Sousuke: Chidori... Why did you hit me?

「何故、じゃないわよ!
今の爆発、あんたの仕業でしょう!」
Kaname: Don’t give me that “why”! The explosion, that was your doing, wasn’t it!?

宗介
「誰かが俺の靴箱を勝手に開けた形跡があった。
それで、爆弾が仕掛けられた可能性を踏まえ、
靴箱ごと爆破処分した」
Sousuke: There were signs that someone had tampered with my shoebox. And since there was a possibility of a bomb being planted, I blew up the shoebox myself to deal with it.

「この平和な日本で、学校の靴箱に
爆弾なんて仕掛けられてるわけないでしょ!」
Kaname: No one’s going to plant a bomb in a shoebox in someplace as peaceful as Japan!

Shinji: But, you can’t really call it peaceful nowadays. There’s been a lot of terrorist attacks lately, you know?

地球連合軍とザフトの戦闘は、
地球にも広がりを見せている」
Sousuke: Doubtful. The war between the Earth Alliance and ZAFT is already spreading to Earth.

私たちが小さい頃から続いてるよね。
みんな仲良くっていうのは難しいんだろうけど…」

Sousuke: I can’t do that. It’s my job to protect you. It’s a fact that an enemy already made an attempt to abduct you.

陽動であることは明白だが、被害の拡大を
防がねばならんのでな」
Kalinin: Uruz 2 and 6 are currently engaging an enemy detachment force. It’s clearly a diversion, but we must prevent the damage from spreading.

Sousuke: They won’t be able to make their way here, then?

チドリ・カナメを護衛しつつ、敵[AS]を排除しろ。
不可能な任務ではない」
Kalinin: Correct. You are to guard Kaname Chidori and eliminate the enemy [AS]. It shouldn’t be impossible for you.

Sousuke: Roger. Let’s go, Al.

(Sousuke fires on the terrorist from cover.)

(Sousuke appears on the map in his ARX-7 Arbalest.)

Sousuke: I will now begin incapacitating all ASs. I won’t allow them to reach the warehouse Chidori is in.

Sousuke: Abnormal...phenomenon?

Al: Distortion in designated space confirmed. Cause unknown.

「敵の兵器か?」
Sousuke: Is it an enemy weapon?

Sousuke: Lieutenant Commander, there’s been an irregular occurrence. Unidentified machines suddenly appeared and have come under fire by the enemy AS.

そのことについて、大佐殿から直接話がある」
Kalinin: We’re monitoring the situation. The colonel would like to speak to you directly about this.

テッサ
「無事ですか、サガラさん?」
Tessa: Are you alright, Sagara?

宗介
「肯定です、大佐殿」
Sousuke: Affirmative, Colonel.

テッサ
「3体の所属不明機ですが、
こちらでも該当するデータはありません」
Tessa: We don’t have any relevant data on those three unidentified machines.

「突如出現したことと機体形状を踏まえ、白い機体は
かなり特殊な技術を用いて造られた物だと
推測できます」
Tessa: Based on their sudden appearance and design, we can assume the white machine was made using some kind of special technology.

「よって、我々ミスリルで彼らを保護し、
調査をする必要があります」
Tessa: Therefore, Mithril will protect them so that we can perform the necessary investigations.

Sousuke: Roger. Proceeding to make contact.

Meg: Japanese!? So, this place really is...!
