James (PainfulPvP) and I were interested in the soup portion of the server and decided to try it out. Then he ended up doing a series on there, which lead up to him joining some of the community, which I also did as well. He was mostly the influence of me joining MineHQ, since we both enjoyed pvp and wanted to start a new series. I have been on MineHQ several times, never really played it due to the fact that I just don’t play minecraft anymore. Yet, I still hang out with friends and just have casual conversations. I may or may not play Map X. Still deciding if I am going to play with James and his faction (mostly do base designing, etc). I also go on Xetha teamspeak, and have spoken to a majority of the administrators on the server like Jordan, spq, Blue, detanator, Marcel, etc. Time usually spent on the server(s): Like I previously had mentioned, I rarely come on due to the fact that I don’t play minecraft and also help many other servers with other positions. If I did get staff, I would most likely come on everyday depending on my workload and sports practice/games. Can your computer handle recording up to 30 FPS?: Yes. Do you have access to Teamspeak and/or Skype?: Yes. And yes, skype: snoopyiscool123 What can you bring to MineHQ?: I have been staff on many many servers, personally I need to make a stop and stick with one server for some time. One of the many reasons I have been staff on a various amount of servers is due to the fact I setup Teamspeaks and Xenforo websites for people which is usually known as the Manager. My whole goal at one point was to help as many people as possible with their websites for their benefit and for my personal practice.I have also setup 2 servers with James, in which I was co-owner on both.
Many of these servers were big at one time and/or were friends of mine: FuriousPvP, ScavengerCraft, Mineage, GetWrecked , Gontroller, Hydra and some others that are unknown today. My best experience was working with Bestle (Tom), I loved how mature he was and just got things done in a short amount of time and how it was done effienctly. I currently am Manager on Hydra. Yes, I know the rivalry against the two servers, how they copy mostly every single thing that moves on MineHQ. But I’d like you to know, I am not staff on there. I am only the website dev and the teamspeak manager. I could leave at any time. I did them a favor by coordinating a website dev to do their website, while I fix it up a bit. I do not participate in any staff meetings,not one thing. If I was needed to leave Hydra at any second I would, once again, cause I’m not staff just a simple manager of a couple things. I do it for free as a friendly gesture. But I’d like to settle down and just learn some new things on MineHQ. Obviously you guys are successful and thrive in the community. So I’d like to help in that, and bring my ideas and commitment to the server. I have had a lot of experience with commands, forums, the basic things. So I think I’d be a great addition.
For chat rules, I have been through every sort of disrespect level, harassment, everything. Things no longer affect me. And those comments/remarks have only strengthened my ability to communicate with the trash talkers and haters of the community. Being not only a girl in the community, but a staff member too there are bound to be things that are said about females. Through all my years as a staff member on FuriousPvP and ScavengerCraft, I was a chat mod (4 years in total). And that being said I know the guidelines of players personalities and their intentions in-game. As I said I love meeting new people, and communicating with everyone. So I think it’d be a breeze to communicate with anyone by now.
As my personality goes, I love being generous even though I am an only child which is strange. I am kind, somewhat of a jokester and love administrating things. I love watching sports, I can talk to someone about the NBA, NFL, anything all day. I also love talking about tv shows, anything on netflix I have most likely watched. I am the type of person that would be one of the last people in the teamspeak channel down to watch a movie whenever, and it would be like 3am.
I have a lot of connections with people that code clients, so I am well aware of the hacking that goes on in the community. Screen Sharing is not my forte, but I feel as if screensharing does nothing anymore in this day. I occasionally talk to Satisfying since I have known him since 2013, when I was staff on a server and he was in one of my factions. Although, I rarely talk to him due to his direction and his methods of things like ddosing and doxing, etc. I have talked to a lot of builders, coders, server administrators throughout my wide variety of staff positions, so feel free to ask me for builders that I know of, or client coders that can help with anti-cheat.
I am usually always on teamspeak, that is my go to application when it comes to communication and also setting up permissions, etc. I have setup around 30 teamspeaks in total in the community, and love doing it. I usually hang out in the Indigo teamspeak, but like to meet new people, so I have been chillin in Xetha teamspeak more often and MineHQ’s. Anyways if you ever need me to do any teamspeak modifications, just let me know I am down to do anything when it comes to teamspeak administration/permissions.
About Yourself: I am female, 17, and an athlete. I am one of the captains for my varsity soccer team. And I surf when the swell is good and/or if the season is right. I am a Junior in highschool, my life mostly revolves around technology and would most likely be in my future job. I want to stay in state (California) for college. I am not much of a UCLA fan, USC is where it's at. But my top is UCSB, and has been for a while since I have been to the campus so many times. My grades are B average. I never really give a shit about school, I study when I need to. I’d get smacked the shit out of if I got a “C” on anything. I have a dog and two cats, they are all female (lol my house only consists of females, no males!). My mom and I are best friends, she and I are animal lovers and love dogs, cats, you name it. (If you are wondering why I don’t have any males in my household, my dad passed away when about 6 years ago due to his drinking problem.(Weird ass transition from dad to food but yolo) I am a very picky eater, like I hate absolutely everything. Like steak, hotdogs, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, ham, EVERTHING! I go to the gym way too much, I like to stay fit for everything. I am usually always at the gym if I have free time. Throughout my friend group I am known as the basic white girl that loves starbucks, surfs, just prepare yourself lmao. I love to joke and chill out in ts, however I think we all know that support rooms, in-game and tickets come before that. Thanks for reading :)
