I don't want to come on too strong here. but I have an offer to make.
you have several people that I don't have, and among them lots of trusted community members. you also happen to have the more or less official FF7 PC discord tag.

As I said I have been dealing with IRL things and mostly only lurk in my friends runs, which lately has not been the FF7 RTA
But really if anyone wants to let them in I am sure they'd ask someone

well, to be frank Nostro, I've always beena  bit of a wild child/card - I dun really feel like I am the leader in my FF7 group I just helped and fostered an environment that caused it; The few times in my online 'group' settings when I let go of control, those groups truely spiraled into true decline; AKA people left permanently.  I rather have the sleepers awaken again.
And why is your place in decline

traffic has slowed down massively. and I have been losing more people than I get. we used to be on 320+ members about  a month ago, now we are on 314. we still get new people, but it's not enough to stop the trend.

I don't mean to sound condescending. but everyone and their mother has a discord now. I founded CK to reduce the amount of servers I'm in, but I am instead actually in more now

and as I said, it may be small, but it's a group of people who I know are passionate about gaming - and prolly why we are all lurking at eachother xD I guess most of us talk outside discord or in PM's as well.

and it's ironic, we actually really broadened the amount of stuff we offer. we started out as a speedrun team. and now we have roles for league of legends and dota and overwatch and PUBG and whatnot. and these roles are used. but it's just not enough.
