- Archives - Area between downtown attractions and National Mall attractions
- Gallery Place - Stadium, shopping, movie theater, restaurants, nightlife, Chinablock
- Mount Vernon Square - Very north edge of downtown, convention center is here, otherwise mid/low-rise residential
- Shaw - This area was changing rapidly when I last saw it a few years ago, whatever I say now is probably inaccurate
- U Street - More restaurants and nightlife, lots of mid/low-rise housing with some very expensive highrises, also some DC gov services
- Columbia Heights - Probably densest residential station in the whole system, shopping is nearby along with other various services
- Georgia Avenue - Columbia Heights Mini? Dunno what to say about this area
- Fort Totten - Have barely been here, have nothing to say about it
- West Hyattsville - Suburban
- Prince George's Plaza - An attempt was made at urbanism, it just wasn't very good
- College Park - Kind of in the middle of nowhere aside from a federal gov building directly across the street and a public airport (the world's oldest continuously operated airport!)
- Greenbelt - Low density residential neighborhood on one side, other side is the middle of nowhere, just a bunch of parking
