Robbing and Scamming :

Robbing is defined as taking someone's possessions (like money) by force or threat of force. Scamming is defined as hiring another person for a service (like prostitution), or agreeing to buy/sell a certain good (like a gun/drug) and then refusing to pay/give it. Robberies and scams must be done strictly In Character.

Both players must be level 3 or higher and you can only take a maximum of $500.You may rob an unlimited amount of weapons, drugs or packages. You are allowed to rob those goods (the actual goods, not just the value in cash) back IF they have been stolen from you. It is also possible to do a bank robbery. These will always require admin consent and admin supervision during the act. You need to inform the adminhow and what you will be doing for the bank robbery. There also needs to be 30 PD and/or SD online and on duty.

Unless admin permission is granted beforehand, you may take a maximum of $50,000. Both players must be level 10 or higher. Weapon and drug scams are allowed. House, business and vehicle scams are NOT allowed. This includes raffles. If you have been scammed, you are allowed torob the money back, even if it's more than $500.Scamming and robbing are only allowed IC, not OOC


Rape :

Rape counts as disgusting or depraved roleplay and is not allowed on this server. This also applies to cannibalism, Necrophilia, Pedophilia, Bestiality and Sexual harassment. These activites are, however, allowed if OOC permission is given by ALL parties involved. Theroleplay must happen where it can not be interrupted by others and is not visible to others. Both parties may stop the activity at any time, even during the act. Breaking the rules regarding rape and disgusting or depraved roleplay will result in a permanent ban. At any time, permissionfor this roleplay may also be revoked.
You have to ask for the victim's permission before sexually harassing him/her. This is because some people might get offended by this kind of roleplay, and there are people who aren't over 18. If they don't agree to rape, then you can't do it. If you force them, you will get banned for it.


Metagaming : That is using OOC informations in IC use.

EX: If I pm the cop that I'm going to rob the bank and he calls other units and come to the bank before the alarm was trigered.

EX: If I see players name on top of his skin and call him by his name even if I don't know his name.

Powergaming: That is doing imposible thing. Doing something that you can't do IRL.

EX : Jumping of the highest building and surviving.

EX : Jumping from the plane/helicopter into the water from the high altitude and just keep on with the swiming. ...Imposible , you will probably break some of your bones or die.

Bunnyhoping: Jumping and running in same time to go somewhere faster.

EX : You don't have a car or bike .. and you jump to go to some place faster beacause you are bored to run normaly or walk.

Drive By : Shoting from drivers seat with E or Q .

EX : You want to to a drive by with your car and you are shooting with UZI or MP5 with Q or E and that makes you shoot faster than the others in the car who shot from the window with H.

LTA : Logging out to avoid. Leaving to avoid..

EX : If police is chasing you and you know that you are going to get prison jail you exit the game and respawn maybe to avoid arresting.

RP2WIN : That is repeating some act to win the roleplay at the end.

EX :  A cop repeat some act with /me command so he find something illegal on you in the end so he can arrest you.

EX : If a cop is arresting you and you repeat /me command for dozen of times that you are resisting so he can't arrest you and you become winner in RP in the end.

Ninja Jacking : Stealing car while it is in the move with F .

EX :  You want to use the SAMP bug to steal cars in the move and you press F and steal cars in the move with no Role Play

Spawn Kill: Killing everyone in sight.

EX :  You have some weapon and firs player that runs up to you , you simply kill him on sight.

Death Matching :  Killing players with no role play reason.

EX :  You want to kill the cop and you just do it , but you don't have either non of the roleplay reasons.

Bug Abuse : Abusing some bug that you found and not reported on forum.

EX : You find bug for money making or some bug to hide from the police and go trough objects and you use it and not reporting it .

RolePlay Superman : Roleplaying superman is that you roleplay that no one can touch you and kill you.-

EX : You have a shotout with cops or some gang and you got hit couple of times and you roleplay that nothing happend to you.
