  1. Capsule County / C2
  2.
  3. Location Tags: Zoo, Park, Lake, Aquarium, Spirit Herbs, Farm, Beasts, Taming, Drugs, Hippies, Women, Country Accent.
  4.
  5. Dense, lush forests span miles at a time, sometimes with but a single building here and there. Where the people mostly live as farmers or nomads of plants or livestock, it’s more accurate that this particular land is one filled with substances used for the refinement of drugs. In this massive nature reserve, innumerable spirit herbs of varying properties are grown in individual farms and safeguarded for their eventual use in the production of medicine or narcotics. Due to spirit herb’s rich, nourishing energy that affects its surroundings, Capsule County has an atmosphere rich with an opiate-like substance in the air that induces a calming sedation.
  6. It is also one of the many reasons as to why most farming, of any form, is done here: as very little violence and crime takes place here.
  7.
  8. Beasts take kindly to being raised in Capsule County for reasons described above and often grow much faster due to the nourishing properties of the thick, spirit herb filled vegetation. The common folk, if not working as farmers, either guard the surroundings, cook, or assist with the processing and transport of medicine and narcotics to the other safe-zones. With this being the case, Capsule County is the most pacifist-like safe-zone of the three individual locations--- but non-cultivators are often dependant, or even addicted, to the location or the substances prevalent in the area.
  9.
  10. Those in employment of ______, the Tycoon of C2, most accurately represent drug farmers with the more important and capable individuals of subsidiary families producing the substances. It is predominantly a female-ran safe-zone with most family heads, or other individuals of extreme importance, being female.

  42.
  43. Large, sharp buildings encircle a massive ravine like the jaws of a massive beast awaiting a meal that never comes. A concrete jungle surrounded in hot moisture like the mist-like haze of a sauna or shower. When it rains, the water is never cool to the touch and would rather stay perpetually suspended in surroundings than actually, truly descend. A deep, mountain-like cavern exists in the ravine---- which is better understood as “Hot Rock Quarry” or “The Pit”; a place where slaves go to work(die). Toiling their lives away to gather chalk, a milky-white stone used in cultivation.
  44.
  45.
  46. Most Unneeded factories, those used for metalworking or processing, were stripped and redesigned into massive shelters for the masses toiling away in The Pit. Where the common folk live, the slaves or those who simply can’t afford a life outside of indentured servitude, is better understood as the slums; a place where a simple pleasantry is somewhere cool and dry. The wealthy, powerful, or otherwise desirable, reside in the suburbs of the Downtown Mountains, often relying on those employed underneath them to reign in the populous with an iron grip.

  79. The Marketplace / The Shop
  80. Outlet Mall/Bars/Plaza/Bazaar/Item Crafting/Big Money/Riches/Wealth/NeutralGround/Underground Fighting Ring
  81.
  82. Like the Las Vegas strip, a resort island, or a shopping district---- these terms all apply to The Marketplace. The Shop is a safe-zone where one goes to shop, and thus has been considered the most neutral off all safe-zones since the beginning of time. Despite being the richest, it is also the only safe-zone considered by doctrine of the law as non-combative; where incidents will be thoroughly investigated and rectified. . . while the individuals in question are punished within the full extent of the law. Despite each individual safe-zone holding a monopoly on a particular item of commerce, The Shop is not only the location of most mass produced items, but also the main hub for merchant trades and auctions. Most all transactions take place either within The Shop or in some location in direct relation to The Shop.
  83.
  84.
  85. If not a factory repurposed into a mansion for the individual workshops of the families who produce the items of commerce, the rest of the safe-zone in question is set up as something of a bazaar or outlet mall. Individual shops are posted up selling items gathered from a number of different means. Anything from a merchant based out of another safe-zone, to an individual selling items found in secret zones, to a member of a family selling their new merchandise--- these scenes are quite common.
  86.
  87.
  88. The Shop frequently hosts various auctions in which individuals of power can bid for a number of different items, such as weapons, medicine, technology, clothing, artifacts, people, beasts and more. This system is more often than not sanctioned by the law, however, in a way that allots them a certain percentage of the wealth. Aside from the lawful auctions, though, there is rumor of “Black-Friday”. . in which the world’s rarest and most valuable items are accumulated in one place and auctioned in a number of different ways.
  89.
  90. ____, the Tycoon of The Marketplace, holds the head office of the guild of craftsmen, a governing force of individuals from each head craftsman family. His workforce typically consists of families meant to guard merchandise, craftsmen, and merchants.

  121. The Sprawl / The City Streets
  122.
  123. A lawless land full of danger and surprise. Aside from the safe-zones, there are secret locations in which the building or space themselves do not change---- however, due to their rarity and especially minute size, they are discarded and ignored by the masses as a whole. To bandits, or other groups who would rather keep their own business a secret, they take refuge in these locations within The Sprawl. More often than most, they are the most knowledgeable on Travel Cues present in Plastic City: better understood as patterns one can follow to give direction in this maze-like city.
  124.
  125. Due to the inherent danger of “The Sprawl”, it is more often than not that families enlist their own to protect shipments of items during their travel between safe-zones.
