--- Requirements ---
To be considered a transfer applicant, one must be over 25 and/or have
reached the status of HR3 in a previous House. Any people 24 years of
age and under who have never reached HR3 in any House can feel free to
enter as a regular novice. Special circumstances may be decided by the
External Affairs Fulcrum and/or the HoN on a case by case basis.

Transfers are required to send a letter of application to the External
Affairs Fulcrum (currently Ashadra) for review. This letter should
include:
- Applicant's full name.
- Name of applicant's previous House(s) and other past or current
organizations that he/she belongs to, including clans that might be
pertinent to the decision (Walking with Nature, Fianna, Maplestone,
etc).
- Reason applicant left former House(s), if any, and if they left on
good terms or not.
- Reason applicant wishes to join the Sylvans, and what s/he intends to
bring to the House.
- A dedication to Nature should be evident, along with a fairly clear
idea of what the House is about.
- They must provide the names of at least two reasonable and active
references that will vouch for them, their work ethic, habits, etc.
