06[23:09] * Twizzy nods; she sends it all over to Aeon. The politically-minded woman's better with people... and she's going to need a VERY long shower.
06[23:10] * Aeon puts through the call!
01[23:12] <SpaceThor> After a few rings, a man picks up. "Who is this?"
[23:14] <Aeon> "You would be Kae Seong-Gi, yes?"
01[23:27] <SpaceThor> "Yeah, who's this?"
[23:28] <Aeon> "Someone who would like to meet to discuss your work."
01[23:28] <SpaceThor> "That doesn't sound suspicious at all."
[23:32] <Aeon> "Perhaps not but it could be to your benefit."
[23:36] <Aeon> "It's about your rather flighty boss."
01[23:37] <SpaceThor> "Ah. Where would you like to meet?"
[23:38] <Aeon> "Wherever you feel most confortable."
01[23:40] <SpaceThor> He sends over an address. "I'll be here in an hour." It's at a coffee shop in Yeongdeungpo-gu.
06[23:43] * Aeon arranges to go there. Maybe not in her fanciest dress and by cab rather than personal car but she's soon there.
01[23:43] <SpaceThor> He is also there, a cup in his hand. He's tall and broad shoudlered, small burn scar on his left hand. "You the one?"
06[23:44] * Aeon nods. "I am, yes. You can call me Aeon." She smiles.
01[23:45] <SpaceThor> He nods. "You know my name. So what's this about? You mentioned my charge, which makes me suspicious."
[23:48] <Aeon> "I would like to hear about her." She nods. "After all, your boss is...she is stepping down a path that will not be good for anyone around her."
01[23:49] <SpaceThor> "Oh yeah?"
[23:50] <Aeon> She nods. "She's pushing for much stricter controls on cybernetics...there are many who'll be harmed by this. Children who get sick won't be able to get the care they need..."
01[23:51] <SpaceThor> He nods. "Yeah, it sucks, but it's also paying my bills."
[23:52] <Aeon> "...yet her exact goals are very free flowing. She'll sail with any strong wind, yes?"
01[23:52] <SpaceThor> He shrugs. "That's what they say. I don't pay attention to politics much."

06[00:01] * Aeon nods. "I'm part of a group who'd like to have her realize the wind is blowing towards more...useful to society ways. Ways where the young don't need to worry about being cut down by sickness because of the fears of those who want to drag people back into the dark ages."
01[00:01] <SpaceThor> "I see. So why are you talking to me?"
[00:03] <Aeon> "Because we were hoping you might know something about her that might help us convince her."
01[00:05] <SpaceThor> He thinks for a bit. "I don't know a lot about her politics, she doesn't really talk about it around me, but I do know where you can talk to her, and when she might be receptive."
01[00:06] <SpaceThor> "She'll usually have a few glasses of wine when she gets back to her apartment. That would be the best time."
06[00:08] * Aeon nods. "I might speak to her then. Do you think we would be able to talk in privacy then? I don't think her current party-members would rather like it~"
01[00:08] <SpaceThor> "If she's at her place it would just be me and her."
06[00:09] * Aeon nods again and smiles. "Do you believe it would be possible for just myself and her to speak?"
01[00:09] <SpaceThor> "Yeah, I think so."
01[00:10] <SpaceThor> "We'd need to make up a reason why you're talking to her, but it should be doable."
[00:10] <Aeon> "I could always be delivering a lovely bottle of her favorite wine~"
01[00:11] <SpaceThor> "Yeah, that would probably work. Look, you have my number, just call me to tell me when, alright?"
06[00:12] * Aeon nods. "Thank you."
01[00:12] <SpaceThor> "Anything else?"
06[00:13] * Aeon shakes her head. "No, thank you. I did genuinely want to talk politics with her but..." She gestures to her very augmented look. "Just walking up to her on the street would have been unfortunate."
01[00:13] <SpaceThor> "Probably so, yeah. Well, a pleasure to meet you then." He gives a short bow.
06[00:14] * Aeon bows back and heads off, having paid for both thier drinks.
