<Oranjui> This wasn't a complaint specifically of MoD. The staff as a whole was noticing a lot of bias and some members approached us about it too. I'm not personally taking control of the thread, and MoD isn't taking control of the thread. Nobody's taking control of the thread. But we (read: the entire staff, yes, we discussed this) wanted to cut out bias and moderate the discussion better, as well as keep it focused on one topic at a time rather than trying to address everything at once, so we started over with a new thread.
Also, I don't know how many times we have to tell you to bring these things up to the entire staff rather than just PMing, but I guess I'll have to say it again.
Stop PMing individual staff members about these things.

I'm not forbidding it. Doram forbid it, months ago. Don't you remember?

anyway, you guys are setting up a petty, repressive, unconstructive order that I totally refuse, and I have enough reasons.

This was settled a long time ago, and we're going to start strictly enforcing it.
Personal matters, sure, talk to someone personally. But for site matters, keep it out of PMs.

Also, one last thing. I thought we had already made it clear to you, but the staff already decided (before you were demoted last month) that there's zero chance of you getting re-promoted within the next year or so, and you were never guaranteed a position beyond then anyway; we just said that you weren't necessarily kicked out forever. Regardless, your chances beyond that are quickly dwindling as you continue to show a lack of any change whatsoever. This is also agreed upon by the entire staff.
From here on out, I'm not going to respond if you keep trying to talk about the staff or anything related through PM to me. Take it up with the whole staff.
