GLS any%

Generally:
- when not described level up vitality and endurance as you desire. And at some point late in game before Gwyn 24 strength if you cannot pull off  parrying and switching to twohanded for a riposte
- Running-R1 is often the best option with the Gravelord Greatsword due to the very slow animation on regular R1/R2


- Start as warrior with Masterkey, unequip everything, equip sword & shield in Asylum
- Once in Lodran head to the Firelink stash and pick up the Homeward bones from the chest
- Drop down to the Graveyard and pick up the one consumable Soul on the way down to Catacombs
- Open door to Catacombs, fall down from first bridge to the level with the Titanite demon
- Run to Titanite Demon and pick up Eyes of Death behind him, then walk back to the coffin
- Reload to reset Titanite Demon, lie in coffin, join covenant, bone back
- Consume Soul from gaveyard, level up to 16 STR at Firelink bonfire
- Take elevator down to New Londo, let elevator get back up and use Masterkey to get to Valley of Drakes
- Make your way to the elevator to Darkroot Basin. Drop all armor, equip GLS
- Pick up and equip Grass Crest Shield next to Black Knight
- Head to the back entrance of Undead Parish, kill the Titanite Demon and pick up the Demon Titanite
- Buy a weapon smithbox from Andre and sit at Undead Parish bonfire
- Run to Gargoyles and kill them, bone back

- Upgrade your GLS with the Demon Titanite you got, lvl up
- Take Firekeeper Soul and use elevator down to Firelink, pick up Firebombs & Humanity there
- Kick down Lautrec & reload for Ring of Favor and Protection, equip ring, upgrade Estus
- Take elevator to New Londo, let it get back up, get down to Blighttown
- Kill Quelaag and ring bell
- Kill Ceaseless Discharge with trick (pick up Goldhemmed set, then walk back all the way to the fogwall and wait for him to jump at you, then oneshot him)
- Bone back to Undead Parish, level up

- Continue in Sen's Fortress and get to the Crestfallen Merchant: Consume Soul of Quelaag, Buy 10 green blossoms, remember to use them for bossfights
- Use the strong attacks of GLS to stagger Iron Golem, let him fall down

- Level up at Anor Londo bonfire
- Pick up the Demon Titanite at the bottom of the elevator
- Take the Solaire bonfire before O&S, jump over ledge of stairway for quicker access to 3x Silver Knight room
- Take 2x Demon Titanite from the chest in that room, get killed by Silver Knights
- Consume Soul of Iron Golem and upgrade GLS to +3
- Beat O&S, kill Gwynevere with Firebomb, warp back to Undead Parish

- Kill Andre for Crest of Artorias, then head to Sif
- Pick up stone armour after Alvina
- Pick up the Hornet ring before activating the boss fight, kill Sif, bone back
- equip Artorias Ring, bone back and warp to Firelink shrine

- Take elevator to New Londo and let it get back up, talk to Ingward
- Get to 4 Kings and kill them with Stone Armour, use Kaathe to place Lordvessel, warp to Anor Londo

- Walk to Archives and progress there (optional: Archives elevator skip)
- Kill Seath, warp to Firelink

- Head to Catacombs, kill Pinwheel, head to Nito and kill him with stone armour
- warp back to Firelink

- Head again down to Blighttown and continue in Izalith, kill all 3 bosses (bed of Chaos optionally with firebombs, otherwise with quitout after you finish phase 1 and 2)
- Warp to Firelink, equip Hornet Ring
