[19:25] Lady Nightmare takes seat on her throne.

This was the first official meeting in their new guild house. The space was large, well equipped to make everyone in the guild more than comfortable. Those purple hues glance at the faces present, and she would take note of who was here and who wasn't. A small frown dotted her expression. But that was alright, the meeting must continue!

"Hello, Nightbound. I hope you are all doing well, and adjusting to our new base well?" A very soft smile comes to her expression, as those small fingers tap at the arm rests of her throne.

"I would like to take a moment to introduce you to some of our new faces." Danica references toward Liraz, "I'd like to introduce you all to Liraz. He is to be treated with respect, and protected should the need arise. He is a valuable asset to our family." A slow nod.

Her gaze drifts to Caroline.

"Caroline, a girl who I have come to enjoy. She lost her family during the troubles of Osrona. Welcome her openly." Her gaze then drifts toward Xelaria. "Xelaria. Welcome, another who is also to be protected." She offers a small smile to the spider demon, before glancing at Free.

"Free, welcome. He eats coin, and this is normal. No need to worry, he will be useful to the cause." A slow nod, eyes drifting to Rose. "Rose. Artificer and alchemist. He is also to be respected and welcomed." Another simple nod.

"These people are your new guild mates. Take a moment to welcome them, and if you have an issue with anything you see?...Tell me now. We welcome all here, including those society might frown upon."

Specifically, she glances toward the demons present. She'd wait for a response.

[19:30] Honestly Caleb had no trouble with anyone so long as they didn't put the Nightbound in dire straits.

[19:36] Caleb Iluzio says, "Technicalities and all. I mean seriously no one is trying to move Liraz stealthily around."
[19:36] Rose would take a seat and wait to see what would happen, as nightmare introduced everyone he'd take a look around, not saying anything just yet, but observing, most of the people he'd never spoken too but had seen around theria and the outskirts every now and again before he joined.
Of course there were still those he'd never seen before.

His interest would be slightly taken by free, he would blow a kiss towards him before returning his gaze back up front.
"Yes, Hello everyone~" He would say after he was introduced
But besides that for the moment he'd simply remains silent.

[19:36] Standing in the back of the meeting hall, Revan's golden hues would be studying everyone present, many new faces to The Nightbound.. Though many were familiar to him, faces he had seen wandering about Esshar.

So Rose was the one who he had ran into Theria's silver mines when he was hunting for Demon horns.. Erehn would be a noted surprise, having spied him in the Hunter's Hall several times. A twisted smile would stretch across his face, however, hearing that Liraz had joined their ranks.

"Liraz.. It brings me great joy to see you join us.. I would call it fate, if I believed in such a thing.. Though.. Strength attracts strength.. Does it not? I suppose it was just an undeniable fact of our chaotic world we were to meet again."

The bandaged teen would speak with great delight, looking to the other demon he had yet to meet. The Task was not much of one for words, or really meeting others, so he would simply introduce himself.

"Greetings.. Fresh blood.. I am Revan Task.. Eldest son of Dun Task.. And a medic.. Should you find me out in the world.. I wouldn't mind.. Getting to know you better there.. And if you need medical attention.. I will offer it.." With a click of his teeth, he would reach into his pocket and pull out a small watch on a chain.

"However.. I am.. Rather busy.. Most days.. Lots of irons in the fire.. But.. It is a pleasure."

[19:38] She would just point to herself and smile. Y-y-yup I am Caroline and don't worry. L-l-liraz is a cool bat dude!" She would say with a nod. A hand reaching out and gently stroking its left wing.

[19:41] Free would swallow the coin hanging in his teeth and speak as well, i a monotone voice.

"Im Free, Ill keep your gold safe for ya if you want." A large grin would fall on his otherwise emothionless face.

[19:41] "All right. So it's nice meeting everyone. For those that don't know Caleb Iluzio son of Fiona Arborea and Ethan Iluzio. Sister of Sanna and Demios." He then decides to move to the back because he could not be without the reed for too long.

[19:42] The large Bat just observes the others. He doesn't speak and only watches. Looking around, he recognizes Revan Task, remembering that once upon a time, they had been the first human they had spoke with while in hostile territory.

"Greetings..."

It greets the Task, but beyond that it does nothing.

Looking at Caroline when she touches it's wing, he doesn't say anything.

[19:48] Demios leaned back slightly in his chair, his tail slowly shifting and coiling around it, as if having a mind of its own.

He quietly listened to everyone speak, his burnt orange hues slowly pulsing.

When everyone had made their greetings and statements he spoke up.
"My daughter, Sapphire, also sits among you and although she is not currently a member of our organization, she is to be treated with the same level of respect and care."

His wings spread out a little behind him, as he glanced to his daughter with a smile.

"Also, ideally, we would like to keep you all in top condition, so if any of you have any untreated injuries, no matter how embarrasing or menial they may be, come to me."

He'd become something of a medic station for the demons among them, so naturally that might as well extend to the rest of the group.

[20:03] Danica was happy to see no one had any complaints or troubles with any of their guild mates. Getting along with each other would be important, because this guild was considered a family. Everyone here was connected as one. Once the room settled down a bit and a few hello's and things were said, Danica would continue speaking.


"I have come up with a system of order for ranks within the guild. The more you contribute, the more you stay active within the group, the better chance you have of moving up in your rank." Her voice rang with a sense of authority all the while.

"The ranks are as follows." A small hand lifts, and drifts to the chalkboard to her left. The ranks would be labeled. The bottom being the bottom rank, the top being the top rank.

It would read:

Caliginis(Gloom - Advisor)
Tenebrae (Darkness - Demons)
Notcurni (Night - Commander)
Exspiravit (Ghost - Oathed)
Umbra (Shade - Associates)

"Let me begin from the bottom, yea? An Umbra, also known as a 'Shade', these people are associated with the Nightbound, but are not oathed to us. Either because they are too young, or they are an' ally only. In this case- information about the Nightbound would be given in limited doses. However they are still deemed useful and provided protection as long as they stay useful." Those purple hues drift around the room, before she continues.

"Exspiravit, also known as a 'Ghost'. These are members that have taken oath to serve The Nightbound. If they are found breaking rules, or anythin' sketchy...They are ta' be reported to a Night." Which brought her to her next level of command.

"A Notcurni, or known as a 'Night'. These are commanders within our guild, and they hold status. They keep watch over Ghosts, and Shade's. They help keep The Nightbound in order. Those with this status, are to be obeyed by those of lesser rank." Another nod, as she'd clear her throat.

"Tenebrae, also known as 'Darkness'. These are known as demons within the group. They are to be respected always. If your rank is below them? You listen to them. They tell you to jump? You fuckin' jump. They want to take you out to hunt with them? Better suit up. They are a level of command, and hold status here. As they should...They are a powerful asset to us."

She watches everyone's faces carefully, for reaction.

"Caliginis, also known as a 'Gloom'. These are considered to be my advisors. Their word is directly below mine. They usually make sure my orders happen, and keep every level below them in line. They are my eyes and ears when I am not around..."

She takes a long breath of air. This was a lot of information, but it was important. It was a neworder of things. It needed to be understood.

"Lastly comes Somnum Exterri, also known as 'Nightmare'. This is me, and anyone I see fit to rule beside me. Whoever reaches this role must be special, because it means they are equal to me. There is a limit on this position, however. Two at once besides me."

A pause..

"If anyone has questions before we go on....Voice them now."

[20:05] The felinae raised his right hand.
"When do i get sworn in? And can i sit on the throne too?"

[20:08] Caleb Iluzio says, "Man you really like that throne huh. Get a copy for your oom. Problem solved."
[20:08] Erehn Linnaeus says, "Yeah but that throne is special."
[20:10] Eyeing the chalkboard, it seemed somewhat self explanatory. However, he appreciated the thoroughness of Lady Nightmare's exposition on each role and the parts they played within The Nightbound.

Eyeing each one, he wonder where he fell, and wondered where he wished to be. There was one he felt particularly drawn to:

Caliginis.

When asked for questions, however, he would simply shake his head. It all made sense to him, and it was very well thought out.

[20:14] Danica Drugovic says, "I think tha' youngest I will accept would b'...Fifteen. "
[20:14] Caroline exclaims, "I will train til I am sixteen then!"
[20:15] Erehn forced himself to walk on his shattered legs just to give Caroline a headpat for being so adorable.

[20:16] Elijah Azar asks, "Just wanna clarify... This is NOT going to turn into, or IS a cult, right? Nothin' like that..?"

[20:17] The Demon intently heard to the explanation given by Danica, but ultimately lost interest afterwards, and it's attention turned towards Erehn when they approached Caroline and patted her head.

[20:17] Masashige nods to Elijah with a soft smile. She seems to have only woken up recently, with her hair slightly frazzled.

[20:18] Caleb was smoking way further away but the smoke never got anywhere near them as his air cantrips got rid of it.

[20:20] Elijah squinted at her hair. Messy. But, he still pat her head. And used it as a place to rest his hand as well.

He scowls with no illusion to hide his features,

[20:29] Masashige Inoue says, "Clear not Caroline. Erehn here has a family he kept alive."
[20:29] Caroline asks, "Maybe...I got the two mixed up?"
[20:29] Caroline says, "I dont recall my papa's lessons..."
[20:29] Erehn Linnaeus says, "Well, i did corrupt my sons to feed off of their weaker occult so in a way, yes they do."
[20:29] Caroline says, "Just that wind goes wooooosh."
[20:29] Erehn Linnaeus says, "Really depends on the person."
[20:32] Danica would smile at the responses she received from the new changes she'd made. There didn't seem to be much, if any negative feedback. In fact? Some even seemed anxious to begin the process of earning their place, which is what Danica had been hoping to achieve.

Settlements didn't buy themselves, after all.

"Lets begin giving out ranks, shall we?" A small, pleased smile on her expression. Once again, she'd begin from the bottom.

"Umbra, or 'Shade'. Those with this rank currently are.." She pulls out a paper and glances at it. "Caroline. Sapphire. Urizen Lee."

She'd move on.

"Exspiravit, or 'Ghost'. Those who are being given this rank are....Erehn. Rose. Masa. Elijah. Free." She'd take a breath, those delicate fingers turning the page over.

"Notcurni, or a 'Night'...Those who are being given this rank are....Grey. Saranta. Revan."

"Tenebrae- 'darkness'. Liraz. Xelaria." Simple. Two demons among them.

"Caliginis, or 'Gloom'. Caleb. Demios."

She let out a breath. "There was a rather long list of names, so if I missed anyone, feel free to speak up accordingly." A simple nod of her head, before she put the paper against the arm of the stone throne.

"If anyone has any questions or concerns. Voice them now."

Lady Nightmare waits, clasping her hands in her lap.

[20:36] Masashige nods to Danica, slightly disappointed that her rank is second to the bottom, but otherwise tolerable.

She continues to comb her hair. She needs to be more active and not simply play the role of street patroller.

Perhaps she could rank up in Vigilant Society too.

[20:38] Ranks were given, and as expected, it turned out to be pretty high. Xelaria shared the same rank as the Bat himself, it was nice to know that it's Kin would likely be safe.

It didn't have much of a problem with any of the rankings.

A glance is taken to the side, towards Inoue, it's been a while since they had last seen her, no? It doesn't remember properly.

Anyways, the Demon wonder what's the purpose of this sudden organization whithin the rankings, will they do anything in the future?

"Occult is magic from Chaos, as Holy is to Order. It can lead to occult madness. But it can be controlled. And while Madness exist, many occultists learn to deal with it."

He then continues on to say, "On the other hand Witchcraft is a pact done with the Dark Lord. A pact you enter willingly for power at the expense of being shacked in Hellheim for eternity."

He just wanted to clear that. "Myllenoris have been using it, they are not better then us. But if you go deep into Occult Madness, to be an issue for the Nightbound… Well..."

I suppose the rest would be determined by how they handled things. Just because they were chaotic did not mean they had no rules whatsoever. Even Chaos knows better.

"Aye. It is nice to follow in my dad's footsteps as advisor. Right now all I know is things have been changing rather quickly. I suppose it might be the current witches. Assuming they still live."

He still wanted to remove them from the picture.

"I have also stated an interest where we are setting up."

He smirks a bit nodding to Danica, "Might as well take it from the Elysium. Make it ours. Besides, I know at least the Three Houses that came from it."

[20:40] As each rank was stated, the names of each listed, Revan would look around to each who would fill such roles. Hearing his role of a Night, a commander within the organization was pleasing to him.

He knew there was more for him to do, and he liked having to work to rise within the ranks.. It gave him a goal, an objective. While there was concern he ranked below the demons, he was content.

To be the same rank as Saranta? He knew he could work alongside her, he would have to go out of his way though to learn more of Grey.. So many things to do.

He would give Lady Nightmare an approving nod.

He'd look around while she called out, curious which rank was which person, before once again turning back to nightmare when it was over, he seemed to have no questions, it was quite simply and he couldn't think of anything he'd want to say.

[20:45] Caleb Iluzio says, "Hmm... Sure. Why not."
[20:45] Caleb Iluzio says, "You'll use both. Math will be more subconscious though."
[20:48] Erehn Linnaeus asks, "What's math?"
[20:49] Caleb Iluzio says, "Math? The utilization of numerals in magical equations. Also used by artificers and alchemists."
[20:49] Caleb Iluzio exclaims, "Anyhow Im off to sleep a bit!"
[20:52] Danica was happy to see there were no complaints. No complaints meant no confrontations, which was always a good thing. Seeing those of The Nightbound, those who promised to fight at her side, or aid her in her accomplishments...It made her happy to see how much she had accomplished thus far.

But this was still, just the beginning. There was much more to be done in the years to come.

"That will conclude our guild meetin'. I hope ye' all are 'appy with ye' ranks. I 'ope we can continue ta' work together ta' move forward. Work hard an' ye' will rank up. Thank ye' all for ye' loyalty and service."

A nod, as she lifted herself from her throne. It was a signal letting everyone know it was alright to scatter now.

She stretched.
