  832. would find the rare Democrat you know
  833. 19:55
  834. who is who actually has an unblemished
  835. 19:58
  836. reputation put that person in in charge
  837. 20:01
  838. of the whole IRS and somebody else in
  839. 20:04
  840. charge of this department then we need
  841. 20:06
  842. to open rational investigations not
  843. 20:08
  844. simply into the Clinton Foundation and
  845. 20:11
  846. all of its many affiliates and there are
  847. 20:13
  848. many many affiliated charities there
  849. 20:16
  850. needs to be for the first time a
  851. 20:18
  852. refreshment exercise where we go and we
  853. 20:22
  854. update the laws that pertain to you
  855. 20:24
  856. u.s. charities particularly those
  857. 20:26
  858. operating internationally and bring them
  859. 20:28
  860. into the 21st century the last time this
  861. 20:31
  862. happened was in 1969 so yeah there rules
  863. 20:33
  864. on the books but the people were
  865. 20:35
  866. supposed to enforce the federal laws
  867. 20:38
  868. don't have the tools they need to do the
  869. 20:41
  870. job that is required here so when you
  871. 20:43
  872. talk about these LLC's and these
  873. 20:47
  874. elements of value that are provided to
  875. 20:49
  876. to various supplicants be they foreign
  877. 20:53
  878. politicians be they foreign companies do
  879. 20:55
  880. they cronies in the u.s. be they US
  881. 20:58
  882. people the system is not really set up
  883. 21:01
  884. yet to catch the graft so you can have
  885. 21:05
  886. as an example the Indian politician
  887. 21:08
  888. whose name surfaces in the Clintons
  889. 21:12
  890. donate donor lists is somebody who gave
  891. 21:14
  892. five million dollars to the Clinton
  893. 21:15
  894. Foundation and when contacted by the
  895. 21:17
  896. Indian press last year he laughs about
  897. 21:20
  898. five million dollars I make any banks
  899. 21:22
  900. like three thousand dollars a year so I
  901. 21:24
  902. mean there are a whole bucket load of
  903. 21:27
  904. suspicious names there's a man called
  905. 21:30
  906. Victor P da la da h da le H who
  907. 21:35
  908. supposedly has a foundation it
  909. 21:37
  910. supposedly may have given 15 or so
  911. 21:39
  912. million dollars the Clintons the Clinton
  913. 21:42
  914. Foundation there's no record of such a
  915. 21:43
  916. foundation in Canada or the UK where he
  917. 21:46
  918. lives
  919. 21:46
  920. there's no record of such a foundation
  921. 21:48
  922. in the US and it's a simple matter to
  923. 21:51
  924. cross-check all this stuff and you got
  925. 21:53
  926. to ask yourself you know why the IRS
  927. 21:54
  928. hasn't done this what do they actually
  929. 21:57
  930. do they sit around all day watch porn
  931. 22:02
  932. well I think you met Lois Lerner right
  933. 22:06
  934. that's why I can't said Loretta Lynch
  935. 22:07
  936. but an ll we're having a lot of ll names
  937. 22:11
  938. Lois Lerner has been the person in
  939. 22:15
  940. charge of charities at IRS enforcement
  941. 22:17
  942. so there is you know the number one
  943. 22:20
  944. reason I believe she's in charge of
  945. 22:22
  946. charity enforcement at I was she was
  947. 22:25
  948. yeah
  949. 22:26
  950. and why is she still in the
  951. 22:29
  952. administration Lois Lerner no no she was
  953. 22:32
  954. kicked up in May and I exposed in May of
  955. 22:36
  956. 2013 and out by September October
  957. 22:38
  958. 2013 but she she is it's a much more
  959. 22:42
  960. insidious story about Lois Lerner Lois
  961. 22:44
  962. Lerner was in the General Counsel's
  963. 22:46
  964. office if not the general counsel the
  965. 22:48
  966. Federal Election Commission during 1997
  967. 22:52
  968. timeframe when the second Presidential
  969. 22:57
  970. Inaugural was held you know we can raise
  971. 23:00
  972. money and there's strict rules about you
  973. 23:03
  974. know any donation I think if 250 or up
  975. 23:05
  976. you have to identify the donor you then
  977. 23:07
  978. have to provide a report within 90 days
  979. 23:09
  980. of the event which was on January 22
  981. 23:11
  982. 1997 and we know from later Clinton
  983. 23:15
  984. Foundation disclosures that between 1 &
  985. 23:17
  986. 5 million according to them came from
  987. 23:20
  988. this Presidential Inaugural trust and
  989. 23:22
  990. she would have been the person who would
  991. 23:24
  992. have been I would assume at least
  993. 23:27
  994. getting a copy looking through a copy of
  995. 23:29
  996. this report I tried to get it I made a
  997. 23:32
  998. FOIA request I was turned down and you
  999. 23:36
1000. know this money was supposed to have
  1001. 23:38
1002. been disbursed by April 20th 1997 how
  1003. 23:42
1004. come it didn't go into the Clinton
  1005. 23:43
1006. Foundation then you know why does it
  1007. 23:46
1008. show up 2.3 million is my guess of the
  1009. 23:48
1010. three contributions in 1998 who had
  1011. 23:51
1012. custody and control over this money Lois
  1013. 23:53
1014. Lerner would have been somebody who knew
  1015. 23:55
1016. all that she was then inserted into the
  1017. 23:57
1018. charity Department first in this special
  1019. 24:00
1020. letter Department you know that
  1021. 24:01
  1022. considers complex cases
  1023. 24:03
1024. she was announced I believe in December
  1025. 24:06
1026. January time frame 9 2000 went in
  1027. 24:09
1028. sometime in 2001 and George was promoted
  1029. 24:12
1030. to the position you talk about head of
  1031. 24:14
  1032. the tax-exempt organizations a
  1033. 24:16
1034. department which is a very important
  1035. 24:18
1036. role she was in that role from January
  1037. 24:22
1038. 2006 till about May 2013 or there abouts
  1039. 24:25
1040. now that's important because not only
  1041. 24:27
1042. does that role cover charities it also
  1043. 24:31
1044. covers what are called action
  1045. 24:32
1046. organizations those are where you are
  1047. 24:35
1048. not allowed off your donors a tax
  1049. 24:38
1050. deduction because you're engaged in
  1051. 24:41
1052. partisan work so there's a large number
  1053. 24:43
1054. of these action organizations which in
  1055. 24:46
1056. fact are structured as charities like
  1057. 24:48
  1058. Media Matters
  1059. 24:49
1060. which is a total fraud she's the person
  1061. 24:52
1062. who sits on top of was the person who
  1063. 24:55
1064. sat on top of this array of frauds
  1065. 24:58
1066. through which you can launder money
  1067. 25:01
1068. through which you can disguise payoffs
  1069. 25:04
1070. to cronies through which you can employ
  1071. 25:06
1072. political operatives in no-show jobs and
  1073. 25:08
1074. these charities this whole area for the
  1075. 25:11
1076. benefit of We the People needs to be put
  1077. 25:14
1078. under a microscope we need to understand
  1079. 25:16
1080. the full extent of abuses with volva all
  1081. 25:19
1082. parties and even independence and we
  1083. 25:21
1084. need to bring the regulatory system into
  1085. 25:24
1086. the 21st century into full view and pick
  1087. 25:27
1088. on the most egregious offenders and send
  1089. 25:30
1090. them up the river stripping them of
  1091. 25:32
1092. their assets putting them into disgrace
  1093. 25:35
1094. and ensuring that they can never again
  1095. 25:37
1096. hold positions of trust whether in
  1097. 25:39
  1098. politics charities companies investment
  1099. 25:41
1100. firms or academia or whatever that we
  1101. 25:44
1102. need to do that will drain the swamp now
  1103. 25:46
1104. Charleston would just let you know
  1105. 25:48
1106. there's a groundswell of people who want
  1107. 25:51
1108. you to take that job at IRS I assume you
  1109. 25:57
  1110. don't want it well I think I can be a
  1111. 26:01
1112. lot more effective as an independent
  1113. 26:03
1114. person you know what the second you go
  1115. 26:05
1116. into the bureaucracy you get buried by
  1117. 26:08
1118. the bureaucracy and there are all sorts
  1119. 26:10
1120. of ways that you know they can stop you
  1121. 26:11
1122. but as long as I'm just on the on the
  1123. 26:13
1124. stuff going on your show giving speeches
  1125. 26:16
1126. expressing my First Amendment rights
  1127. 26:18
1128. access my opinions under my First
  1129. 26:21
  1130. Amendment rights you know I think I'm a
  1131. 26:24
1132. lot more effective doing that would I
  1133. 26:26
1134. help horse I'll help but I'm not going
  1135. 26:28
1136. to be bound by a bunch of you know swamp
  1137. 26:31
1138. fish bureaucrats I'm not going to do
  1139. 26:33
1140. that well Katherine Austen Fitz spoke to
  1141. 26:36
1142. that I believe it was Katherine awesome
  1143. 26:38
1144. Fitz about how you know with a housing
  1145. 26:42
1146. program and rebuilding how public
  1147. 26:46
1148. housing where it should cost fifty
  1149. 26:48
1150. thousand dollars per unit but this they
  1151. 26:52
1152. were spending two hundred and fifty
  1153. 26:53
1154. thousand and she's like well that you
  1155. 26:55
1156. know economically that just doesn't make
  1157. 26:57
1158. any sense we need to change this and the
  1159. 26:59
1160. response she got was oh well how how
  1161. 27:03
1162. will we take care of our friends
  1163. 27:04
  1164. otherwise Wow
  1165. 27:06
1166. right right disgusting so yeah so
  1167. 27:08
1168. Charles so that we come out with a
  1169. 27:11
1170. productive set of deliverables here who
  1171. 27:14
1172. would you recommend first for to replace
  1173. 27:17
1174. khat skinny is that that's his name cos
  1175. 27:19
1176. skinny kana kanum Kos ki nem koskinen
  1177. 27:24
1178. Koskinen who would you recommend or a
  1179. 27:27
1180. couple of names for Trump for to replace
  1181. 27:30
1182. Koskinen at at IRS well I mean yeah
  1183. 27:35
1184. somebody I'd love to see the mix somehow
  1185. 27:38
1186. is trey gowdy mm-hmm now I it's worth my
  1187. 27:43
1188. just taking a quick second and
  1189. 27:44
1190. explaining why this process is very
  1191. 27:47
1192. different than what you read about on
  1193. 27:49
1194. television and in the newspapers when
  1195. 27:52
1196. the IRS decides to discipline a charity
  1197. 27:55
1198. the IRS has awesome power first of all
  1199. 28:00
1200. it does not have to prove intent it does
  1201. 28:02
1202. not have to prove a case against a
  1203. 28:04
1204. charity right the IRS contacts you by
  1205. 28:08
1206. letter typically and says you know we
  1207. 28:12
1208. have reason to believe that the Clinton
  1209. 28:14
1210. Foundation is not organized and
  1211. 28:18
1212. operating and compliance with federal
  1213. 28:19
1214. and state and foreign laws produce your
  1215. 28:23
1216. records forthwith and demonstrate to us
  1217. 28:26
1218. that you are in fact organized and
  1219. 28:28
1220. operated lawfully if the burden of proof
  1221. 28:30
1222. falls on the charity to do that and the
  1223. 28:33
1224. IRS could just sit there and say that
  1225. 28:35
1226. you haven't grabbed it yes still haven't
  1227. 28:37
1228. proved it and you go through a process
  1229. 28:39
1230. the IRS discovers that you have lied or
  1231. 28:43
1232. omitted material facts on the original
  1233. 28:46
1234. application that you made to be a cherry
  1235. 28:49
1236. in the case of the Clinton Foundation
  1237. 28:50
1238. back to October 23 1997 where it
  1239. 28:53
1240. specifically states that the charity
  1241. 28:56
1242. will be only a domestic charity not
  1243. 28:58
1244. involved in international activities you
  1245. 29:01
1246. can you can retroactively Lea revoke the
  1247. 29:05
1248. authority of a charity on a US charity
  1249. 29:07
1250. to operate and then force it for its
  1251. 29:10
1252. entire life to refile its tax returns as
  1253. 29:13
1254. a corporation and to pay corporate
  1255. 29:16
1256. income taxes to the Treasury on any
  1257. 29:20
  1258. positive
  1259. 29:20
1260. prints between the revenues and their
  1261. 29:22
1262. expenses and then you can assess
  1263. 29:24
1264. penalties and interest against the
  1265. 29:26
1266. trustees and against all the significant
  1267. 29:29
1268. u.s. donors who may have claimed that
  1269. 29:32
1270. they made a donation to discuss this
  1271. 29:35
1272. thing that's effective corporation we go
  1273. 29:37
1274. against them for the federal taxes
  1275. 29:39
  1276. penalties and interest so it's a
  1277. 29:41
1278. fearsome weapon now Yuka and you you
  1279. 29:44
1280. could and you know you go down this
  1281. 29:46
1282. track that swamp you'll be able to eat
  1283. 29:50
1284. you know a seven course meal in the
  1285. 29:52
1286. center of the swamp and it'll be really
  1287. 29:54
1288. clean and oh yeah Febreze everywhere
  1289. 29:57
1290. Charles in the case of the Clinton
  1291. 29:59
1292. Foundation given all the stuff that
  1293. 30:00
1294. you've just detailed right there what
  1295. 30:02
1296. sort of a financial impact would we be
  1297. 30:04
1298. looking at to the foundation itself and
  1299. 30:06
1300. all of the you know donors well you know
  1301. 30:11
1302. the biggest impact would be by going
  1303. 30:13
1304. against the largest donors so to pick on
  1305. 30:16
1306. somebody in particular you know let's
  1307. 30:18
1308. just say that you know Bill Gates
  1309. 30:21
1310. hypothetically speaking decided it was
  1311. 30:25
1312. cheaper for him to set up a foundation
  1313. 30:27
1314. than to pay a gigantic antitrust
  1315. 30:29
1316. settlement not only in the US but around
  1317. 30:32
1318. the world in key markets for operating
  1319. 30:34
1320. Microsoft as a monopoly right so and
  1321. 30:38
1322. let's just say that there are you know
  1323. 30:40
1324. you go back into history you know was
  1325. 30:43
1326. we're the Rockefellers were they really
  1327. 30:45
1328. doing this out of the goodness of their
  1329. 30:47
1330. heart giving involvement or were they
  1331. 30:48
1332. doing this to change their information
  1333. 30:50
1334. and is it possible that the richest
  1335. 30:53
1336. among us you know are you know go down
  1337. 30:56
1338. the track as many as Rashad Gupta in the
  1339. 30:58
1340. former McKinsey guy many people in
  1341. 31:00
1342. suspect countries do you set up a
  1343. 31:03
1344. foundation and suddenly you're not
  1345. 31:05
1346. Rashad Gupta the potential crook you're
  1347. 31:08
1348. a philanthropist right right so so the
  1349. 31:12
1350. real weapon is you go against gates and
  1351. 31:16
1352. you say listen you know the role the
  1353. 31:18
1354. laws on the books are very strictly to
  1355. 31:20
1356. tell us about all the good things you're
  1357. 31:22
1358. doing and I'm sure it's fascinating but
  1359. 31:24
1360. the facts are that you have made many
  1361. 31:27
1362. years of public filings in which you
  1363. 31:28
1364. have claimed that you've given money to
  1365. 31:30
1366. the Clinton Foundation that you did your
  1367. 31:31
1368. diligence and it was a charity but it
  1369. 31:33
  1370. wasn't
  1371. 31:34
1372. and you're not stupid and this isn't in
  1373. 31:37
1374. the way the rules as present as written
  1375. 31:40
1376. presently work the a private foundation
  1377. 31:43
1378. donor to a public charity may not make a
  1379. 31:46
1380. gift to a suspect charity and not
  1381. 31:50
1382. allowed to do it you have to get the
  1383. 31:52
1384. money back and only if you try to get
  1385. 31:55
  1386. the money back
  1387. 31:56
1388. you escape the worst penalties you know
  1389. 31:59
1390. if you repeatedly do this in the case of
  1391. 32:01
1392. the Gates Foundation they've been doing
  1393. 32:02
1394. this since 2001 and they escalated their
  1395. 32:06
1396. donations to the suspect Clinton
  1397. 32:08
  1398. Foundation charities
  1399. 32:09
1400. starting in 2009-10 went in the fraud
  1401. 32:11
1402. metastasize so it's a very bad pattern
  1403. 32:15
1404. effects and you could go to gates and
  1405. 32:17
1406. say you know thank you very much we
  1407. 32:19
1408. appreciate all the work you've done in
  1409. 32:21
1410. the past we're shutting you down we're
  1411. 32:23
1412. gonna sell your assets and and we're
  1413. 32:25
1414. gonna basically keep them and using the
  1415. 32:27
1416. pay down the debt that sort of thing
  1417. 32:29
1418. forward of trillion that Katherine
  1419. 32:31
1420. Austin porticos referred to right yeah
  1421. 32:34
1422. so Charles I don't mean to hold your
  1423. 32:36
1424. feet to the fire but do you have a name
  1425. 32:39
1426. do you have a name that comes to mind
  1427. 32:41
1428. you you know you're from the Wall Street
  1429. 32:42
1430. investment side putting together deals
  1431. 32:46
1432. and mergers acquisitions that type of
  1433. 32:48
1434. thing is isn't there someone that could
  1435. 32:51
1436. step up from Wall Street that knows the
  1437. 32:53
1438. inner workings of the glass Siegel and
  1439. 32:55
1440. all that stuff that could step forward
  1441. 32:57
1442. and say hey I I can I can clean this up
  1443. 33:00
1444. yeah but that person is standing on the
  1445. 33:03
1446. drain of the swamp preventing it from
  1447. 33:06
1448. draining well I'm just saying there have
  1449. 33:08
1450. been people in the past I mean I think a
  1451. 33:11
1452. Teddy Roosevelt that just said this has
  1453. 33:14
1454. gotten out of hand we got to do
  1455. 33:17
1456. something hopefully that's not all true
  1457. 33:22
1458. so I'll make a prediction here okay
  1459. 33:25
1460. right now when the livin is easy when
  1461. 33:29
1462. the stock markets hot making record
  1463. 33:31
1464. highs from time to time maybe people go
  1465. 33:33
1466. down today but in general it's you know
  1467. 33:35
1468. record levels when interest rates are
  1469. 33:37
1470. low there's no real earth urgency to
  1471. 33:40
1472. clean up financial markets give us a
  1473. 33:43
  1474. crash and as happened in 29 33 you'll
  1475. 33:47
  1476. have the
  1477. 33:48
1478. of the pakora communication yeah if we
  1479. 33:51
1480. think about you know that that was a you
  1481. 33:54
1482. know a body that you know looked at what
  1483. 33:56
1484. had happened in the crash and out of
  1485. 33:58
1486. that we get the Securities Act of 33 and
  1487. 34:01
1488. Exchange Act of 34 we get an SEC we get
  1489. 34:03
1490. this to get that it didn't go far enough
  1491. 34:05
1492. obviously because they put just Kennedy
  1493. 34:07
1494. in georgia's SEC which is kind of stupid
  1495. 34:09
1496. but we're gonna need to go through
  1497. 34:12
1498. something like that now that's why I say
  1499. 34:15
1500. guy like trey Gowdy and trey Gowdy has
  1501. 34:16
  1502. already announced I believe that he's
  1503. 34:19
1504. gonna leave Congress I may have that
  1505. 34:22
1506. wrong but I think I remember that
  1507. 34:23
1508. correctly yes Chaffetz right also also
  1509. 34:28
1510. Gary I think I may have that wrong
  1511. 34:32
  1512. forgive me if I do but he's a guy oh I
  1513. 34:35
1514. believe came up as a state prosecutor
  1515. 34:38
1516. not a US Attorney so he's not in the
  1517. 34:41
1518. Department of Justice do he you know he
  1519. 34:45
1520. is a just the facts ma'am time type of
  1521. 34:48
1522. person that's the type of person we need
  1523. 34:50
1524. sitting over the somebody with
  1525. 34:51
1526. experience who has prosecuted cases and
  1527. 34:54
1528. you know as a sterling record and then
  1529. 34:57
1530. we need to you know then with that
  1531. 34:59
1532. person you need a team and you're there
  1533. 35:01
1534. rentable I mean you need a team of
  1535. 35:02
1536. forensic accountants you know people
  1537. 35:05
1538. like that guy Markopolos who spotted the
  1539. 35:10
1540. the madoff fraud you know that what what
  1541. 35:13
1542. is I would argue is the regulatory
  1543. 35:15
1544. apparatus that we have now is is for
  1545. 35:17
1546. shell you know they they have not really
  1547. 35:20
1548. brought to justice the true perpetrators
  1549. 35:24
1550. of the crash in 2007 through 9 because
  1551. 35:28
1552. it's about you know party people it's
  1553. 35:30
  1554. Republicans it's Democrats it's people
  1555. 35:32
1556. with a lot of money and and you know
  1557. 35:34
1558. SWAT and you know both sides look at the
  1559. 35:37
1560. other sides with their guns you know the
  1561. 35:40
1562. other side with the guns drawn each to
  1563. 35:41
1564. them and they say we don't want to kill
  1565. 35:43
1566. each other so let's let's make nice and
  1567. 35:46
1568. smooth this over and pretend and then we
  1569. 35:47
1570. fix everything well and that's sorry go
  1571. 35:51
1572. ahead and choice and we need to stop
  1573. 35:53
1574. that and we need to pick on some ripe
  1575. 35:55
1576. fruit and I think you know the ripeness
  1577. 35:56
1578. of all not just cuz I spent so much time
  1579. 35:58
1580. on it you know here you have a team
  1581. 36:01
1582. but seriously expected to be present in
  1583. 36:04
1584. the United States Hillary Clinton and
  1585. 36:06
1586. Bill Clinton you know smart people a lot
  1587. 36:09
1588. of experienced lawyers both of them you
  1589. 36:12
1590. know who have perpetrated the largest
  1591. 36:14
1592. unprosecuted fraud in history in the
  1593. 36:16
1594. guise of charity make an example on a
  1595. 36:19
1596. team yeah and you make an example of
  1597. 36:22
1598. that with some real firepower say and
  1599. 36:27
1600. then you also give I would the
  1601. 36:29
1602. regulator's perhaps an incentive in
  1603. 36:31
1604. other words maybe cut them in for a
  1605. 36:32
1606. piece of what they collect and suddenly
  1607. 36:36
1608. you'll see that you know people dance to
  1609. 36:37
1610. a very different tune can that be done
  1611. 36:40
1612. legally Charles so what they do right
  1613. 36:42
1614. now they're cut them in for a percentage
  1615. 36:44
1616. of what they cuz if you report somebody
  1617. 36:45
1618. who's cheating on IRS right now they
  1619. 36:47
  1620. give you a 15 percent reward we'll call
  1621. 36:49
1622. them up and tell them about Hillary
  1623. 36:55
  1624. like I said we're all plaintiffs here I
  1625. 36:57
1626. mean in addition to everything else
  1627. 36:59
1628. shows you have the number we could call
  1629. 37:01
1630. them right now yeah IRS 1-800 so the
  1631. 37:04
1632. just lois lerner history repeats because
  1633. 37:09
1634. she went in front of Congress and I
  1635. 37:11
1636. think we had the pride hard drives again
  1637. 37:14
1638. right the well oops we did it again we
  1639. 37:18
1640. accidently pried the hard drives open we
  1641. 37:20
1642. thought they were sardine cans I was a
  1643. 37:22
1644. mistake do you remember that well it's
  1645. 37:25
1646. even worse than that the very same
  1647. 37:28
1648. person who was dispatched I want to say
  1649. 37:32
1650. her name in this Katherine Duval and
  1651. 37:35
1652. they have that wrong but the very same
  1653. 37:37
1654. person who is dispatched to recover the
  1655. 37:40
1656. missing IRS emails is the person who is
  1657. 37:43
1658. dispatched to recover the missing
  1659. 37:45
1660. Hillary emails the very same person
  1661. 37:47
  1662. that's about that thing yeah that's
  1663. 37:56
  1664. that's amazing captain duvalle I'm
  1665. 37:58
  1666. looking that up now
  1667. 37:59
1668. double trouble IRS lawyer now heads
  1669. 38:01
1670. email Clinton production yeah it is
  1671. 38:04
1672. Katherine Duvall with a see Katherine
  1673. 38:06
1674. Duvall Wow that's well the thing that
  1675. 38:10
1676. obviously reminds us all of this Hillary
  1677. 38:15
1678. server and emails humi server and emails
  1679. 38:18
1680. is the fact that now we have Imran with
  1681. 38:21
1682. an off-site server collecting emails
  1683. 38:25
1684. with the blackberries with the laptops
  1685. 38:28
1686. thin clients this is from the capital
  1687. 38:30
1688. police report are those pride hard
  1689. 38:36
1690. drives those smashed hard drives
  1691. 38:37
1692. whatever whatever you want to call them
  1693. 38:39
1694. the ones I interviewed the marine about
  1695. 38:41
1696. Edward let's call them tampered with
  1697. 38:42
1698. yeah ok tampered hard drives work is
  1699. 38:47
1700. that the treasure trove is that the
  1701. 38:49
1702. trove of troves I mean maybe humor only
  1703. 38:52
1704. had the last four years and Imran being
  1705. 38:56
1706. there 13 years in that position maybe
  1707. 38:58
1708. those hard drives were the treasure
  1709. 39:00
1710. trove you know certainly could be I mean
  1711. 39:04
1712. once once its tampered with the thing
  1713. 39:06
1714. that I'm interested in knowing because
  1715. 39:08
1716. of course Andre Taggart identified that
  1717. 39:10
1718. the hard drives had been opened or
  1719. 39:13
1720. tampered with in some way but that does
  1721. 39:16
1722. not preclude the possibility of forensic
  1723. 39:19
1724. data recovery you know there's still the
  1725. 39:20
1726. platters inside the hard drive a lot of
  1727. 39:23
1728. people don't this is all shrouded in
  1729. 39:26
1730. technical both financial and technology
  1731. 39:29
1732. jargon most people in my experience see
  1733. 39:33
1734. a computer and they think the screen is
  1735. 39:35
1736. the computer and the the box that
  1737. 39:37
1738. contains the CPU and all the electronics
  1739. 39:39
1740. is the hard drive not the case Andre
  1741. 39:42
1742. Taggart was talking to us about what he
  1743. 39:44
1744. observed quite clearly as internal
  1745. 39:47
1746. either two-and-a-half inch or three and
  1747. 39:49
1748. a half inch hard drives that someone had
  1749. 39:50
1750. unscrewed the metal casing of or to try
  1751. 39:53
1752. to access the interior components which
  1753. 39:56
1754. once you open it you have compromised
  1755. 39:58
1756. the integrity of it however even if it's
  1757. 40:01
1758. been opened smashed whatever a cleanroom
  1759. 40:03
1760. forensic type recovery may be able to
  1761. 40:05
1762. get some of the data so that's what we
  1763. 40:07
1764. really need to know from the DC capital
  1765. 40:09
1766. police and from the FBI is what if any
  1767. 40:12
1768. data has been able to been recovered
  1769. 40:14
1770. from those hard drive yeah well in
  1771. 40:16
1772. addition though Jason I'm bill Binney
  1773. 40:18
1774. has been very adamant that all of those
  1775. 40:22
1776. emails anything sent electronically is
  1777. 40:26
1778. has been captured by the NSA
  1779. 40:28
1780. that's right so destroy hard drives may
  1781. 40:30
1782. have no effect why aren't we seeing the
  1783. 40:32
1784. contents of these email why are they
  1785. 40:34
1786. trickling out to Tom Fenton 500 at a
  1787. 40:37
1788. time when there's hundreds of thousands
  1789. 40:39
1790. of them they should be giving them all
  1791. 40:41
1792. well this is where a second special
  1793. 40:43
1794. prosecutor that the Judiciary Committee
  1795. 40:47
1796. on the house side looks like they're
  1797. 40:50
1798. moving forward with I didn't have time
  1799. 40:51
1800. to post the letter because it was late
  1801. 40:53
1802. last night but this is where they have
  1803. 40:56
1804. the subpoena power where they could go
  1805. 40:57
1806. and ask and they could call at the head
  1807. 41:01
1808. of the NSA now I'm not sure who they
  1809. 41:03
1810. usually an Admiral that's the head of
  1811. 41:05
  1812. the NSA I think he's a Navy guy I want
  1813. 41:09
1814. to say I want to say rip Keith somebody
  1815. 41:12
  1816. but anyway I can't remember who's the
  1817. 41:13
1818. head of NSA right now for some reason
  1819. 41:15
1820. Rogers no Rodgers yeah I think it is
  1821. 41:17
1822. Rogers yeah I was gonna say it was
  1823. 41:20
1824. started with an are the Admiral Rogers
  1825. 41:21
1826. yeah and you know they could do that
  1827. 41:25
1828. exactly what Trish said produce all the
  1829. 41:28
1830. emails match them against a forensic
  1831. 41:31
1832. analysis like you're talking about of em
  1833. 41:33
1834. Ron's hard drives with the artifact
  1835. 41:35
1836. analysis see if there is a commonality
  1837. 41:39
1838. even apart it's sort of like rebuilding
  1839. 41:41
1840. a fingerprint and then say given the
  1841. 41:46
1842. date and metadata of these emails over a
  1843. 41:50
1844. period of years yeah if this really is
  1845. 41:52
1846. the whole time Emraan was in the
  1847. 41:53
1848. Congress if it really is the 14-year
  1849. 41:55
1850. trove then the NSA could say we have an
  1851. 42:00
1852. open door here to provide you everything
  1853. 42:02
1854. because that's what's on this not only
  1855. 42:04
1856. that every act of removing that hard
  1857. 42:06
1858. drive opening that hard drive I mean
  1859. 42:08
1860. that is spoliation of evidence that is
  1861. 42:10
1862. obstruction of justice that is further
  1863. 42:11
  1864. indication of guilt
  1865. 42:13
1866. so beyond you know pizza gate we've got
  1867. 42:15
  1868. all this evidence
  1869. 42:16
1870. you know pizza gate yeah having nothing
  1871. 42:18
1872. joking yeah yeah the lawyers trying to
  1873. 42:21
1874. distract to that yeah when he's telling
  1875. 42:23
1876. me oh you haven't read the complaint I
  1877. 42:25
1878. was not calling him about the complaint
  1879. 42:27
1880. I was calling him about the absurd press
  1881. 42:28
1882. release right and the nature of the
  1883. 42:31
1884. activities of his client he's just
  1885. 42:33
  1886. trying to misdirect
  1887. 42:35
  1888. because whoever let's say it's Rudy as a
  1889. 42:36
1890. placeholder just so we have a name
  1891. 42:38
1892. rather than saying the newly to be
  1893. 42:40
1894. appointed prosecutor and I realize
  1895. 42:42
1896. a lot of people have problems with rudy'
  1897. 42:43
1898. I worked a little bit for Rudy and
  1899. 42:44
1900. directly in New York so I have a good
  1901. 42:47
1902. impression of them I realized a lot of
  1903. 42:48
1904. people don't like Rudy but the if Rudy
  1905. 42:52
1906. says hey these hard drives are the key
  1907. 42:54
1908. to the whole deal and I want to go do a
  1909. 42:58
1910. forensic analysis of these things now
  1911. 43:01
1912. you're gonna have a whole bunch of
  1913. 43:02
1914. people with their fingers in the pie
  1915. 43:03
1916. here you've got NCIS that looked at it
  1917. 43:06
1918. you've got FBI agents that looked at it
  1919. 43:09
1920. you've got Washington Capitol Police
  1921. 43:11
1922. do you see police that looked at it
  1923. 43:12
1924. you've got Andre Taggart NYPD and his
  1925. 43:15
  1926. wife you've got NYPD
  1927. 43:17
1928. well not NYPD because Tiger was in DC
  1929. 43:19
1930. I'm sorry but in other cases but you
  1931. 43:21
1932. actually you're right you do have NYPD
  1933. 43:23
  1934. if right
  1935. 43:25
1936. those emails will reproduce for support
  1937. 43:28
1938. humi at statement from the State
  1939. 43:29
1940. Department from down indeed exactly to
  1941. 43:31
1942. the Clinton Foundation which I believe
  1943. 43:33
1944. they are then you throw in Justin
  1945. 43:36
1946. Cooper's emails and brought Bryan
  1947. 43:39
1948. Pagliano Z mail and you really have
  1949. 43:43
1950. quite a trove quite a trove because
  1951. 43:45
1952. people are going to be writing emails
  1953. 43:46
  1954. and forwarding classified State
  1955. 43:49
1956. Department emails and saying hey I think
  1957. 43:51
  1958. it's a good time to invade and there's
  1959. 43:53
1960. Charles has pointed out yeah as Charles
  1961. 43:57
1962. has pointed out you know really the the
  1963. 44:00
1964. best witness to come forward and the
  1965. 44:04
1966. person who has the greatest burden on
  1967. 44:08
1968. them to do so is Erik Braverman he knows
  1969. 44:11
1970. all of this he can answer all these
  1971. 44:14
1972. questions and he's he really is the key
  1973. 44:17
1974. to resolving all of this because he knew
  1975. 44:21
1976. exactly what was going on and is the one
  1977. 44:24
1978. credible source upon which we could rely
  1979. 44:31
1980. what's that curious how effectively you
  1981. 44:34
1982. and I were blocked from speaking with
  1983. 44:36
  1984. him absolutely
  1985. 44:37
1986. he was completely surrounded and there
  1987. 44:42
  1988. for a good reason
  1989. 44:44
1990. they don't got to the bottom of it in
  1991. 44:46
1992. five seconds well exactly you know you
  1993. 44:49
1994. guys are the only ones here who have
  1995. 44:51
1996. seen him in person and had some
  1997. 44:52
1998. interaction with him I have done a
  1999. 44:56
2000. hundred videos on Erik Braverman some
  2001. 44:58
2002. people think that that's excessive but I
  2003. 45:00
2004. I would agree with you Trish but I think
  2005. 45:04
2006. there's something more here Erik
  2007. 45:06
2008. Raymond's only and I totally agree with
  2009. 45:08
2010. you that for the Clinton Foundation for
  2011. 45:10
2012. that year and a half he was there and
  2013. 45:12
2014. also the six years preceding where he
  2015. 45:14
2016. was at McKenzie running the ihr see the
  2017. 45:17
2018. hey relief Commission is going to be
  2019. 45:19
2020. very interesting but Imran Awan has been
  2021. 45:22
2022. on Capitol Hill almost I'm going to say
  2023. 45:25
2024. going back to 1999 or at least at 2001
  2025. 45:29
2026. because you have to look at
  2027. 45:31
  2028. inter-american inter-american is this a
  2029. 45:34
2030. stepping stone to get the you know
  2031. 45:38
2032. hacker kids for lack of a better word or
  2033. 45:40
  2034. a lack of a better group I mean
  2035. 45:42
2036. literally but like the Disney runs the
  2037. 45:44
2038. Disney kids the Congress has these
  2039. 45:47
2040. hacker kids this hacker Kids program and
  2041. 45:49
2042. they're bringing him in through
  2043. 45:51
2044. inter-american most Americans would not
  2045. 45:53
2046. believe if they googled or did a
  2047. 45:55
2048. Wikipedia entry on inter-american now
  2049. 45:58
2050. this was given to me directly by someone
  2051. 45:59
2052. in Congress who's worked there a long
  2053. 46:01
2054. time in the IT department okay so the
  2055. 46:04
2056. source is rock-solid this is deep
  2057. 46:07
2058. blackberry giving me this information
  2059. 46:08
2060. firsthand and he is saying that this
  2061. 46:11
2062. thing has been a launching pad for Spy
  2063. 46:15
2064. Kids what didn't they do a movie Spy
  2065. 46:18
2066. Kids yeah that was theirs is really bad
  2067. 46:23
2068. this is the real-life spy
  2069. 46:26
2070. yeah this is the real-life spy kids if I
  2071. 46:30
2072. could if I can just jump in and say
  2073. 46:32
  2074. there's in addition to what you're
  2075. 46:34
  2076. describing which is diabolical
  2077. 46:36
2078. there's another set of companion frauds
  2079. 46:39
2080. that deserves increase and that has to
  2081. 46:41
2082. do and it's something that Donald Trump
  2083. 46:43
2084. should really would be listening to in
  2085. 46:47
2086. 1995 or there abouts the consulting
  2087. 46:50
2088. giant McKinsey made a decision to
  2089. 46:52
2090. transfer its own knowledge center or to
  2091. 46:57
2092. create a knowledge center in New Delhi
  2093. 46:58
2094. and over time that act and then their
  2095. 47:04
  2096. convincing of General Electric
  2097. 47:06
2098. to take a back office processing
  2099. 47:08
2100. operation substant Lee called Genpact PA
  2101. 47:11
2102. CT create that entity house g e--'s
  2103. 47:14
2104. information in new delhi all of its back
  2105. 47:17
2106. but most of its back-office information
  2107. 47:19
2108. its corporate secrets there that then
  2109. 47:21
2110. and the fact that you could pay people
  2111. 47:24
2112. in india so much less assured in the
  2113. 47:27
2114. transferal of thousands of companies in
  2115. 47:31
  2116. for secretive secret information
  2117. 47:34
2118. including law firms and accounting firms
  2119. 47:36
2120. and multinational companies into india
  2121. 47:38
2122. where my suspicion is little of that
  2123. 47:41
2124. information was actually kept secret
  2125. 47:43
2126. well early on you've done extensive work
  2127. 47:47
2128. in the in the fraud at General Electric
  2129. 47:49
  2130. right right right
  2131. 47:52
2132. and so so the issue is you know we're
  2133. 47:55
2134. sitting here you know you go in to get a
  2135. 47:57
2136. medical procedure in this country and
  2137. 47:59
2138. they'll tell you that you know there's
  2139. 48:01
2140. this law HIPAA where you know you can't
  2141. 48:04
2142. your information safe and blah blah blah
  2143. 48:06
2144. blah blah we have no central protections
  2145. 48:09
2146. to concerning our corporate secrets our
  2147. 48:11
2148. business secrets our investment secrets
  2149. 48:13
2150. most of us have information that has
  2151. 48:16
2152. left the country and is kept in India or
  2153. 48:19
2154. maybe Pakistan or elsewhere that needs
  2155. 48:22
2156. to be exposed and that information needs
  2157. 48:26
2158. to come home I mean just shop across the
  2159. 48:29
2160. GE NPA Ct Rajat Gupta was chairman of
  2161. 48:33
2162. that founding chairman and he was
  2163. 48:36
2164. chairman he was managing partner of
  2165. 48:37
2166. McKinsey during a period where India
  2167. 48:41
2168. went from being socialist to being India
  2169. 48:44
2170. Inc and he worked on these many across
  2171. 48:47
2172. the entire spectrum of projects
  2173. 48:49
  2174. multilateral governments you know
  2175. 48:52
2176. governments private entities he was the
  2177. 48:54
2178. overall managing partner for nine years
  2179. 48:56
2180. he left in 2007 in that position I
  2181. 48:59
2182. believe and you know he subsequently
  2183. 49:03
2184. spent time in prison for insider trading
  2185. 49:05
2186. for true acting tipping information that
  2187. 49:08
2188. he had gotten out of Goldman Sachs and
  2189. 49:10
2190. maybe a gamble other places where he'd
  2191. 49:12
2192. served on the board so we need to go
  2193. 49:14
2194. back over that long history in period
  2195. 49:16
2196. and ask our multinational banks and
  2197. 49:19
  2198. investment firms of law
  2199. 49:20
2200. firms and accounting firms you know why
  2201. 49:22
2202. are you outsourcing today these valuable
  2203. 49:26
2204. secrets in these countries and then to
  2205. 49:28
2206. Congress you know who in the hell I
  2207. 49:31
2208. might understand one of the 435 Congress
  2209. 49:34
2210. people hiring Imran our that I get I
  2211. 49:37
2212. don't get George how many is it now 90
  2213. 49:40
  2214. you mean
  2215. 49:42
2216. company that Imran provided blackberries
  2217. 49:44
2218. to and laptops yeah how many Congress
  2219. 49:47
2220. people used Imran now on or an imminent
  2221. 49:49
2222. and their various people Daily Caller
  2223. 49:51
2224. has it at eighty I through deep
  2225. 49:53
2226. blackberry have it at at least 150 and
  2227. 49:56
2228. if you I mean you know you've got to
  2229. 49:58
2230. look at it over time but Charles I
  2231. 50:00
2232. didn't want to say one thing
  2233. 50:01
2234. III I think your approach is great and I
  2235. 50:05
2236. think that the process here in our
  2237. 50:08
2238. comments is really entity discovery
  2239. 50:11
2240. discovering entities like Jim packed GA
  2241. 50:14
2242. a GE M PA CT just unleashes our whole
  2243. 50:19
2244. crowd on that type of research or Gupta
  2245. 50:22
2246. and so forth which is so much laser
  2247. 50:25
2248. focus is that ringing for Charles yeah
  2249. 50:37
  2250. just ring back
  2251. 51:03
2252. you got trash there yep I'm on Charles
  2253. 51:07
2254. I'm on la great all right let me try to
  2255. 51:10
  2256. a let's go back here I'm onna I'm not
  2257. 51:13
2258. okay no I mean me oh we got Charles
  2259. 51:15
2260. we're just trying to hold on okay yes
  2261. 51:20
2262. so we're saying it Trish every time we
  2263. 51:23
2264. get to the meat of the sandwich yeah
  2265. 51:27
2266. decides to do a it yeah the moment
  2267. 51:30
2268. Genpact got mentioned yeah well so I
  2269. 51:35
2270. think we've recovered have we recovered
  2271. 51:36
2272. can people here we're saying I think so
  2273. 51:40
2274. so to get another one for you I I
  2275. 51:43
  2276. haven't focused on Pakistan but there's
  2277. 51:45
  2278. a there's a hilarious I was the director
  2279. 51:48
2280. of an Indian cup and have in India quite
  2281. 51:50
  2282. a few times there's a steric offend
  2283. 51:53
2284. Asian called the American India found a
  2285. 51:55
2286. ssin and if you want an entity to look
  2287. 51:59
2288. at just google that there's a great
  2289. 52:02
2290. journalist who used to work for the I
  2291. 52:04
2292. think Washington free beacon a lot of
  2293. 52:06
  2294. Goodman wrote a piece that's very
  2295. 52:08
2296. helpful on this subject but the number
  2297. 52:10
2298. of fraudsters people have actually been
  2299. 52:13
2300. convicted of fraud associated with the
  2301. 52:16
2302. American India foundation is hilarious
  2303. 52:19
2304. and Bill Clinton is the honorary
  2305. 52:22
2306. chairman of it has been since formation
  2307. 52:26
2308. so here's a case study all right this is
  2309. 52:29
2310. vain but I've told you I think before
  2311. 52:31
2312. about or tells first law take anything
  2313. 52:33
2314. to do with the Clintons anything at
  2315. 52:35
2316. random put in Clinton put in the name
  2317. 52:40
2318. whether the entity or the person and put
  2319. 52:42
2320. in the word fraud and see what you find
  2321. 52:44
2322. okay that's the number one Google search
  2323. 52:47
2324. methodology just add fraud when you've
  2325. 52:52
2326. launched a thousand searchers Charles
  2327. 52:55
2328. Estonia so what I love about this
  2329. 52:57
2330. process even though we have been taken
  2331. 53:00
2332. down three times in a row two
  2333. 53:02
2334. is it's almost like watching Fox first
  2335. 53:05
2336. we have you know trucker Carlson then we
  2337. 53:07
2338. have Hannity then we have bret baier and
  2339. 53:10
2340. then we have Lou Dobbs and it's just
  2341. 53:12
2342. it's just consider each down time go get
  2343. 53:14
2344. a break and then come back and watch the
  2345. 53:16
2346. next segment oh you don't have to wait a
  2347. 53:18
2348. week to see Charles or tell you could
  2349. 53:20
2350. see them here all the time
  2351. 53:22
2352. can I share some issues Hill with
  2353. 53:24
2354. everybody about Imran Awad ties to
  2355. 53:26
2356. Hezbollah definitely those yeah so we're
  2357. 53:31
2358. receiving a report that of course the
  2359. 53:33
2360. top Democrats are scrambling to distance
  2361. 53:35
2362. themselves from the Awan scandal and
  2363. 53:37
2364. we've seen certain elements of the
  2365. 53:39
2366. mainstream media not even touch it has
  2367. 53:41
2368. there been any reporting in the New York
  2369. 53:43
2370. Times or there was the all at our
  2371. 53:44
2372. connection that he was a member of the
  2373. 53:47
2374. same car dealership so that was kind of
  2375. 53:50
2376. their money funnel their New York Times
  2377. 53:52
2378. said that no previous reporting so
  2379. 53:55
  2380. there's there's been a real attempt to
  2381. 53:57
2382. avoid it there but what's now now now
  2383. 54:01
2384. known is that Imran and the various Awan
  2385. 54:05
2386. brothers that were involved in this
  2387. 54:06
2388. scandal had above top secret clearance
  2389. 54:09
2390. and that was made possible through
  2391. 54:11
2392. debbie Wasserman Schultz in that Nancy
  2393. 54:13
2394. Pelosi did they confirm that this is
  2395. 54:15
2396. confirmed by the Hudson group so this is
  2397. 54:18
2398. Intel coming to okay well I need to see
  2399. 54:21
2400. that the times because I there's gonna
  2401. 54:23
2402. be times yeah why would that give you
  2403. 54:25
2404. more well no I just want to be able to
  2405. 54:28
2406. go to the people who said when I
  2407. 54:30
2408. produced the documents from Jackie
  2409. 54:31
2410. Speier that said that they had
  2411. 54:33
2412. top-secret clearance that that they all
  2413. 54:36
  2414. said I didn't know what I was talking
  2415. 54:38
2416. about and my sources were were garbage
  2417. 54:40
2418. that I just want to remind those people
  2419. 54:43
2420. who said that that I had produced those
  2421. 54:45
  2422. documents I produced a letter from
  2423. 54:47
2424. Jackie Speier that asked for those
  2425. 54:49
2426. individuals to get top-secret clearance
  2427. 54:52
2428. I've been shunted by several members of
  2429. 54:55
2430. Congress saying I don't want to know
  2431. 54:56
2432. what I'm talking about right when I said
  2433. 54:58
2434. that they had top secret clearance well
  2435. 55:00
2436. and we've got you know intelligence
  2437. 55:02
2438. sources who we're not saying exactly who
  2439. 55:05
  2440. they're affiliated with but they've been
  2441. 55:07
2442. very accurate in the past and they go on
  2443. 55:09
2444. to tell me that the CIA has video
  2445. 55:11
2446. surveillance footage of Imran meeting
  2447. 55:13
  2448. with Iranian Hezbollah terror
  2449. 55:16
2450. no known terrorist dr. Ali Al Attar Ya
  2451. 55:21
2452. Allah thar no I know I mean they ran a
  2453. 55:23
2454. car dealership together so they have a
  2455. 55:26
2456. hundred thousand dollar loan or
  2457. 55:28
2458. something Imran that's just the one they
  2459. 55:32
2460. caught what they do is the way the
  2461. 55:35
2462. funnel works the way that the the the
  2463. 55:38
2464. car dealership funnel works is every
  2465. 55:39
2466. time you want to do operations let's say
  2467. 55:42
2468. in let's say every time you want to have
  2469. 55:45
2470. someone in Iran get a new heart and I
  2471. 55:48
2472. believe they were running a organ
  2473. 55:50
2474. harvesting scam you say okay we'll send
  2475. 55:53
2476. over from Iraq and this is where all--it
  2477. 55:56
2478. are controlled the resources he
  2479. 55:58
2480. controlled the doctors in Mosul they'd
  2481. 56:01
2482. say okay we'll send over a you know
  2483. 56:04
2484. remember that game sends so-and-so over
  2485. 56:07
2486. Red Rover Red Rover Red Rover send a
  2487. 56:09
2488. doctor okay yeah right and then hey
  2489. 56:12
2490. could you send a heart over to because
  2491. 56:14
2492. Red Rover it's not very kid without a
  2493. 56:16
2494. heart doctor Red Rover needs a heart so
  2495. 56:19
2496. they would fly in both a heart and
  2497. 56:21
2498. doctor Red Rover over to to Iran to do
  2499. 56:29
2500. the thing now you've got to pay for that
  2501. 56:31
2502. yeah right now you could write a check
  2503. 56:33
2504. and say hey I'm paying for a heart and
  2505. 56:35
  2506. we're a embargoed country right and
  2507. 56:38
2508. here's the check and I'm gonna send it
  2509. 56:39
2510. through the internet or you could give a
  2511. 56:42
2512. you could buy a car okay so you're gonna
  2513. 56:45
2514. have all at our being your money
  2515. 56:47
2516. muttering again your oh but bring again
  2517. 56:52
2518. here we go I think you're back okay
  2519. 56:55
2520. right so all ATAR is gonna be your money
  2521. 56:57
2522. man for and I think the I I think the
  2523. 56:59
2524. numbers gonna be around a hundred
  2525. 57:01
2526. thousand so a major organs or I think
  2527. 57:04
2528. are gonna be her organ right sir for
  2529. 57:05
2530. Oregon is 100k about an organ so they
  2531. 57:08
2532. caught one this is against the selected
  2533. 57:11
2534. media they caught one transaction of a
  2535. 57:13
2536. hundred thousand and they say oh he's
  2537. 57:14
  2538. loading money it's a loan it's always a
  2539. 57:17
2540. loan it's never pay for an organ right
  2541. 57:18
2542. right so we caught one loan you didn't
  2543. 57:21
2544. catch one loan you caught one of a ton
  2545. 57:23
2546. of transactions I know was sitting on
  2547. 57:26
2548. consider all at are consider all at our
  2549. 57:28
  2550. first
  2551. 57:29
2552. here's a guy who did the nice favor to
  2553. 57:33
2554. his female patients of when they were
  2555. 57:34
2556. under anesthesia of attacking them
  2557. 57:36
2558. sexually you always want that in a
  2559. 57:38
2560. doctor right there that's reputable
  2561. 57:39
2562. right at the top of the list you want
  2563. 57:41
2564. that then he's had his license suspended
  2565. 57:43
2566. and then also revoked okay so this is a
  2567. 57:47
2568. guy who now practices medicine in
  2569. 57:49
2570. Virginia right as a plastic surgeon he
  2571. 57:51
  2572. was
  2573. 57:52
2574. I believe in internal he had a GI degree
  2575. 57:56
2576. but it was such a fake that he got that
  2577. 57:59
2578. revoke from him and now I guess you
  2579. 58:02
2580. could do Botox if you don't know
  2581. 58:04
2582. anything whatsoever about medicine and
  2583. 58:06
  2584. you're a hezbollah hezbollah bagman
  2585. 58:09
2586. allah Tarr is a hezbollah bagman well
  2587. 58:11
2588. and you're talking about our husband
  2589. 58:13
2590. since 2004 when Wolfowitz worked with if
  2591. 58:15
2592. this report has Imran and dr. al at our
  2593. 58:19
2594. meeting in Beirut well and I'll tell you
  2595. 58:22
2596. exactly there are the many claims I'll
  2597. 58:24
2598. have I'll tell you exactly what the
  2599. 58:25
2600. meeting point is it's gonna be at the
  2601. 58:27
2602. American University in Beirut and
  2603. 58:29
2604. because that's where the original
  2605. 58:32
2606. program started with all this stuff with
  2607. 58:34
2608. the original you know hearts I'm not
  2609. 58:39
2610. gonna say who the hearts were for
  2611. 58:40
2612. because I have to protect the people
  2613. 58:42
2614. might help me someday but I'm going to
  2615. 58:47
2616. say na z zu di did a whole bunch of
  2617. 58:48
2618. things on this na z zu D is from Lebanon
  2619. 58:51
2620. he started that program the heart
  2621. 58:53
2622. program in university a favorite
  2623. 58:55
2624. University of American University in
  2625. 58:57
2626. Beirut he came through London got his
  2627. 59:00
2628. degree in London degree quotes and then
  2629. 59:04
2630. went to Oklahoma City where I believe he
  2631. 59:07
2632. did one of Dick Cheney's heart
  2633. 59:08
2634. transplants yeah so this is all yes yes
  2635. 59:12
2636. and you'll find it on the Internet Dick
  2637. 59:14
2638. Cheney going to Oklahoma Oklahoma City
  2639. 59:17
2640. the only place in America that does
  2641. 59:20
2642. transplants without a major University
  2643. 59:23
2644. Hospital funding that transplant program
  2645. 59:26
2646. so what does that indicate what what the
  2647. 59:28
2648. way it works is a pyramid you have all
  2649. 59:30
2650. your doctors down here your
  2651. 59:31
2652. dermatologists and so forth and then
  2653. 59:33
2654. your surgeons yeah at the top of the
  2655. 59:35
2656. pyramid is your transplant people that's
  2657. 59:39
2658. the top of the pyramid that's why you
  2659. 59:40
  2660. need a University Hospital
  2661. 59:42
2662. sure underneath it so you bubble up to
  2663. 59:44
2664. the top with only the best right now I'm
  2665. 59:47
2666. not saying OKC doesn't have a lot of
  2667. 59:49
2668. great surgeons it does now because of
  2669. 59:51
2670. the nausea zooty connection they
  2671. 59:53
2672. actually did recruited a lot of great
  2673. 59:55
2674. surgeons so I do not want to talk about
  2675. 59:58
2676. the surgeons now but I'm saying in the
  2677. 60:00
2678. old days when na c zu d was cutting and
  2679. 60:02
2680. gutting and learning on the job and i
  2681. 60:05
2682. think there's even stories out there
  2683. 60:07
2684. where people say do you know what you're
  2685. 60:09
2686. doing na z really yeah it's just like
  2687. 60:11
2688. are you sure you know what you're doing
  2689. 60:13
  2690. that's a bad question for a transplant
  2691. 60:15
  2692. it is I don't want to I don't want
  2693. 60:19
  2694. nausea he's passed away now so I don't
  2695. 60:21
2696. want to tarnish the memory of him but I
  2697. 60:26
2698. do want to say that akhtar this guy is a
  2699. 60:31
  2700. bag man he's a he's a he's an organ
  2701. 60:34
2702. harvesting Hezbollah go-between bag man
  2703. 60:38
2704. and it was such a obvious funnel with
  2705. 60:42
2706. the CIA agency with the in the Falls
  2707. 60:45
2708. Church Mustafa page at you through the
  2709. 60:49
2710. mosque you mean yeah now can I give you
  2711. 60:52
2712. a little bit of good news sure that's
  2713. 60:54
2714. great news though because this is all
  2715. 60:56
2716. independent from my stuff yes this is
  2717. 60:58
  2718. good that's right
  2719. 60:59
2720. can i that's how to the good news that's
  2721. 61:01
  2722. from the Hutt's okay they're very
  2723. 61:03
2724. reliable so good so in the good news
  2725. 61:06
2726. column our crowdsource community member
  2727. 61:08
2728. of the dude who you remember was going
  2729. 61:10
2730. in for some spinal surgery and wanted
  2731. 61:12
2732. our input on the quality of the Benjamin
  2733. 61:15
2734. Franklin or Thomas Jefferson Hospital in
  2735. 61:16
2736. Philadelphia right just emailed me he's
  2737. 61:19
2738. recovering feeling good thanks to
  2739. 61:21
2740. everyone for the prayers and the well
  2741. 61:23
2742. wishes be glad he didn't go to Temple
  2743. 61:25
2744. that's right no I'm sorry just to
  2745. 61:27
2746. continue with this report from the
  2747. 61:29
2748. Hudson group in a separate no we've
  2749. 61:32
2750. heard from them previously that there's
  2751. 61:34
2752. a lot of power military activity going
  2753. 61:36
2754. on in South America and interestingly
  2755. 61:37
2756. enough you know this stuff is also
  2757. 61:39
2758. interconnected we're learning that Putin
  2759. 61:42
2760. you know Russia obviously in China have
  2761. 61:44
2762. agreed as Trish has reported many times
  2763. 61:46
2764. to move away from the petrodollar and
  2765. 61:48
2766. begin trading oil with gold-backed
  2767. 61:51
2768. currency we've heard about you know
  2769. 61:53
  2770. etherium being
  2771. 61:54
2772. nationalised in russia a theorem
  2773. 61:55
  2774. obviously not a gold-backed currency but
  2775. 61:58
2776. we're seeing moves away from the US
  2777. 62:00
  2778. dollar
  2779. 62:00
2780. can we get do we have to do the
  2781. 62:03
  2782. financials well I think it's important
  2783. 62:06
2784. okay go ahead it speaks to the sanctions
  2785. 62:08
2786. that are being pushed against Russia
  2787. 62:10
2788. okay okay okay so that's saying that
  2789. 62:12
2790. this is the explanation for the
  2791. 62:14
2792. sanctions you know we're hearing Russia
  2793. 62:15
2794. hack Russia hack Russia hacked it's
  2795. 62:17
2796. almost the same as tying Saddam Hussein
  2797. 62:20
2798. to 9/11 to instigate a war in Iraq here
  2799. 62:25
2800. we're pushing this fake Russia hacked
  2801. 62:26
2802. scandal something we've been you know
  2803. 62:29
2804. pushing against by saying it's not
  2805. 62:30
2806. Russia that hacked its internal hackers
  2807. 62:33
2808. that have you know leaked and stolen
  2809. 62:36
2810. well sorry I have stolen money that
  2811. 62:38
2812. resulted in leaks from people in the
  2813. 62:42
2814. deep state or on the on the better side
  2815. 62:44
2816. of this correct right IIIi just don't
  2817. 62:47
2818. want another time on Beirut University I
  2819. 62:50
2820. feel like I gotta go with the American
  2821. 62:52
2822. University but we've got so much of this
  2823. 62:53
2824. animation coming in we've got Charles
  2825. 62:56
2826. onto so I really be interested to hear
  2827. 62:59
2828. about the gold right the impact of this
  2829. 63:05
2830. because you just you were on Fox
  2831. 63:06
2832. yesterday I believe talking about some
  2833. 63:08
2834. of this no no I'm fucked you talk about
  2835. 63:11
2836. of what now Russia and China joining
  2837. 63:15
2838. together to shun the petro dollar in
  2839. 63:18
2840. favor of gold back currencies and that
  2841. 63:20
2842. being the real reason for us sanctions
  2843. 63:23
2844. against Iran Russia sure so you know
  2845. 63:26
2846. that my theory is that you know right
  2847. 63:31
2848. now you cut through all the fancy talk
  2849. 63:34
2850. when supply is greater than demand what
  2851. 63:39
2852. happens prices oh oh well demand is
  2853. 63:43
2854. greater than supply prices rise right
  2855. 63:47
2856. right so right now we're in a in a mode
  2857. 63:49
2858. where wealth has always been
  2859. 63:51
2860. concentrated it always will be
  2861. 63:53
  2862. concentrated there's enormous wealth
  2863. 63:56
2864. looking for places to find a home and in
  2865. 64:00
2866. the stock market its strip at the fang
  2867. 64:03
2868. stocks you know Facebook Amazon Netflix
  2869. 64:06
  2870. Google
  2871. 64:07
2872. rip them out and there really hasn't
  2873. 64:10
2874. been a gigantic upward price movement in
  2875. 64:14
2876. liquid securities individual stocks look
  2877. 64:17
2878. at the bond market central banks have
  2879. 64:19
  2880. depressed artificially depressed
  2881. 64:21
2882. interest rates so we're in a zone where
  2883. 64:24
2884. you know if you if you're accustomed to
  2885. 64:26
2886. doing classic analysis you're not gonna
  2887. 64:29
2888. find many bargains in publicly traded
  2889. 64:31
2890. securities or even in real estate so
  2891. 64:33
2892. some countries stepped up and says ok
  2893. 64:36
2894. we're a big serious country where Russia
  2895. 64:38
2896. now we're China two big countries we are
  2897. 64:41
2898. gonna create an instrument that unlike
  2899. 64:43
2900. any Western currency has something
  2901. 64:46
2902. actual backing it up even if it's ten
  2903. 64:48
2904. percent gold you're gonna see a stampede
  2905. 64:51
2906. to that current to that instrument and
  2907. 64:54
2908. the problem is not and if you're a small
  2909. 64:56
2910. player and you want to buy you know
  2911. 64:58
2912. under $2,000 with the gold you can do
  2913. 64:59
2914. that but if you're sitting on a hundred
  2915. 65:01
2916. and fifty billion dollars you can't
  2917. 65:04
2918. really buy enough gold so so this move
  2919. 65:07
2920. you're absolutely right is potentially
  2921. 65:09
2922. destabilizing to the Fiat backed
  2923. 65:11
2924. currency system see how the fact is a
  2925. 65:13
2926. polite way of saying its back
  2927. 65:15
2928. questionnaire in which all of our lives
  2929. 65:18
2930. are based you know every major market
  2931. 65:21
2932. around the world has a fiat currency so
  2933. 65:23
2934. the first one to put in the currency
  2935. 65:25
2936. backed by something of real value will
  2937. 65:27
2938. see a flood of wealth towards it which
  2939. 65:29
2940. is why in my plan on my side I suggested
  2941. 65:32
2942. that we do that and Charles sorted to
  2943. 65:37
2944. your point where we have all of this
  2945. 65:38
2946. money trying to find a home you know our
  2947. 65:41
2948. system of forced savings for retirement
  2949. 65:45
2950. college health care really sidelines all
  2951. 65:50
2952. this money and and is artificially
  2953. 65:52
2954. inflates the markets as well because it
  2955. 65:55
2956. has to be invested somewhere and they go
  2957. 65:59
2958. after these these instruments like you
  2959. 66:01
2960. were saying the you know blue chip
  2961. 66:05
2962. between quotes stocks that you know
  2963. 66:08
2964. really have very little substantively to
  2965. 66:12
2966. support their valuations this is why I
  2967. 66:15
2968. said you know you're in 1998 and when
  2969. 66:18
2970. they first tried what they call they
  2971. 66:20
2972. always have to have a say
  2973. 66:21
2974. see Sam humming name so they called it
  2975. 66:23
2976. quantitative easing yeah the real thing
  2977. 66:25
2978. they're doing is debasing the US dollar
  2979. 66:27
2980. and debasing Western currencies lowering
  2981. 66:30
2982. their real values we've been operating
  2983. 66:32
  2984. since December 31st 2008 around the
  2985. 66:35
2986. world in a system where people with
  2987. 66:38
2988. wealth do not have a place they can put
  2989. 66:41
2990. money where they can take very low risk
  2991. 66:44
2992. and get a real return ie a return after
  2993. 66:47
2994. inflation and that is very different
  2995. 66:50
2996. than the world prior to December 31st
  2997. 66:52
2998. 2008 where pick your period but you know
  2999. 66:58
3000. for long periods of time it was possible
  3001. 67:00
3002. for people who are just starting out
  3003. 67:02
3004. instead of taking risks and crazy
  3005. 67:05
3006. securities they don't understand to go o
  3007. 67:07
3008. to a bank to get a CD to put lock your
  3009. 67:10
3010. money away and when you take it out 5 or
  3011. 67:13
3012. 10 years later or whatever it is you've
  3013. 67:15
3014. got more money in real terms then you
  3015. 67:18
3016. start it out with the central bankers
  3017. 67:21
3018. change that system unwisely and have up
  3019. 67:24
3020. and have created a gambling mentality
  3021. 67:26
3022. all the rules have been thrown away and
  3023. 67:29
3024. you know there forestalling a day where
  3025. 67:32
3026. they pay the price Piper and one of the
  3027. 67:33
3028. signs of paying the piper is when as you
  3029. 67:36
3030. say Jason or George a serious economy a
  3031. 67:41
3032. growing economy like China and maybe
  3033. 67:42
3034. with Russia offers up the investing
  3035. 67:45
3036. world something that's backed by gold
  3037. 67:47
3038. now you well and again on the gold I you
  3039. 67:52
3040. may not be aware that China has seven
  3041. 67:56
3042. times the the mining reserves than the
  3043. 68:02
3044. US and they've been acquiring them
  3045. 68:04
3046. quietly around the world very quickly
  3047. 68:06
3048. they've also greatly advanced their
  3049. 68:10
3050. production standards so that they're
  3051. 68:13
3052. rich people watch they'll just go to
  3053. 68:19
3054. another window and watch humor for a
  3055. 68:20
3056. little bit and tell us what Schumer did
  3057. 68:22
3058. let's just see if this comes back up
  3059. 68:24
3060. real quick it may or may not the breath
  3061. 68:26
3062. air are see people have already taken
  3063. 68:28
3064. the hint that it's just a commercial
  3065. 68:30
3066. yeah okay wait another I think we may be
  3067. 68:32
3068. back I think we may be I can hear you
  3069. 68:35
3070. okay let's just gotta get this dream
  3071. 68:37
3072. going now it might have gone to another
  3073. 68:40
3074. another stream here let's see so David
  3075. 68:45
3076. you were telling Trish and I should need
  3077. 68:46
3078. to shut up about finances no no no okay
  3079. 68:50
3080. its back on Charles the one thing I
  3081. 68:52
3082. wanted to wrap up with this Intel report
  3083. 68:55
3084. is that because you know you were
  3085. 68:57
3086. talking about currencies backed by gold
  3087. 68:59
3088. the final bit of information that the
  3089. 69:02
3090. Hudson report is giving us about this
  3091. 69:04
3092. it suggests that Putin is encouraging
  3093. 69:06
3094. Venezuela to join Russia and China in
  3095. 69:09
3096. participating with them in the no new
  3097. 69:11
3098. the new gold-backed currency trade for
  3099. 69:14
3100. oil again moving away from the petro
  3101. 69:17
3102. dollar and of course and it's not just
  3103. 69:19
3104. Venezuela though it's Iran it's well but
  3105. 69:21
3106. according to this report though
  3107. 69:23
3108. according to this hour Trish and they're
  3109. 69:25
3110. saying you know obviously the more
  3111. 69:26
3112. oil-rich nations that are trading for
  3113. 69:29
3114. gold back currencies this is a people
  3115. 69:32
3116. may not realize the impact that this
  3117. 69:34
3118. would have on the value of the dollar
  3119. 69:35
3120. the overall US economy I mean this has
  3121. 69:38
3122. the potential to destroy the US economy
  3123. 69:40
3124. in very quick fashion and in ways we
  3125. 69:44
  3126. cannot respond to I mean they're a
  3127. 69:47
3128. currency collapse like what's been
  3129. 69:49
3130. experienced in Venezuela for the past
  3131. 69:52
3132. several months and years even is what a
  3133. 69:55
3134. direct assault on the petro dollar could
  3135. 69:57
3136. result in do you guys want to discuss
  3137. 69:59
  3138. that a little bit sure I I will
  3139. 70:02
3140. respectfully disagree with you on that
  3141. 70:04
3142. okay because because if you take each of
  3143. 70:08
3144. those kinds take the biggest one China
  3145. 70:11
3146. go to UN C as in Charlie T is a Thomas a
  3147. 70:15
3148. Diaz and dog uncle Ted national economy
  3149. 70:19
3150. data look at the size of the household
  3151. 70:22
3152. consumption market in China which is you
  3153. 70:24
3154. know the second largest economy the
  3155. 70:26
3156. household consumption that is to say all
  3157. 70:28
3158. the goods and services purchased inside
  3159. 70:30
3160. China in the most recent year 2015 for
  3161. 70:33
3162. which there is data is a tiny fraction
  3163. 70:36
3164. of the US market so when we talk about
  3165. 70:39
3166. annual activity the Chinese market is
  3167. 70:43
3168. still very small Russia's infinitesimal
  3169. 70:45
  3170. Venezuela that's not what we're talking
  3171. 70:46
3172. about Iran is also not
  3173. 70:49
3174. talk about even turkeys not worth
  3175. 70:50
3176. talking about so that's in the annual
  3177. 70:52
3178. output they're still tiny compared to
  3179. 70:55
3180. the US market so whatever but then when
  3181. 70:57
3182. you talk about wealth the total stock of
  3183. 71:00
3184. wealth controlled by the US and in the
  3185. 71:04
3186. US has put here by foreigners who don't
  3187. 71:07
3188. like the local conditions so huge that
  3189. 71:10
3190. you know they could go down this track
  3191. 71:13
3192. and I actually applaud them for creating
  3193. 71:15
  3194. a Russian a gold-backed currency we need
  3195. 71:17
3196. to do the same sort of thing the second
  3197. 71:19
3198. we do that it would be a torrent of
  3199. 71:22
3200. money into the u.s. indeed I think going
  3201. 71:26
3202. for year you know we talk about all
  3203. 71:27
3204. price for a second I think well price
  3205. 71:29
3206. and energy prices are headed lower not
  3207. 71:32
3208. higher that's the great benefit of the
  3209. 71:34
3210. US if that happens but I'm not price of
  3211. 71:37
3212. oil I'm talking about the Richard Nixon
  3213. 71:40
3214. and Henry Kissinger system of forcing
  3215. 71:44
3216. every oil-producing nation and every oil
  3217. 71:46
3218. purchasing nation to utilize US dollars
  3219. 71:49
3220. to do those transactions and the threat
  3221. 71:51
3222. of Russia and China encouraging other
  3223. 71:54
3224. nations to go to other currencies the
  3225. 71:56
  3226. impact that would have
  3227. 71:57
3228. irrespective house I gotcha and what I'm
  3229. 72:00
3230. telling you is this so the US economy is
  3231. 72:03
3232. roughly seventeen trillion dollars in
  3233. 72:06
3234. size the global economies were roughly
  3235. 72:08
3236. seventy five trillion in size the stock
  3237. 72:11
3238. of Global Wealth was more like two
  3239. 72:12
3240. hundred and fifty three hundred trillion
  3241. 72:15
3242. dollars right so what I'm trying to tell
  3243. 72:17
3244. you is that that that stock of wealth is
  3245. 72:20
3246. in no way gonna put money in Venezuela
  3247. 72:23
3248. or Russia or China it's just not going
  3249. 72:26
3250. to do it okay but Charles from my
  3251. 72:29
3252. perspective it it isn't so much the
  3253. 72:31
3254. absolute value of those markets and
  3255. 72:34
3256. their economies to me if it's the and
  3257. 72:38
3258. there are more and more of these
  3259. 72:39
3260. countries those are just a few but it
  3261. 72:41
3262. seems and many of the Latin American
  3263. 72:43
3264. countries seem to be looking to Russia
  3265. 72:47
3266. and China to work to join them in a
  3267. 72:51
  3268. gold-backed currency that it it's a
  3269. 72:54
3270. trend that it it's the trend itself that
  3271. 72:59
3272. bodes badly for the US
  3273. 73:02
3274. and its ability to negotiate and work
  3275. 73:07
3276. foreign policy that is to our benefit
  3277. 73:12
3278. right does it weakens us I think in the
  3279. 73:15
3280. geopolitical sphere in theory it does
  3281. 73:19
3282. but you know in practice you know it's
  3283. 73:23
3284. it's fine to say that you want to put
  3285. 73:25
3286. money in gold I'm a big believer in
  3287. 73:27
3288. doing that but the real advantage that
  3289. 73:30
3290. we have and we share with Russia and
  3291. 73:33
3292. that China does not have is we have a
  3293. 73:35
3294. vast stock of arable land and clean
  3295. 73:38
  3296. water okay
  3297. 73:40
3298. that is a real asset that we do have and
  3299. 73:43
3300. it's much larger in value than any gold
  3301. 73:45
3302. anybody has so and we also have two
  3303. 73:49
3304. centuries of tradition where we sort of
  3305. 73:52
3306. respect the laws that are on the books
  3307. 73:54
3308. in recent years not so much you know so
  3309. 73:57
3310. so I mean I agree that the move by
  3311. 74:00
3312. Russia in China and then and whoever
  3313. 74:02
3314. else is doing this is a threat but I
  3315. 74:05
3316. think I hope it'll prod our own central
  3317. 74:08
3318. bank and Western Central Bank's to
  3319. 74:09
3320. realize that they need to return to the
  3321. 74:11
3322. sound money strategy and for the
  3323. 74:13
3324. interests of the 250 trillion not the 16
  3325. 74:17
3326. trillion per year US economy okay and so
  3327. 74:22
3328. that I think it's good on balance now
  3329. 74:24
3330. can we move the conversation a little
  3331. 74:26
3332. bit towards back towards the awan
  3333. 74:28
3334. situation let me let me see if I can put
  3335. 74:30
3336. the two together okay is because I think
  3337. 74:32
3338. you guys are you know the Harvard
  3339. 74:36
3340. trained economists and and you talk in
  3341. 74:38
3342. macroeconomics and it's beautiful thing
  3343. 74:41
3344. to hear you know and I do agree with all
  3345. 74:46
3346. three of your analysis but there is this
  3347. 74:48
3348. thing called the intelligence agencies
  3349. 74:50
3350. and they see the world below the surface
  3351. 74:54
3352. they thought breaking news from Fox that
  3353. 74:56
3354. North Korea has launched a ballistic
  3355. 74:58
3356. missile well Hudson group has previously
  3357. 75:01
3358. told us would this is my point exactly
  3359. 75:04
3360. it couldn't have been towards where yeah
  3361. 75:07
3362. where does this direct it you gonna have
  3363. 75:09
3364. to take a look I'm sure it's toward the
  3365. 75:10
3366. ocean and towards you towards towards
  3367. 75:12
3368. you pan it's not gonna be toward Korea
  3369. 75:14
3370. but they did that just to get in the way
  3371. 75:17
3372. my I'm not saying they did that but let
  3373. 75:21
3374. me can I finish and then I you can go
  3375. 75:23
3376. back to the vessel yeah yeah can I know
  3377. 75:27
3378. the the intelligence services could care
  3379. 75:31
3380. less about everything above the board
  3381. 75:34
3382. above the board all the things we've
  3383. 75:36
3384. been talking about macroeconomics mean
  3385. 75:38
3386. absolutely nothing to the intelligence
  3387. 75:40
3388. services the intelligence services make
  3389. 75:43
3390. the money below the board rat lines are
  3391. 75:45
3392. below the board the dark web is below
  3393. 75:48
3394. the board okay all these services the
  3395. 75:51
3396. way that you from a geopolitical
  3397. 75:53
3398. perspective look at this is I'm the King
  3399. 75:55
3400. of Morocco what are my assets it's not
  3401. 75:59
3402. land and it's not clean water right it's
  3403. 76:02
3404. my people my people have hearts my
  3405. 76:06
3406. people have kidneys my people have
  3407. 76:08
3408. livers and they're fresh and I can
  3409. 76:12
3410. deliver them anywhere in the world if
  3411. 76:13
3412. you live in Gabon or ivory Cote ivory or
  3413. 76:19
3414. another country like that you can say I
  3415. 76:22
3416. have gold I have blood diamonds I have
  3417. 76:26
3418. those types of resources mineral and
  3419. 76:29
3420. precious gem resources that's how you
  3421. 76:33
3422. create a silk way Airlines silk way
  3423. 76:36
3424. Airlines was not created in as a you
  3425. 76:41
3426. know come visit Bulgaria made sure they
  3427. 76:44
3428. put up a few posters of people put up a
  3429. 76:46
3430. few signs and had a few art exhibitions
  3431. 76:48
3432. but subway Airlines was D you WP and
  3433. 76:53
3434. sarin gas and blood diamonds you have to
  3435. 76:57
3436. have two-way trade to blood diamonds and
  3437. 76:59
3438. people going back and forth you're gonna
  3439. 77:01
3440. find that silk way when it's going back
  3441. 77:04
3442. is taking people and it's also going to
  3443. 77:07
3444. be taking some mineral assets but
  3445. 77:11
3446. minerals being too heavy it's gonna be
  3447. 77:13
3448. mainly diamonds blood and blood diamonds
  3449. 77:15
3450. that's going to be the the exchange that
  3451. 77:17
3452. the intelligence services care about and
  3453. 77:19
3454. they literally could not care at all
  3455. 77:22
3456. about what's happening above the board
  3457. 77:24
  3458. unless you start saying
  3459. 77:27
3460. as soon as for instance you start saying
  3461. 77:28
3462. Venezuela is gonna go to the gold
  3463. 77:30
  3464. they're saying hey wait a minute
  3465. 77:32
3466. that's our oil we had already sold
  3467. 77:34
3468. futures on the dark web on that to our
  3469. 77:37
3470. group of Frank Giustra investment
  3471. 77:39
3472. partners they're getting in the way of
  3473. 77:40
3474. that now we're gonna have to take that
  3475. 77:42
3476. down so that's where geopolitics gets
  3477. 77:45
  3478. involved here
  3479. 77:46
3480. we're in Ronald Juan is is in the center
  3481. 77:49
3482. of all that illicit trade the whole
  3483. 77:53
3484. octopus all comes into with foreign
  3485. 77:57
  3486. policy
  3487. 77:57
3488. maybe the macro economics comes into New
  3489. 78:01
3490. York where Charles lists out lives but
  3491. 78:05
3492. geopolitics comes into Washington DC and
  3493. 78:08
3494. comes into capital somebody's got their
  3495. 78:10
3496. I can hear you I'm getting a feedback so
  3497. 78:25
3498. somebody turn their speaker down okay so
  3499. 78:30
3500. so my point being is Washington DC plays
  3501. 78:33
3502. a huge cycle in this Capitol Hill plays
  3503. 78:36
3504. a huge cycle they sent it our self
  3505. 78:38
3506. services committee with John McCain
  3507. 78:40
3508. Lindsey Graham Hillary Clinton David
  3509. 78:42
3510. Petraeus Joe Biden that crew that plays
  3511. 78:46
3512. a huge part of this and that is exactly
  3513. 78:49
3514. why that is exactly why the Awan
  3515. 78:52
3516. brothers are on Capitol Hill because
  3517. 78:54
3518. it's that spying where a dollar worth
  3519. 78:57
3520. the spying gets you a million dollars in
  3521. 79:00
3522. return okay so that's that brings the
  3523. 79:03
3524. whole thing down from a 40,000 foot
  3525. 79:04
3526. level down to the White House basement
  3527. 79:06
3528. where the router is right and so that's
  3529. 79:11
3530. where if we can undo that rat's nest it
  3531. 79:17
3532. will solve a lot of these problems
  3533. 79:19
3534. almost organically so end of speech
  3535. 79:21
3536. about the ones but that's really what
  3537. 79:23
3538. the ax ones were sent to Washington to
  3539. 79:25
3540. do it's it's not not to improve global
  3541. 79:27
3542. economic trade it was to a spy on
  3543. 79:31
3544. ratlines right and you know you're
  3545. 79:33
  3546. you're talking thereof
  3547. 79:35
3548. Silke ways Airlines has reminded me that
  3549. 79:39
3550. the day lianna 65 files the third part
  3551. 79:43
3552. of this information that's been provided
  3553. 79:45
3554. by anonymous bulgaria and is currently
  3555. 79:48
3556. hosted in a very convenient way on the
  3557. 79:51
3558. site truth leaks org whoops has been
  3559. 79:55
3560. posted and panama mike has got it up
  3561. 79:57
3562. there the the link to download it was
  3563. 80:10
3564. Mike and check exactly where that the
  3565. 80:13
3566. link here's part one and part two so
  3567. 80:15
3568. there you go you want to scroll down to
  3569. 80:17
3570. here and click on these links
  3571. 80:19
3572. oh no sorry those are the previous
  3573. 80:20
3574. things so accessing the release of the
  3575. 80:23
3576. files it's a little bit there it is I
  3577. 80:26
3578. think here here are the three files so I
  3579. 80:28
3580. think George is looking for that to be a
  3581. 80:30
3582. little bit more clear from the launch
  3583. 80:32
3584. page from the for your first land to
  3585. 80:34
3586. have it just be like a big red button I
  3587. 80:36
3588. want a big red easy button it's like if
  3589. 80:38
3590. I wanted to do twenty percent of us or
  3591. 80:41
  3592. uranium I want a big easy button I don't
  3593. 80:44
3594. want to have to search for you know
  3595. 80:45
3596. jewelle energy on the stock exchange I
  3597. 80:48
3598. just want a big red easy button but as
  3599. 80:50
3600. it now stands if you if you go to true
  3601. 80:52
3602. fleet's org you want to click on the
  3603. 80:54
3604. deal Jana files part three it's talking
  3605. 80:56
3606. about the sixty-five gigabyte leaked and
  3607. 80:59
3608. when you scroll down to the bottom
  3609. 81:01
3610. there's looks like Mike wants you to
  3611. 81:06
3612. register I guess that's to be uploading
  3613. 81:08
3614. and everything like that that's the next
  3615. 81:10
3616. step sorry okay so there yeah I mean
  3617. 81:13
3618. it's a lot of small type here to figure
  3619. 81:14
3620. out where those downloads are I think we
  3621. 81:16
3622. just want an easy button to try just big
  3623. 81:18
3624. red easy buttons matter of fact I would
  3625. 81:20
3626. go get the graphic of Hillary with the
  3627. 81:21
3628. easy but easy is the problem is that
  3629. 81:23
3630. we've got so many different files now
  3631. 81:25
3632. and so many things we want done with
  3633. 81:26
3634. them maybe what we'll do is we'll have
  3635. 81:27
3636. three buttons one 300 Meg easy what
  3637. 81:31
  3638. we'll do is we'll have a conversation
  3639. 81:32
3640. with Panama Mike and we'll figure out
  3641. 81:34
3642. some of the challenges that he's dealing
  3643. 81:35
3644. with because I know you want an easy
  3645. 81:36
3646. button for everything but sometimes you
  3647. 81:38
3648. need an easy button on your chest to
  3649. 81:40
3650. make it a little bit easier on that on
  3651. 81:42
3652. that front so I know Charles has got
  3653. 81:44
3654. some time constraints and might need
  3655. 81:47
3656. to break from the call pretty soon
  3657. 81:49
3658. Charles was there anything else that you
  3659. 81:51
3660. wanted to cover anything else in the
  3661. 81:52
  3662. largest unprosecuted financial criminal
  3663. 81:56
3664. situation that you've been researching
  3665. 81:58
3666. and breaking information on for years
  3667. 82:01
3668. and years that you wanted to share with
  3669. 82:03
3670. the crowdsource community right now well
  3671. 82:06
3672. I think no I mean at this stage we're
  3673. 82:09
  3674. sitting here it's it's Friday as a guess
  3675. 82:12
3676. there will be news coming out after 5:00
  3677. 82:15
3678. p.m. today and then just guessing others
  3679. 82:18
3680. of relevance and I think you know the
  3681. 82:22
3682. screws are certainly being turned up
  3683. 82:24
3684. here by your work on the Allman Brothers
  3685. 82:26
3686. and its many tentacles I would venture
  3687. 82:29
3688. to say that you know we know about the
  3689. 82:31
3690. AH ones who don't we know about what
  3691. 82:34
3692. other groups are out there still
  3693. 82:35
  3694. functioning still tapping into
  3695. 82:38
  3696. congressional staffer and Congress
  3697. 82:41
3698. member electronics and how many other
  3699. 82:45
3700. groups are after our secrets that's the
  3701. 82:47
3702. real scandal not Russia gate well and
  3703. 82:51
3704. I'm not just that Charles of course
  3705. 82:52
3706. we've only heard in the national
  3707. 82:55
3708. conversation the name Imran awan we
  3709. 82:57
3710. haven't heard about the brothers the
  3711. 82:58
3712. wives the the multiple homes the
  3713. 83:02
  3714. multiple businesses the diplomatic
  3715. 83:04
3716. status the illicit shipping of materials
  3717. 83:08
3718. through a variety of different means so
  3719. 83:10
3720. we're really as I said just looking at a
  3721. 83:12
3722. little tiny crushed ice chip of a cube
  3723. 83:16
3724. on the tip of an iceberg that's at the
  3725. 83:19
3726. top of a mountain of icebergs okay well
  3727. 83:23
3728. just to comment on that I mean if you
  3729. 83:26
3730. look at the just as an instructive
  3731. 83:28
3732. transaction for Sharif of Pakistan he
  3733. 83:32
3734. bought he said he did a deal with the
  3735. 83:34
3736. king of Qatar and they he got the four
  3737. 83:39
3738. luxury condos that were whatever 8
  3739. 83:41
3740. million apiece for his four kids right
  3741. 83:44
3742. as a payment for something else right
  3743. 83:49
3744. but he didn't say what that something
  3745. 83:51
3746. else was right so he says he's not
  3747. 83:54
3748. guilty but he doesn't want a name what
  3749. 83:57
3750. that's something else that he provided
  3751. 83:58
3752. in kind was and that trends
  3753. 84:01
3754. so what do they have in Pakistan they
  3755. 84:03
3756. have people nukes they and they have
  3757. 84:06
3758. depleted uranium weapons a very large
  3759. 84:09
3760. weapons factory and that is exactly what
  3761. 84:12
3762. you're gonna find this transaction was
  3763. 84:14
3764. it's gonna be a combination of people
  3765. 84:15
3766. and arms and I don't know if you know we
  3767. 84:19
3768. have precious metals I don't know if we
  3769. 84:20
3770. have a precious children's index but you
  3771. 84:24
3772. know I believe you're gonna see that in
  3773. 84:27
3774. the oil fields of UAE and Qatar I
  3775. 84:30
3776. already know this right there
  3777. 84:31
3778. Pakistan has made this devil's to
  3779. 84:34
3780. bargain to trade slave labor slave labor
  3781. 84:37
3782. and occasionally throw a worker off a
  3783. 84:40
3784. building when an organ is needed and
  3785. 84:42
3786. that is happening right now in UAE and
  3787. 84:45
3788. right now in Qatar wow that's crazy
  3789. 84:49
3790. again from firsthand reporting so I'll
  3791. 84:53
3792. wait for the news to get there but that
  3793. 84:55
3794. is that is the not the Sophie's Choice
  3795. 84:59
3796. that is the devil's bargain that these
  3797. 85:01
3798. dictators are making all over the world
  3799. 85:04
3800. Wow well Trish anything you want to say
  3801. 85:07
3802. in conclusion I think we're gonna wrap
  3803. 85:09
3804. up here and start moving on to some of
  3805. 85:10
3806. our other locations in the south I know
  3807. 85:15
  3808. I mean it's been a long broadcast though
  3809. 85:18
3810. it's actually been four different shows
  3811. 85:20
  3812. we're doing we're wrapping up with
  3813. 85:22
3814. Hannity now here at the end well we keep
  3815. 85:24
3816. getting hit and getting knocked off but
  3817. 85:26
  3818. we've we've done a pretty decent job of
  3819. 85:28
3820. recovering and I got to thank the over
  3821. 85:30
3822. 1200 viewers on YouTube who are sticking
  3823. 85:33
3824. with us throughout that of course our
  3825. 85:35
3826. friends on the VK social media network
  3827. 85:37
  3828. I'm not sure I haven't been able because
  3829. 85:38
3830. of the problems with bandwidth to check
  3831. 85:40
3832. periscope or VK or twitch or Facebook
  3833. 85:44
3834. quite a Charles asked about who don't we
  3835. 85:47
3836. know about right and I'm gonna just go
  3837. 85:49
3838. ahead and because you know making
  3839. 85:51
3840. predictions is what you get to do as an
  3841. 85:53
  3842. investigative reporter I guess
  3843. 85:56
3844. investigative something but it is going
  3845. 85:58
3846. to be the crowd strike group it is going
  3847. 86:01
3848. to be the paper clip to that I've talked
  3849. 86:03
3850. about it is going to be the dukes team
  3851. 86:05
3852. that you go back it's really started in
  3853. 86:07
3854. earnest about ten years ago the first
  3855. 86:10
3856. one was pinched dukes which was the
  3857. 86:12
  3858. Pinchuk
  3859. 86:13
3860. use the billionaire the the billionaire
  3861. 86:15
3862. that sponsored the first group hit that
  3863. 86:18
3864. the hacking is going to be associated
  3865. 86:20
3866. with an investment consortium so they're
  3867. 86:23
3868. gonna say okay we got six or ten Duke's
  3869. 86:25
3870. for you for you Dukes and you're gonna
  3871. 86:27
3872. be doing ratline hacking for that group
  3873. 86:30
3874. same thing is going to be true for UAE
  3875. 86:32
3876. members it's going to be the Awan
  3877. 86:34
3878. brothers are gonna be doing UAE and I
  3879. 86:36
3880. guess you could call them they've tried
  3881. 86:39
3882. to convince people in Pakistan that
  3883. 86:41
3884. there's a shadow royalty so so these
  3885. 86:44
3886. these Paperclip groups of hackers are
  3887. 86:47
3888. going to be associated with investors
  3889. 86:49
3890. and that that's going to be your
  3891. 86:51
3892. consortium and it's going to be ratline
  3893. 86:52
3894. consortiums the cozy bearer is the cozy
  3895. 86:57
3896. bear is the Wang brothers the fancy bear
  3897. 87:01
3898. is going to be the Ukranian group now
  3899. 87:03
3900. cosy because they're so cozy cozy that's
  3901. 87:06
  3902. exactly right
  3903. 87:07
3904. it didn't pit the pinched Bears or what
  3905. 87:09
3906. are the pinched dukes what they called
  3907. 87:10
  3908. them as pin Chuck's hackers I mean it's
  3909. 87:13
  3910. just straight out he's a billionaire
  3911. 87:14
3912. it's gonna be pitch chucks hackers we've
  3913. 87:16
3914. already named a company the other the
  3915. 87:18
3916. other hackers go ahead just just to jump
  3917. 87:21
3918. in there pin truck is centrally involved
  3919. 87:23
3920. in the Clinton Foundation frauds yes yes
  3921. 87:26
3922. central centrally involved yep and
  3923. 87:28
3924. you're gonna have a pair of itch
  3925. 87:29
3926. involved you're gonna have Sean Henry
  3927. 87:31
  3928. there's going to be a kind of a a FBI
  3929. 87:35
  3930. dukes
  3931. 87:37
3932. investment group in this whole thing as
  3933. 87:40
3934. well mainly through the IPO of IP IP o--
  3935. 87:44
3936. of CrowdStrike software a company where
  3937. 87:48
3938. a lot of FBI people went into that and
  3939. 87:50
3940. we who's the guy a broker off Pokhara
  3941. 87:54
3942. Prokhorov sells crew also going to have
  3943. 87:56
3944. his group so we're we're figuring that
  3945. 87:59
3946. out gradually of who the billionaire
  3947. 88:02
3948. it's kind of fun in a way you match the
  3949. 88:04
3950. billionaire with the with the hackers
  3951. 88:07
3952. and you're going to figure out what
  3953. 88:08
  3954. they're invested in and that's gonna
  3955. 88:10
3956. follow the money follow the money's
  3957. 88:12
3958. gonna tell you who those groups are so
  3959. 88:14
3960. we're just at the first group right now
  3961. 88:15
3962. which is the Awad brothers right alright
  3963. 88:17
3964. and with that I think we're gonna sign
  3965. 88:19
3966. off Charles thank you so much for your
  3967. 88:21
3968. time today Trish great speaking with you
  3969. 88:23
3970. as well George we're gonna we're going
  3971. 88:25
3972. to wrap it up we'll see everybody later
  3973. 88:27
3974. and thanks very much goodbye from
  3975. 88:29
3976. Florida for right now thanks Charles
  3977. 88:30
3978. takes crib fish but bye bye Charles bye
  3979. 88:34
  3980. bye
