  1. "Right hoof, green."
  2. >Butterscotch said as the spinner finally came to a stop
  3. >"Aw, come on! Ah can't reach!"
  4. "You're so close, Apple bloom"
  5. >"Don't knock me over, Apple Bloom!" Sweetie said
  6. >"Got it!" Scootaloo said, having crawled underneath Butterscotch
  7. > there was now a writhing mass of pony bodies in Scotch's living room
  8. > not that Butterscotch minded, though
  9. > Both Rarity and Applejack were out of town for some various reasons, so he agreed to watch the three fillies for them
  10. > anything for his friends
  11. "Rear hoof, yellow"
  12. > a hoof lightly booped his snout
  13. "Sweetie, I don't think I count as a space"
  14. >"But you're yellow!" the white filly said, her voice cracking
  15. >...
  16. > She was right...
  17. >Scotch felt kind of bad, having the obvious height and reach advantage
  18. >... But they did insist on playing twister
  19. > and they were just so adorable
  20. > how could he say no?
  21. "Left hoof, blue"
  22. >"Scoots!"
  23. >"Bloom!"
  24. > this tower of ponies was close to toppling over
  25. >"Butterscotch, this isn't fair! You're like, twice as big as us!" Sweetie said with a slight annoyance in her voice
  26. >really, he was about three times bigger than them
  27. >"Yeah, it's like he's cheatin'!"
  28. "I'm sorry, girls"
  29. >"Oh yeah, well we can cheat too!" Scootaloo said with confidence "I know his secret weak spot!"
  30. "Wha-"
  31. >Butterscotch was cut off, the pegasus filly underneath him furiously flapping her wings
  32. *Bbbzzzzz*
  33. >right into the male's most sensitive area
  34. >Butterscotch gasped, his eyes becoming pinpricks
  35. >"Good job, Scoots!" Sweetie said
  36. > Apple Bloom giggled
  37. > Scootaloo sat there buzzing away with a smirk on her face
  38. > Butterscotch was on the tips of his hooves
  39. >" He's real ticklish there!" Apple bloom said, still giggling
  40. >Butterscotch took off at a speed that would have made Rainbow Dash do a double take
  41. > he stopped right at his ceiling
  42. > cupping his stallionhood with both of his front hooves, his rear legs instinctively closing
  43. >he looked down right at the orange filly
  44. "Scootaloo!"
  45. >he said sternly, yet with a raised voice
  46. "You know better than to touch somepony there!"
  47. > a hint of shock still in his voice
  48. >Scootaloo's head hung low, she was staring down at her hooves
  49. > the other two fillies eyes were wide, staring at the butter yellow pony
  50. > "oh no, I've scared them..." Butterscotch thought to himself
  51. >"Scarred them for life..."
  52. >"I'm sorry, mister butterscotch" Scootaloo said in a soft tone
  53. > Scotch landed gently in front of the filly
  54. "And I'm sorry for yelling"
  55. >he hugged the orange filly
  56. "And I'm sorry to you two, also"
  57. >Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle both embraced Scotch
  58. >"It's ok"
  59. >"yeah"
  60. >Scotch consoled the trio of fillies
  61. >
  62. >"So what's so special about that spot, anyway?" Sweetie piped up
  63. *hurk*
  64. >Butterscotch gasped, staring forward
  65. >oh no
  66. >these fillies didn't know the difference between a mare and a stallion
  67. > well, the REAL difference
  68. > and Scotch was the absolute worst choice for the pony to be the one to tell them
  69. > the one time his friends started talking about sex around him, all he could add to the conversation was mumbling, a few head shakes and a lot of blushing
  70. >"Butterscotch?" Sweetie said, her large eyes staring into his
  71. >her head cocked to the side
  72. I-I-I...
  73. >Now all three of the crusaders were staring at him
  74. >he could feel the sweat forming on his forehead
  75. I- um... Th-the... um
  76. >he could imagine it now
  77. >Applejack bucking his door open, Rarity right behind her
  78. >they would have backed him into a corner
  79. >"Ya'll done told mah sister about WHAT?!"
  80. >"imsorryimsorryimsorryimsor-"
  81. >he shook his head, bringing himself back to reality
  82. >there were three fillies in front of him, waiting for an answer
  83. >one that Scotch wasn't sure he could give
  84. > or should give
  85. > this had become pretty sketchy
  86. A- um...
  87. >
  88. >"that's where his colt parts are" Scootaloo answered finally
  89. > "oh" Sweetie replied
  90. > "What's the difference?"
  91. > Butterscotch swallowed
  92. > "Tha colt's parts hang outside, while our parts are inside" Applebloom said knowingly
  93. > "So ours hang upside down?" Sweetie asked
  94. > Butterscotch just sat there
  95. > "Ah guess"
  96. > "So what does a colt's thingy do?"
  97. > "It just goes like this" Apple Bloom limply held one of her front hooves out in front of her, dangling it
  98. > "How would you know?" Scootaloo asked
  99. "Girls..."
  100. > "Because Thunder Bolt was showing his off in class last week" Apple Bloom replied in a sarcastic tone
  101. > "So is that why he hasn't been in class all week?"
  102. > "Ah guess"
  103. "Girls"
  104. > "You think ours will ever hang outside?" Sweetie asked softly
  105. > "Ah hope so"
  106. "Girls!"
  107. >Butterscotch said while stomping his hoof to the floor
  108. >all three fillies attention snapped to him
  109. > Scotch's face was a deep shade of red
  110. "I think it's about time for bed"
  111. > this statement was met with a small group of "awws" and "ughs"
  112. >"but it's only 6:30!"
  113. >it was
  114. "Oh... Well, let's get something to eat then"
  115. > "but what about-"
  116. >Sweetie tried to ask before being cut off by Butterscotch
  117. "Sweetie Belle, please don't ask me about the difference between colts and fillies, you should ask your parents."
  118. >Butterscotch paused, his eyes shifting away awkwardly
  119. "...or sisters"
  120. >Another brief, uncomfortable pause
  121. "...or Miss Cheerilee"
  122. >"but..."
  123. "No buts"
  124. >
  125. >"Butterscotch, who won twister?"
