CRIMINAL ELEMENTS

Another glance around the room, still no sign of those Blue Suns mercs, "Two mercs are supposed to be here... Where are th-" Cetea was stopped short, however, by another woman asking if anything was wrong, a casual question, though she still jumped slightly, "Wrong? I think that is our own business, if you would be so kind as to respect the privacy of our conversation." She said, meeting the woman's gaze with an expression of cold indifference. She did begin to feel a sense of dread grow internally, however. Though the asari only gave a brief twitch of an eye to acknowledge this, it wasn't as if this random, albet dangerously curious passerby would thwart a well laid plan. It was just a matter of making her leave, as the conversation could not continue at the risk of her overhearing anything and deciding to act against them, or worse, inform Aria.

Azumi almost rolled her eyes behind her visor after listening to Zero, activating her VISR still. Okay, this one was in green. Still non-hostile, but that didn't mean trustworthy with the information they had. She did, however, scan her over, as per her training with the Batman. The clothing looked like some of the more formal wear here, but the gun... she saw the gun. It wasn't even close to up to date with the current technology of this universe, not even her own twenty-sixth century. That kind of gun wouldn't be just carried around, considering that the average mercenary could count on it to not work on getting past kinetic barriers. She was as subtle as she dared be while trying to make the point across. "Interesting gun you have there. What year is the make?"

A pause to let her think. "Some might be able to get that by, but only the newest of the mercenaries here won't get the look of something like that. Doesn't fit their style, you know? Too compact, doesn't open up when they take it out. No compartments for adapted shots. Looks like it still has a bottom fed magazine. Not that usual here to even have a magazine and not just a thermal clip or standard overheat. And from the way you have it holstered and keep it, that doesn't fit with the magnet-operated holsters here either." Another pause, still not showing her face.  "Name and reason for being here?"

Isaac nodded, looking into his drink for a few seconds after watching Kalas go to his booth. "Things have been....somewhat worse for me. Went to Greece again -- didn't die this time, so there's that. Hades of that time died, and I got his helmet...somewhere in me. Seems to have interacted with my magic and disappeared, but it also gave me a magic boost. Also got a new spell on that world that can siphon MP out of enemies. But that's the only good I can think of." A pause. "The rest revolved around the Pack. We all met up, and Yuki's a nice woman, surprisingly. But I saw this light-oriented villainess version of her on my way out and got a glimpse of something called the Collective."

He paused a moment again. "Didn't figure out more until later, in Christmas Town's area of Halloween Town. I I came too late, and that version... her name is Rikka Masami. She killed Abigail. I could see back using my heart scan, but it was too late to save her. All I could do was be there for her as she passed. All I got out of it was a look at the members. Ignis Fatuus. A woman by the name of Dani. Doctor Jonathan 'the Scarecrow' Crane, who Abigail was afraid of before. Rikka herself. A deceased one there too, but I didn't bother with that. All of them and Rikka, and her knights and... I saw Azumi Ian somewhere in there. You might not know her, but from what I saw it was unwilling, whatever it is. Still a good person, so... oh, and she's right behind us." He didn't look yet, though. "Talking to a few others. An asari, a long haired man, and a woman looking over the table."

Still he went back to what he was saying. "Anyway, one other world: Dwarf Woodlands. Seems like it just showed up recently, but I had a funeral for Abigail with Yuki, tried to help her and to see that she's going to be okay and away from Fatuus. Long story short, she trusts him in some degree. Precisely as stupid as it sounds. Unless you want to talk about anything I just said, I think we might want to check out the soldier and what the hell she's doing now. Last I saw of her in person, she was... not in a good state of mind."
