Hello, there. I'm sure you're wondering what this is about. Did you fuck up, or maybe you're just being reassigned? Well, I can assure you that it's nothing bad. You're one of the most loyal members of the Internal Security Department. You're also insanely good at your job. So then, that begs the question. Why are you here? Well, you were handpicked to join a very secretive project within the Internal Security Department. One so important that very few know of it's existence. In fact, most members of the O5 Council aren't even aware of this project's existence at all.

So, what is it?

The project is called The Omega Project. And our responsibility is to monitor O5's to make sure they're loyal. Yes, I can see your surprise. Surely O5's wouldn't need monitoring, would they? They should be above that. And to that I say, no, they aren't. We've caught a disturbing number of O5's who, rather than see their position as being of the utmost importance, see it as just an excuse for them to get away with immaturity and unethical acts.

Which is where you come in. Observe troublesome O5's, make sure they aren't up to bad, catch them in the act if they are doing shady shit, and make sure that the O5 Council doesn't become corrupt.

The O5 Council is very important, and we cannot let the position be compromised by corruption.
