  1. Lancer s-CRY-ed
  2. Mexican Western in a cyberpunk world.
  3. Lost Ground: An island that was affected and split from the Japanese mainland. It is the habitat of Alter users. 22 years ago the Great Uprising happened, breaking apart the island and creating mountains and crags, ruining towns over the space. It also is the origin of Alters.
  4. HOLD: Invading power from the mainland to control the Lost Ground. HOLD searches out for all native Alter users to send for enhancement.
  5. HOLY: Alter users from HOLD. They are natives with alters that have been Enhanced by the mainland.
  6. ALTERS: Powered humans that can form things and powers from force of will and matter surrounding them. This usually leaves large circular scars in the environment surrounding the summoning alter. 1% of children in the Lost Ground gain the power called ALTER.

  11. 3d printers integrated at cellular level to people (alters)
  12. Activating Alter is "mounting"
  13. Healing is re-using mounting to rebuild the player's alter.

  15. Sister: Kanami (psychic alter), can see her brother Kazuma in her dreams.
  16. Player: Kazuma, (right arm of justice), has three bullets from his right arm to defeat enemies. Kazuma is of a strong compassionate empathy. He cares about his sister and their meals but also is a wounded heart for those in pain or loss. He wars a single sleeved jacket as he has to mentally reconstuct his arm and shirt when removing his alter.
  17. Skills:
  18. Jump and Cover (Kazuma can jump into the line of fire creating cover for those behind him in a 5m square) He gains resistance to physical damage during the time he creates cover.
  19. First, Second, and Last Bullet: Kazuma is able to burn a symbolic bullet on his shoulder blade and gains the ability to dash forward 20m and slam into an opponent with a powerful punch with Knockback.
  20. FeatherDash: Kazuma can punch the ground to launch himself into the air and leap 20m in the air and 40m horizontal over ground. He lands with his arm breaking the fall. The latter is available to mitigate fall damage, for distances under XXX meters he cancels the damage. Otherwise the damage is reduced by half.
  21. Wallpunch travel: Kazuma can punch walls in sequence to travel vertical distances.
  22. Level ups: after 2rd mission, kazuma upgrades to 3 bullets from 2.

  24. Fixer: Kirishima helps Kazuma and himself by finding jobs around the Lost Ground
  25.  
  26. Side character: Scheris (healer alter), detective of HOLY. She is playful.
  27. Mimori, researcher from the mainland, connections in childhood to Ryuho.

  29. Mission 1: Kazuma
  30. Kirishima has found a job to save a digitary. He is held hostage on a top of an abandoned building in a small necropolis.

  32. Job 1: $700, in the show he gives $600 away to a kid who lost his dad in the mines.
  33. Kazuma leaps between a neighboring building to land and use First bullet to save the dignitary from a set of ten bandits. The punch destroys the building he punches due to its delapidated state. The dignitary is leashed to an I-beam. Kazuma drags the dignitary unconscious from the wreakage.

  35. Job 2: Night Job. Pays $30, Kazuma asks for $2k
  36. Lardis Gang by the subway ruins. Hideki is leading the group of mostly kids.
  37. Second Gang led by an Alter user is trying to take their territory.

  39. Opponent: Ned (Hammer alter, size 2, it grabs Ned and he controls it mentally) A 6' beer-bellyed man, he has two groupies and 10 fighters.
  40. Hammer: Melee 15m square in front of him.
  41. Hammerfall: Spins up drills on his hammer to increase damage. Melee attack 15m rectangle 5m deep in front of him.

  43. Job 3: $4k
  44. Opponent: Ryuho, alter (Zetzwei alter) melee high speed A-class. A devout follower of HOLD. Stoic, unyeilding but highly competitive. Believes that HOLD trains native alters to learn control over their power.
  45. Warp: Alter speedily moves to a target location in 30m.
  46. Ribbon whip: Two ribbons slice through the air like flying snakes. Attacks in two lines centered from Zetzwei.
  47. Ribbon Shield: Blocks damage in a 5m square.

  54. Mission 4: BIG MAGNUM
  55. Cloak and Dagger Mission: Sneak into the encampment, disable the communications rig, and release the prisioners.
  56. Resistance: A few roving HOLD soliders in patrol
  57. Major encounter: BIG MAGNUM

  59. Kazuma and Kirishima see the town ransacked, personal effects strewn around the streets and holes in the buildings.
  60.  
  61. Before the fight Ayase explains her hiding her power from view, finally willing to show it to save her brother. She learns from Kazuma to resist any wall that gets between her and what she wants.
  62.  
  63. Allies and comissioner: Ayase Terada(water alter D-class) has a sick brother captured by HOLY, will do anything in her power to save him. Her focus in this mission is to melt the communications equipment at the camp to stop reinforcement of the camp.
  64. Opponent Alters: George Tatsunami, Alter (Big Magnum) C-class wide area battle focus, has six huge bullets (size 1 Alter), is reinforcing a team of HOLD soldiers to enslave natives known as Inners to send them as forced labor to redevelop the city (northwest area). He's sadistic and narcissistic. He is currently oppressing the Inners captured to build a farm at the local camp. He deeply loves guns and carries a modified revolver. He believes in the power of HOLD and thinks himself a savior but is willing to act as a villian to those of the Lost Ground to forward HOLD's goals.
