- Like a Rumiko or any "average" russian I do not eat breakfast usually. Although I could get up early and my work schedule is pleasant for me, it hard to cook for me something more complex than cereal. But for last I need a thing called milk, which replaced by "ne moloko" due to following my vegan diet, and its very usually to me that one is over. So I tried to have lunch a little earlier than others, which I mostly always eat out. Despite a strict vegetarian diet, I like food called unhealthy. This is a complex question and my doc said to me that it's better for me to eat all and as more as I can.
