  1. Hey there! :3
  2.
  3. (Firstly, I just want to say, I don't know who made their plot first, but the plot beside you is extremely similar, down to the palette and positioning. Yours has more on it, so I'm trusting you. If the other plot gets more similar, let me know.)
  4.
  5. Onto terrain. You have really good layering, and a nice amount of them too, but I don't think it should all be clay! Having terrain as all clay makes it look way too animated, in my opinion. I think coloured clay should be used as a terrain detail block. If you want to keep with the green terrain, I strongly suggest using mostly grass in your palette. This also allows you to 'decorate' the terrain more, with grass/flowers/wheat etc.
  6.
  7. Secondly, your organics. I initially only see one big tree, and a few smaller red plants, I assume are small trees. I like these small trees a lot, however I would suggest adding to them a little, have some slightly bigger, don't keep them all so small. It'd also be nice to mix other block types in with the red clay, so it's not one solid colour.
  8. The large tree on the other hand. I would strongly recommend now making the entire tree out of clay, again like the terrain. The trunk would look so much nicer and much more natural with the use of logs, with maybe some clay mixed in. You should also add some roots at the base of the trunk.
  9. As well as the small trees, mix some other block types in with the leaves. Use the natural blocks as well as clay (meaning leaf blocks) and some stained glass etc. It'd be really helpful for you if you added branches to the top of the tree before you added the leaves - it's easier to follow the branches with the leaf brush that way, and makes the tree look so much more natural! Mkae sure you add some air to the brush, so the leaves aren't so solid.
  10. And please try and smooth the trunk some more - I can clearly see the w/e spheres, which doesn't look too nice!
  11.
  12. Lastly, structure. You have two kinds of structures - one is really overdetailed, and one is really underdetailed.
  13. Don't make such large windows on a house! Leave some wall space to show off detail, through use of stairs/slabs.
  14. I wouldn't use so many cobblestone walls for the detailing on the other house. Be more creative than one detail type!
  15.
  16. Good luck!
