  1. Hey there!
  2.
  3. So first of all, your terrain. It's completely flat, and all you've used to cover that up is flooding the outside of the plot with rose bushes. You've also dedicated one corner to vegetables. This would be cute if it had a purpose, but unfortunately I don't see the purpose in it. Not only is it flat, but it's all brick. From what I can guess, I would assume you were going for a 'town' feel, like a modern style street. As creative as you've made it, it's not very original.
  4.
  5. Next, you organics. It's always nice to have at least one organic on a plot; most commonly, this is a tree or two. You have none on your plot, please include at least one kind of organic. If you're unsure of what an organic is, it's something realistic; like a person, animal, plant etc. But self made plants and trees, not spawned in ones pleeeease.
  6.
  7. Lastly, your structures. I can see you tried to go for a different style of house with each one. This shows that you're diverse, but a good plot will stick to one or two styles only, maybe mixing a few for creativity. But generally it's nice to keep everything looking similar, especially on a small plot like this.
  8. Not only that, but the structure of the buildings is strange. The shape, the roofs - one of them is spammed with leaves, which is the least creative thing you can do, and it covers up the detailing - it's like an easy way out!
  9. But your buildings are going to need detail and depth to begin with. Depth is layers in the walls, right now all of your walls are flat. Have a fly around spawn and see if you can get any inspiration. Inspiration is the key word here, please don't copy.
  10.
  11. All in all, I think it might be an idea for you to restart your plot, this time using more varied terrain, some organics and nicely detailed structures!
  12.
  13. Good luck!
